Super Lage, eher teuer, kleine gemütliche Poolanlage, 🅿️ vorhanden, geschmackvoll eingerichtet...leider zur Mittagszeit nur Essen möglich, sowie für einen Schlummertrunk den Gang ins benachbarte Hotel nötig... obwohl genüged Platz vorhanden gewesen wäre....eher ungewöhnlich in dieser kritischen Zeit "wo jedä Rappe zellt..."

Très bel endroit. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas plus grande et le coin avec transats pas plus vaste. Avec 4 ou 5 enfants, l'endroit ne plus assez tranquille.

I booked a beautiful room and I end up in a small room very correct but not the one I booked The swimming pool is very small and you have to pay for the parking! I asked at 1 am for a duvet andThe guy named micheal at the reception said sorry I’m alone in all residence and you need to wait 15min! He was very antipathetic. This is not a four star hotel . It looks like but it’s not. The extra bed they provided is broken too.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage. Auch unser Zimmer war im einwandfreien, sauberen Zustand. Im Zimmer viele Extras, wie ein Wasserkocher, Föhn, Tablet für Filme schauen, etc. Schöner kleiner Pool in der Anlage. Lage perfekt. Keine 20 Schritte bis zur Seepromenade. Nur hat mir innerhalb der Anlage eine Bar/Poolbar/Restaurant gefehlt. An der Seestrasse hatte das Hotel ein öffentliches Restaurant, nur keine Chance Abends in diesem Restaurant einen Platz zu bekommen.

Ich kann leider nur über meine Erfahrung mit der Reservations-Abteilung berichten. Wir wollten im Juli das Package "Familly Offer" buchen "1 night in connecting rooms". Da es über die Buchungsseite nicht ging, habe ich ein E-Mail geschrieben. Leider warte ich auch 4 Tage später immer noch auf eine Antwort. Keine Antwort per E-Mail (auch nicht im Spam-Folder) und auch kein Telefon!

Excellent service and beautiful building and grounds. Junior suite with lake view is in a little house and feel small and quiet with lovely big windows.

Wonderful hotel with great location on the bank of Lac Leman. XVIII century building where Lord Byron wrote The Prisoner of Chillon. The same Sandoz Foundation Hotel group as Beau- Rivage Hotel, Lausanne Palace and Chateau d'Ouchy. Impecable service and very good spacious rooms. The breakfast was very good as well. Perfect value for money.

We booked in for a wedding party at the beau rivage next door. A three bed room, my daughter is 12. It’s a once in a lifetimes experience. We paid nearly 500 Swiss francs for one night with breakfast. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Had a good but short stay but then they try to fleece us for a bottle of wine from the cool bar. Did not say anything just charged the credit card!!!! This hotel is a con. 4 star with 5 star prices and then they try to con you. Never again. So disappointed.

フランス語メニューで食材を読んで注文しましたが、イメージと違う料理が出てきました。基本イタリアンですが、いつも食しているパスタとも違い、ラビオリのようなモノでしたが味は問題ありません。

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage, die Zimmer sind sehr schön. In der Heimat des Nespresso`s hätte ich mir auf dem Zimmer Kaffee mit Kapseln gewünscht und kein Wasserlösliche Kaffee. Nespressokapseln fanden wir schon in anderen Hotels und die waren nicht gehobener Standard. Das Personal war freundlich aber ober kompliziert. Ich hatte 3 Fragen zu unserem Aufenthalt auf Deutsch formuliert. Und da bekam ich entweder keine Antwort oder eine die nicht auf die Fragen einging. Unter anderem wie wir vom Hotel ans Fete de Vignerons kommen ohne unser Auto zu benutzen. Darauf gab es keine Antwort.Nach drei Emails die auf englisch beantwortet wurden gab ich auf. Unsere Zimmer konnten wir erst um 16:00 abends beziehen. Das war sehr spät. Wir wollten im dazugehörigen Restaurant essen und noch Gäste einladen. Für 11 Personen. stellte sich das als äusserst schwierig raus, als wir beim Kellner reservieren wollten. Er konnte uns nur eine eingeschränkte Menu Karte offerieren. Das Essen war aber sehr gut. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts wollten wir unser Parkticket entwerten. Obwohl wir diese bar bezahlen wollten ging das nicht weil die Zimmer alle über eine Rechnung liefen und deshalb mussten wir auf die Person warten die die ganze Rechnung bezahlte. Also alles in allem ein schönes Hotel an einem schönen Ort, aber leider nicht kundenfreundlich. Schade, deshalb gibt es nur 2 Sterne ! In dieser Hotel -Kategorie/ Preisklasse erwarte ich einen besseren Service!

Vier Sterne, schöne Zimmer und gepflegte Umgebung und gestohlenes Fahrrad auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz im Innenhof. Gerne hätte ich mein Lob ausgesprochen. Nach dem Diebstahl, trotz Nachtportier und Securityverantwortlichem, verging mir die Freude an dieser Adresse. Keine Geste der Entschuldigung oder des Bedauerns - nicht von der freundlichen, überforderten Dame an der Rezeption - sondern vom Manager, wäre mehr als angebracht gewesen. Gestohlen wird auf der ganzen Welt, leider. Aber wie in diesem Hotel auf ein solches Vorkommnis reagiert wurde, ist absolut unprofessionell und mich haben sie als Kunden verloren!

研修のために宿泊。立地はオリンピックミュージアムの近くで、環境も良いです。部屋の広さも充分です。ジムの施設は充実していません。朝食は6時半からで、内容はビュッフェスタイルの普通の内容です。立地環境の良さ、部屋の大きさや設備が素晴らしかったので、朝から晩まで研修で缶詰になり、帰ってきて疲れを癒すには、最高のホテルでした。

This is a nice place with a great view of the lake. The staff is friendly and the are nice and spacious. The location allows you to just walk everywhere.

Magnifique et superbe. Invités dans le cadre du Prix de Lausanne nous avons pu profiter de l'arrière de l'hôtel très charmant. Personnel souriant et très agréable.

Malgré une terrasse peu remplie, nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes sans que quelqu'un ne vienne prendre la commande. Les serveurs allaient et venaient sans se préoccuper des clients, dans l'inefficacité la plus totale ... De guerre lasse, nous sommes partis, rapidement suivis par d'autres personnes. Plus jamais...

This hotel is the tops. Nestled right on the banks of Lac Léman, if you get a room with a view you'll be rewarded with jaw dropping views of the Alps. A stones throw from one of my favorite museums (Olympic museum) and from the subway stop that will take you straight the the center of town. Plus, a partnership with the hotel next door and the 5 mondes spa ! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Your stay is worth the cost!

Wow....what an amazing experience. This place is amazing. We honestly didn't want to leave our room. The pool was gorgeous and we had it to ourselves. We went to Switzerland without knowing anything. I cannot wait to go back. The hotel has great restaurants around it (I recommend the Thai next door or the fondue just outside).

Das Essen - ein Dreigang-Menu war hervorragend und der auf der Weinkarte sind erlesene Weine aufgeführt. Die Bedienung war erstklassig.

Hotel di alta classe senza anima.La ricezione di più di tre ospiti (che avevano riservato assieme) diventa subito un lavoro difficile, le camere sono assegnate sbagliate, false indicazioni su dove si trovano le camere.Le stesse sono di buona fattura, moderne e pulite. La doccia (nella vasca da bagno) di difficile funzionamento. Ottimo il buffet della colazione con personale veloce e professionale.Infine, nessun disagio importante ma, come già detto, questo Hôtel non ha anima, semplicemente non vale tutte le stelle attribuite, o diminuite i prezzi o migliorate la qualità generale.

Que ce que vous avez consommé !Et tres souvent erreur de retour de monnaie !Préparez la monnaie en conséquence et payez Avec de petites coupures ! J'y suis allée Deux fois Deux fois des erreurs (une fois sur 50.-) et on ne peut pas mettre cela sous le stress aux heures où j'y étais peu de personnes !Je n'y retournerai plus !

Don't expect too much for your potential room by seeing the antique and traditional building in photos at the tripadvisor. Actually we were accommodated in a room belonging to an ugly-looking building instead. Water pressure of the shower at the bathtub was high enough to feel great but water drainage frustratingly procrastinated to make a deep puddle on the floor presumably by inside stuffs clogged in the pipe line. You would be disturbed by the same reason while using the washstand. A shampoo bottle was filled with water rather than sampoo gel, seemingly due to failure to check the inside stuff in the bottle. Fortunately it was convenient to have additional 3 bottles of shampoo, body conditioner and body lotion etc. set in the cabinet. It was really nice to have crispy and warm sheets of towel on the radiator in the restroom. We were happy to have a large desk and a spacious table in as vast a room. The water in the swimming pool was so warm that we could allow our kids to swim until 9PM when the operation seemed to be over. The pool place was spotless due to frequent cleaning by a male employee there. The 1.5m deep pool has a gigantic and photogenic duck rubber, an air ball and 3 styrofoam rods for kids to play with.

Extremadamente decepcionado por la experiencia de mis "lugareños" no sirven ni reconocen a una docena de comensales y en su lugar adulan a un grupo de 8 que llegaron en más de 5 minutos. 15 minutos para que alguien venga a la mesa es inaceptable.No estoy seguro de que vuelva a molestarme.

Un petit café croissant pour moi ce matin. Je m'installe sur la terrasse j'attends 15minutes pour être servie ... pour m'entendre dire : "non madame on a plus de croissants ils sont uniquement réservé pour les gens qui prennent le petit déjeuner... il vous faut attendre 20 Minutes que le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel soit terminé et là vous pourrez avoir un croissants... " on me vend les restes en fait. Un scandale pour un hôtel de cette classe

Wonderful hotel in a place that, while not in the old town, is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful lakeside views. Service is excellent. Access to restaurants is excellent as well. The property is a joy to wander. Also, if you have a car, it provides instant access to roads leading to the area wineries and beyond. We had a great time and will be back here when we visit this wonderful city.

Je déconseille ! Serveurs pas du tout souriant! 40minutes pour un verre d'eau sans parler que pour 1 commande nous avons eu droit à 4 serveurs différents. Si ils n'aiment pas leur travail je pense qu'il y'a des gens plus souriant et aimable qui seraient heureux de les remplacer !

Großartige Lage vor allem im Sommer, wenn Sie auf der Terrasse sitzen können. Das italienische Essen ist sehr hochwertig und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Sie haben auch eine gute Auswahl an Weinen. Während der Woche ist es in der Regel voll von Geschäftsreisenden mit teuren Geschäftsessen!

Das Essen ist hier unschlagbar! Absolut lecker! Und auch sehr schön angerichtet. Die Bedienung tut alles das es dem Gast wohl ist. Allerdings ist es eher ein hochstehends Restaurant, was die Kellner zur Perfektion zwingt, dass sieht dann ernster aus. Zu den Preisen weiss ich nichts, aber ansonsten war es super hier! Ich würde wiederkommen!

Mycket god mat. Smakligt presenterad. Jag valde risotto med kantareller. Det tog inte speciellt lång tid och maten var god. Man kunde välja samtliga rätter som "starters" eller "maincourse" vilket jag tycker är ett mycket bra koncept. Jag satt på deras uteservering och njöt av utsikten

Wir haben oft zu zweit im Restaurant Accademia gegessen. Diesmal haben wir Freunde getroffen, die zum ersten Mal kamen, und sie haben das Essen, den Service und die Ambiance gleich geschätzt wie wir.

Sehr schönes Hotel, komfortable Zimmer, fantastische Lage und AussichtDer Service ist sehr gut und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, nicht in großen Ketten.Es ist teuer, aber es lohnt sich; Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass in der gleichen Preisklasse die Zimmer nicht die gleichen sind, einige größer.Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und der Service war außergewöhnlich, wir hatten ein wichtiges Abendessen mit Freunden aus dem Olympischen Museum und sie kümmerten sich sehr um uns.

Luxurious hotel that conveniently located and gives direct access to shops, restaurants and Lac Lémon. The hotel is peaceful and provides its own restaurant, spa - not much to do for kids though.

Dies liegt direkt am Ufer des Genfer Sees! Unsere Suite hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf den See und war absolut wunderschön! Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett war sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche war luxuriös und das Badezimmer war großartig. Ich war nicht so beeindruckt von der historischen Innenstadt von Lausanne - definitiv nicht so charmant wie Bern oder Luzern - also war dieses Hotel unsere Ruhepause von der überfüllten, kommerziellen und etwas schäbig Aspekt von Lausanne. Das Hotel war ein großartiger Ausgangspunkt, um das Seegebiet zu erkunden (einschließlich entlang des Sees zu fahren und andere Städte zu besuchen) und entlang der Uferpromenade zu schlendern.

A very enjoyable hotel in a great position and structured across different buildings wih a reception at the center. It looks like different hotels in one as some buildings are old and some new. Rooms are large and very well kept. Most of them have a view on the lake. Staff very well trained and attentional.

Extremely high standard of cuisine, coupled with great restaurant atmosphere. Very courteous/happy staff. A real pleasure. I will return.

Wir haben schon im Hotel d'Angleterre jährlich für die letzten 8 Jahre. Es ist unser " Hotel " in Genf. Auf jeden Fall ein 5- Sterne für den Service, die Annehmlichkeiten und Klasse. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Genfer See sind wunderschön und jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein anderes klassisches Dekor. Das Personal ist immer gegenwärtig aber nie aufdringlich. Es ist das perfekte Hotel für anspruchsvolle Reisende. persönlicher, dass die in der Nähe Four Seasons, das ist auch top - an - die Linie.

Estuvimos de Luna de miel, y el hotel es precioso, el entorno la vista del lago TODO, los recepcionistas y el personal muy secos y te cobran hasta pr pregunta, el parking super caro, el desayuno mejor que no lo pidáis si no esta incluido.La psiicna excelente

Wir waren drei Tage in der Gegend. Am zweiten Abend buchten wir einen Tisch. Das Angebot vom Menu und der Weinkarte, mit kompetenter Beratung, war vielfältig und wir waren so begeistert, dass wir nächsten Abend nochmals buchten und etwas komplett anderes genossen, ebenfalls perfekt. Die Preise sind für das Gebotene angemessen.

Venu prendre ce mardi matin un petit déjeuner pour profiter de ce bel endroit, j'ai reçu un accueil assez glacial de la part d'un monsieur Cosimo.... pas de bonjour, et pas de sourire, c'est pourtant pas dur !!! Pour un hôtel qui se veut être une référence sur la place Lausannoise ! ( pas terrible ) J'ai dû me rabattre sur le restaurant du port ou le personnel est bien plus sympa et souriant. Merci tout de même à la charmante demoiselle à l'intérieur qui a su elle, être digne de votre renommée !!!!

Nous sommes des grands fans de la terrasse de l'Hôtel d'Angleterre pour y prendre un café matinal. Les quais d'Ouchy n'ont alors pas encore leur agitation de la mi-journée où toute la ville de Lausanne et alentours ainsi que plusieurs cars de touristes se déversent sur les quais pour admirer le paysage. La terrasse de l'hôtel d'Angleterre est la meilleure d'Ouchy pour se laisser aller à la contemplation du lac, la douceur de vivre lausannoise. Certes il faut payer 10 francs pour un café ce qui fait beaucoup mais vous pouvez rester une bonne à lézarder au soleil naissant. What else ?

Trevlig service, bra mat men mycket dyrt. Förrätter runt 32 FR och huvudrätter samma och uppåt. Trevlig miljö, lugnt och bra samtalsnivå. Finns även en liten bar, dock inte jättemysigt att sitta där.
