beef carpaccio starter with truffle oil (cut too big for my taste) but very good! dish of rump steak rossini, fried vegetables and fried café de Paris entrecôte (two courses which are always a pleasure!) and for dessert a very light Paris Brest praline mousse! and a traditional chocolate fondant I recommend

Very nice restaurant, pleasant service, good product. An impressive and very varied wine list. I ordered a tartare, quality meat but cut very fine almost chopped which makes me doubt the cutting with a knife. The prices are quite high.

A first for me. But I am very delighted. The meals were excellent. I recommend the Paris-Brest for dessert! The kindness of the waiters is also worth highlighting, including the chef who is also very, very friendly :)

For the first time, pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service, in particular from Charlène, always smiling and helpful, elaborate and sophisticated dishes, original flavors which change habits, brasserie atmosphere, a little noisy at lunch time but without out of the bearable, I recommend without hesitation!

The menu is very good, the noise level is almost impossible to hear and the waitress is really not cool, rolls her eyes, is not friendly…

Although there were no more Pithiviers (big disappointment) the evening was, as usual, a gourmet success. The staff is extremely friendly despite a full restaurant. Parisian brasserie atmosphere, the place to be but it remains the Place to eat the best ever Paris Brest... And Pithiviers. The sweetbreads are truly excellent, the pork chop a treat and the beef fillet with morels to die for, you'll sauce it until the last drop!

I had a great evening with a friend, a warm welcome and great service. The dishes are refined, well presented and the quantities are really correct. We chose to take the second menu with 3 starters, a main course, cheese platter and dessert. The only slight drawback is that the dishes arrive quickly and we took a little longer to eat our third starter and the dish did not arrive very hot. But superb experience I highly recommend this establishment.

Romantic lunch in this restaurant well located in the center of Chaux-de-Fonds. The welcome and the dishes are perfect, the sommelier gives very good advice 😊

Everything is really up to par! ++ service, chef who comes to take the temperature in the room, accordion player who gives a Parisian brasserie atmosphere, etc. The only downside (if you're looking for the little creature) is that the furniture isn't the most comfortable... But we recommend it!!
