Hotel Arnica Scuol in Scuol

We just loved this place ! We initially booked for 2 nights and added an additional one because our stay was really good. The rooms are nice, clean and peaceful. The staff is amazing : really friendly and very thoughtful. We took the semi-pension formula, including 3 meals in the evening at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and really worth your money. They adapted everything for my lactose intolerant wife, which was really appreciated. The spa is nice and has a beautiful view, no pool or jacuzzi tho, but sauna and hammam. We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back again in the future.

Restaurant: the ambience in the restaurant is great, as is the service. For vegetarians, the menu selection was very limited and didn't justify the high prices. It was good for carnivores.

Overall a very nice hotel with very nice staff. In our opinion, the cleanliness was somewhat lacking (e.g. shampoos were not refilled, toilet lid was loose, hand marks on the windows, etc.). We also had water damage in our room. We reported all the points and the staff were very accommodating to us. The Sunday brunch was very tasty and the service was very good. The hotel scores points with us for its great location and view of the beautiful mountains! The room is stylishly furnished, but more storage space would be useful (e.g. to be able to put your suitcase somewhere). We received a guest card with which we could use the gondola for free (including sleigh rental) and public transport. That was very useful. The hotel also offers discounted tickets for the Vereina car transport.
