Good day! I can't recommend it. We have reserved a breakfast brunch for Easter Saturday. The lady said she hadn't ordered anything. Even though someone called home. We confirmed everything. You were also very unfriendly. No apology, just cheeky. We got a table that didn't correspond. impudence. You look forward to something like that. I do not recommend this bakery. .... No friendly customer service...😡

Hi Andreas. I think you're good! Expensive, but top quality. Actually, I don't like these Google reviews. I feel sorry for all the cowardly slobs who can't turn to you on site with their dissatisfaction. They are then considered local guides based on their subjective perception. Such a shot. I was able to submit all of my previous complaints to the cafe without any problems and a solution was found. And you then have to respond to their input so that there is no second complaint. Unnecessary waste of time on people who lack attention. Sad…

Very slow and incompetent. I was asked several times what I wanted, which I had to repeat several times. In addition, it was seriously not understood what a Silserli was. A term that doesn't raise questions anywhere else in German-speaking Switzerland. I finally lost my nerve and left the store without buying anything. It's better to go next door to Sutter Beck, where there is competent service and a smile.

The selection of baked goods in this store is truly impressive and of high quality. Unfortunately, the positive experience is marred by the unreliable service and poor communication about opening times. It would be desirable if the information provided online were always kept up to date to avoid disappointment. Overall, a mixed picture: excellent products, but need for improvement in service and communication.

I would have expected more from the taste of the bread. Had the spelled bread. Very mealy in taste. Unfortunately I won't come again.

Very good coffee, the strawberry tortelets were good, just a little too sweet for my individual taste. The space outside is nice and so everything fits together great. (I have revised the review again because otherwise it would have seemed unfair to me since, firstly, it is only my taste and secondly, we have only tried this one product and therefore should not generalize)

Bakery with a great selection and comfortable seating. Was there for lunch and found the selection of menus and options for designing them confusing. It was my first visit and I had to get an overview first. The atmosphere was rather hectic. There is another deduction for the expensive, not special coffee for CHF 4.90.-, which didn't even come with anything small sweet, as is usually the case.

A really nice café in an old house that exudes a lot of charm. What I like best is the room where the sales are located. I think the products are delicious and the staff is friendly. Opinions can be divided about the furnishings - chairs/tables. I think there is room for improvement, to where the prices are already.

So far always fresh and good quality. Today everything else. Bread was old and hard (at least 3 days).

This is a bakery and café that specializes in organic and other things and, in my opinion, it's a success. There are delicacies to be found and the service and care is extremely friendly. The outside area is nice, small but nice, where you can grab something tasty inside and enjoy it outside. Even the sparrows think it's great. For me it was magical to watch these fellows.

Long-time customer writes: Andreas Bakery is self-service, pick up at the counter and choose a spot. If you just sit at the table, no one actually comes. All Andreas branches are self-service. I have always found the staff to be friendly.

Very good value for money... awesome bread... 3 minutes perfect... :) Fresh fruit on muesli... :) Only too much confit and honey... would have been enough for four times as much bread... it's a shame because it has to be thrown away...

Excellent delicious baked goods

Very very rude service. A lady with dark/black hair served me. Bei cut me off at least 5 times and gave me a “hurry up” look, even though I was the only one in the store. Very bad. Once and never again. PS: My girlfriend paid over 10 francs for two rolls and a drink yesterday. NO MORE!

Service is TERRIBLE (can't even pass by)!! I sat at the table for 30 minutes until my patience disappeared...

Very nice products in a historic building. If it's warmer you can even sit outside, don't forget to take some bread home.

The baked goods are sensationally delicious so I'm happy to pay the high price every now and then.
