Good morning Honestly, a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and a wonderful spa. Welcoming and very friendly staff, but it is true that there is a bit of a wait at the bar. I also find it a shame that the spa and swimming pool close at 8 p.m. Being open until 10 p.m. for hotel residents could be an advantage. But I had an excellent stay

Location right next to the mountain railway (you can go up with a lift). Spa: Open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nicely done. Good selection of saunas/steam rooms. Pool rather cool. Only water, no tea station (otherwise many hotels have them). Service: French and/or English. I asked for coffee capsules at reception, they didn't have any and couldn't help me. Then called room service twice and reception again, no one answered. Room facilities: Great, especially since I had a shower and bathtub. Bathrobe, bathing shoes, shampoo, hair conditioner, cotton swabs, shaving, shower products and hairdryer available. Coffee machine with 2 types of tea. 1x still water. Breakfast: Not up to standard. Nothing written. No gluten-free crackers or anything like that. Certain egg dishes have to be paid for. I was looking forward to pancakes like the ones in the pictures, but unfortunately I was disappointed because they weren't available. Quichelorain, salmon, turkey breast, raw ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, Tyrolean cake, croissant, rye bread, corn flacks, soy and almond milk...

Very nice hotel with ultimately not too many rooms (the photos gave the impression of a mega hotel). Booking on their website was easy. I also called to get some details before booking: staff on the phone and later at the hotel reception really very friendly. I booked a Mayen room with a view of the Alps for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bedroom on the mezzanine requires bending down to pass a beam. Be careful not to forget it. The bathroom has a door with 4 transparent rectangular panes: I temporarily covered it with a shopping bag because my teenagers needed privacy. Bathtub and shower: we didn't use the bathtub because their spa was great. Room with superb view. The neighbors if they are noisy you will hear them. The bed was a little too soft for me... but that's a matter of taste and habit. On the mezzanine there is a small office. Storage: enough for all 4. Perfect location: a few steps to take a free mini funicular and then just cross the road to get the gondola that goes up to the slopes Very good breakfast. There's a bit of everything but not 46 thousand choices: the whole family has found what they're looking for. For those looking for a breakfast with 3 or 4 types of egg preparation: they may be disappointed. There will only be one choice. I liked it because everything was good: better less but good than a lot and average. The SPA at the top of the top. Several saunas (access with swimsuit). A heated outdoor swimming pool with an overflow overlooking a magnificent view. A real treat. The hotel ultimately doesn't have that many rooms, the swimming pool was not crowded with people. It's truly pleasent. Very warm temperature. I often need time to get into the water: in this pool no need. There is also an indoor swimming pool. Gym not very big but not many people: so perfect. 1 crosstrainer, 1 bike, 1 bench, 1 ladder. And a very beautiful view. Hotel restaurant: we were 2 x at Carnotzet “l’Aigle”. It is absolutely necessary to book otherwise you will not have a table. The Carnotzet "l'Aigle" was not open Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Otherwise very good BUT you have to like cheese: all the dishes have melted cheese… all of them. Even the roesti! The second restaurant we did not try. We had a great week at this hotel.

Our last visits, which date from these last weekends, lead to enormous disappointments. Not only are the prices significantly increasing (and couples subscriptions no longer exist) by around 25% more than the 2018-2019 period (please do not blame this on increases in energy costs)... but the services are in clear decline (not to say a decline in the quality of service and benefits): • ice cave not functional for several weeks • salt water swimming pool not available for 4 weeks (with the information that the following week, this will be repaired… this 3 weeks ago) • many clothes lockers no longer work • light in the men's toilets on the Spa floor broken for 3 weeks • flap to close a broken men's shower • plastics and other rubbish on the edges of the baths which have been lying around for more than 3 weeks I would add that this Spa has almost become a swimming pool with daycare in the baths, and studios for amateur photographers, filming and photographing with their cell phones... I don't dare talk about the people at reception who not only give two linens unless asked (in accordance with the services of previous weeks) but also snub the customers when they point out the faults and defects. catastrophic services… while customers pay the maximum rate. Too bad, but this hotel and this spa don't deserve more than two stars... and even then, I'm too kind. And seeing the other comments in recent weeks, I am not the only one to notice this gradual and dramatic decline! But there are other reviews that say the service is wonderful and top notch. It seems that some customers are paid to post comments, or that there are positive but fictitious customers. Where then I am one of the clients who tell the truth of things bluntly. Take a good look at the owners' comments on the negative comments... always the same refrain... but no positive effect on the management and services of the SPA

I just went for a Day Pass at the SPA. First thing, charging 55.- Chf your external clients is a ripoff for what you get inside the SPA. Charging an extra 10.- Chf for the Bathrobe is another Joke honestly - This is Nendaz and not Zermatt or St-Moritz ! On top of that, for such price you will expect at least outstanding service which wasn’t the case. Inside Sauna’s/Hammam there is no “agreeable” smells from essential oil as usually you will get in other SPA... One Sauna is warm enough but the Two others are actually too cold to be named Sauna… At least the Relaxing Room - outside pool have nice acceptable view ! Honestly if you are charging such High Price, at least please, deliver an Unforgettable Experience !

My opinion is limited to the spa, I cannot judge the hotel services. We are used to the Haute-Nendaz resort and have been guests of the spa on several occasions. Our last visit, which dates from last weekend, is frankly subdued so as not to be more severe. Increasing prices and decreasing services, that's the summary I can give. The ice cave was not functional, nor was the salt water swimming pool, generally the maintenance leaves something to be desired, for chf 55.- per adult (not counting the bathrobes), the bill is far too steep for the services offered, too bad. I think that given the level of the hotel, the customer has the right to expect better than what is offered to date...let's hope that this is just a bad patch and that measures will be taken to improve this spa which remains a very beautiful place.

Having visited from its opening found the Spa today lacking..! Charged full price yet the ice room & salt pool not available..!!! 2 of the saunas not working properly & generally feeling the whole place needs some TLC & updating to be charging 55sf entry, "Very disappointed & won't return till here things have improved..😔"

Great location, great spa and probably the best hotel in Nendaz. However, they need to improve the breakfast experience. We stayed for a week and every morning we had to tell the staff to refill food/drinks on the buffet. I don't think I ever had baguette without asking for it, for example. I had to ask them to bring more cheese every morning too. When I asked them for more still water, they would put one 1 liter bottle on the buffet and five minutes later it would be empty and if you wanted another glass of water, you had to ask for it again. They ran out of croissants most mornings. We had breakfast both early and late, but it was always the same. The staff seemed to work hard so they were either understaffed, had bad processes, or both.

The chalet/mountain atmosphere room is very beautiful and well equipped. I recommend paying attention when booking if a view from the balcony is desired (because it is possible to find yourself at the rear of the building and have a view of a concrete wall). The SPA is very beautiful and truly complete, including a superb outdoor swimming pool. Good breakfast. Easy access and well located in the center of the village.

Very disappointed with our gift voucher which always included the bathrobe included, slippers and all of a sudden, for no reason you have to pay 10 francs, the ice thing, out of order, another sauna out of service... in addition, on the site the bathrobe which is no longer included is not updated at all, it's frustrating. Really too bad it's no longer what it was

With the price we pay, they could hire more staff! There was only one person at check out who tried their best, but we had to wait to check out. At the bar, was it the same, just one person to manage both the bar and the restaurant? We expect 4-star service, and that's simply impossible if there is only one person at each station. We asked to speak to management, but were informed of his absence!

Magnificent hotel, top room and restaurant where we ate really well. The only big downside: the wellness spa. Such a place is normally made for relaxing and resting. Unfortunately, it is not the case. The entire Spa is also open to children, there are no rules: respect, silence. No way to find a quiet place to relax and recharge your batteries... incessant shouting, entering and exiting the hammas sauna because they are not suitable for children, splashing in the water and splashing... in short, it's a mini Aquaparc and not a spa relaxation In addition, very dirty cold water tank

I am writing this review sitting at the hotel bar on December 29th. I've been sitting at a table for 5 minutes and looking at about fifteen empty glasses on the bar while waiting for someone to come and take the order. Still no one. So I'm taking this opportunity to review the bisses spa, the reason for my visit today. I came since the opening of the spa, which when it opened was a magnificent additional offer in Nendaz, and the 45 francs entry was worth it. Observation after ten years: the price increased to 55 francs. (Someone came to take the order just now, no other customers in sight). The price increase, however, did not allow the bisses spa to maintain or even improve its offer: a closed sauna, current pool no longer works, the fire is not lit, the room door at minus 20 degrees has probably been open all afternoon without anyone noticing, water leaks falling on you during your visit to the Japanese bath. At this rate, in 2035, entry will be 70 francs and the outdoor pool will remain. However, you can access it for free by reserving a room for 600 francs. My fendant has arrived, a customer begins to clear the tables, taking pity on the only waitress who has to take care of the entire bar.

A disaster in the restaurant, there were only 6 of us in the restaurant and we were served the soup without the spoon, we had to run after the waiter to get the spoon… For roestis 45 minutes of waiting and everyone burns. I would never set foot in this restaurant again.

Great for young people with a smaller budget! Was there for one night and everything was fine. Paid 290 CHF for the Alpine room. Modern rooms, mega spa with about 6 different saunas and great views. Unfortunately the hotel is in the shade, there is no sun. ATTENTION: do not go to the spa before 6 a.m.!! Lots of children who are too loud and destroy the atmosphere. Either after 6:00 p.m. or in the morning before 11:00 a.m. Otherwise perfect, nice decor.

The hotel is great and the service is very good, but get a room with a view! The rooms at the back overlook a wall, cf. photo.

Short stay (1 night) but pleasant. We booked the cheapest room (CHF 450.-) and I must say that despite being located at the back (no view), the room was very beautiful, comfortable and functional. It had a bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower and separate toilet. Note that we were lucky enough to be on the 5th and last floor. The spa is very beautiful. The only small criticism is the slightly disorganized/overwhelmed service during breakfast. I also took care to ask before our arrival if the hotel has charging stations for electric cars. The answer was negative. However, the basement has around 8 equipped spaces... But in the "public" part.

Very nice 4-star hotel with a superb and very large spa on 2 floors. The hotel service largely lives up to its stars with attentive and caring staff. Spacious and “mountain cocooning” room, magnificent bathroom. Ideal and quiet location. We will definitely come back.

It's all about the location and this hotel ticks all the boxes. Right by the ski lift and an outdoor heated pool to die for. Sadly as in many ski resorts getting trained staff I think is a challenge for these hotels. I visited this hotel at the start of the season and no doubt they had a fresh team of staff which was fairly disoriented and didn't really know what they were doing. I'm sure in the next few months things may improve, but for us, it was a little disappointing.

Superb room with all the comfort and very well decorated. Well stocked breakfast but the cooked food is not hot enough. Fresh orange juice. The spa is magnificent but some facilities were not in service. Too many people during the day. Well-heated outdoor swimming pool and lovely view of the Hauts de Cry.

Outdoor heated pool has a magnificent view over the mountains. Overall impression of the spa is worn out. The floor in one of the saunas is made of wooden mosaic which are missing in some places. I stepped in one of the holes and it was painful. SPA receptionists were neither warm and friendly, nor competent.

Just amazing hotel! Very warm welcome by the staff at the hotel reception The room is true to its description, very pleasant and very pretty bathroom. The SPA is just magnificent with something to please everyone, from the sauna to the cold air room, through the hammam without forgetting the thermal pool partly on the outside, the setting is just magnificent and very relaxing The breakfast buffet is very complete and varied, once again everyone can find what they are looking for!

I am very satisfied and would come again. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, the SPA area is also very clean and large. Equipped with 3 saunas, 1 steam bath, several indoor and outdoor whirlpool baths and a salt bath and relaxation rooms - you definitely won't get bored. The rooms are modern and at the same time the typical Valais architectural style (wood) has been taken to heart. A great combination, in my opinion. It all fits together very well. The restaurant serves excellent food and the breakfast buffet is huge and offers a very large selection! The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful. What I would also like to mention is that unfortunately you can't always relax very well in the SPA area, as the hotel is child-friendly and the families with their children sometimes make a bit of noise (sauna, steam bath, whirlpool bath). Nevertheless, there are also quiet minutes in between.

Nice hotel with nice rooms, great bathroom. Surface limit for a 4 star and the balconies of the rooms on the wall side are 1m from a concrete wall, it's really really close, zero clearance. The welcome is friendly. But paying in advance by credit card didn't work, unbelievable that my card works perfectly everywhere else. In the end, an account-to-account payment finally worked and a callback for the reservation confirmation was necessary. The hotel has a lovely, very pleasant SPA. Well located in the center of the village, everything is reachable on foot. There are superb hikes to do on foot or by mountain bike nearby.

Wonderful structure...Spa wellness center a spectacle...with a panoramic swimming pool that will take your breath away...super comfortable room...Typical dinner with local products and with chef Marco who is really very nice and friendly...after dinner It was a pleasure to have a chat with him... Abundant breakfast suitable for every type of preference... I will return without any doubt... I absolutely recommend staying in this hotel ✨️

I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The location is truly beautiful, the rooms are well equipped with all comforts and spacious. We made use of the spa, which was really well done, with an outdoor infinity pool with a fantastic view too. We ate in the restaurant with typical local products and it was a unique experience, welcomed in a very professional way by the girls in the room and we had the honor of talking with chef Marco, who created some exquisite dishes. A super nice person, super welcoming and polite, Italian like us! The breakfasts were plentiful and of every kind. Thank you all for this wonderful experience and welcome. Nicole.

Beautiful rooms, good meal, very nice spa. The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated and was very beautiful.

My wife and I just stopped by the bar in the hope of having a drink. Very bad decision! The receptionist confirmed to me that we could sit down and wait for a server, unfortunately 20 minutes later, still nothing. The receptionist was too busy to welcome customers and we had to leave the bar, because 20 minutes of waiting is enough. I strongly advise against this hotel bar!

This hotel stands out as one of the best I have ever experienced. The comfort and natural ambiance it provides are truly exceptional. The rooms are beautifully adorned with wooden interiors, adding to the overall charm. The staff members were extremely friendly and kind, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Spa zone was also outstanding, offering an amazing relaxation experience. Overall, it was a remarkable stay that left a lasting positive impression.

A four star without bar service. And the cynar is an unknown aperitif in the restaurant. Campari soda is served as campari with ice cubes and the soda separately, in a glass. The staff is working hard, but also...the management has room to move up.

Very nice hotel. Pleasant welcome & nice ambience. The room is well equipped and modern. The breakfast has a lot of choice and the service is very friendly. Only the parking situation is bad. At this price category you can demand that parking spaces are always available - free of charge.

Great hotel friendly staff Great view

Magnificent hotel, well located in the village of Nendaz. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, if you have a room with a view! Extraordinary swimming pool and SPA. The “must” of this hotel. I recommend the Grill Mountain restaurant and La Cabane in the village. Please note: Make sure to reserve each restaurant! A lovely stay... Very expensive hotel and if you stay with a dog, you will be asked for 30.- Swiss franc per night on your departure bill.

We stayed there for 3 nights and booked a room without a view for 170CHF/night. The breakfast was very good, the service was extremely attentive. We were in the hotel at the beginning of June, so it was very low occupancy and we were able to make extensive use of everything. There were very few guests in the pool and the entire spa area during our visit. If you book directly through the hotel website, there is free parking right in front of the hotel.

The maintenance of green spaces and outdoor furniture leaves something to be desired The decorations on the floors are disappointing (non-existent, sad white walls, unattractive carpets) Bar service was unfortunately provided by an untrained and unsupervised person. The rooms are a little lacking in decoration and the bedding is not incredible For the rest, the reception and spa areas are magnificent and warm. In summary, the ranking and the price are a little overrated

We were here out of season, in June, to spend a rainy afternoon at the Spa, excellent service, very qualified and welcoming, friendly staff. After the Spa we ate at the on-site restaurant, in the kitchen the chef is Italian, he welcomed us as if we were at home and prepared a tasting menu of local products, very high quality and Italian friendliness, expensive yes, not expensive, a fair value between quality and price, highly recommended. A special greeting to chef Marco and all the staff, thank you for the excellent experience.

I frequently go to the SPA, it is super well equipped and really beautiful. On the other hand, on your site, it is written that it is closed until May 20 inclusive, it is May 21 and it is closed. Too bad not to update the site. Best regards

SPA only Hotel not tested Very beautiful SPA! One of the most beautiful seen. Unfortunately, very poorly maintained. One of the shower batteries was broken. The access step to the salt pool is broken. The outer curtain at the bottom is broken. Traces of uncleaned salt on the walls. No soap for women. Far too many children in this SPA. Hygiene seems poor. Bad smells everywhere. Top sauna, not working. It's a shame because we came at the beginning of the spa and it wasn't like that. Paying 55.00 for that is not right.

What a fabulous hotel - ideally situated for a stay in the swiss alps. Right in the mountains.. you couldn’t ask for a better location - even the view from the pool is stunning and the entire spa area couldn't be better. Plentiful and tasty breakfast. Rooms are modern and very comfortable, guest areas are luxurious and modern too.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées, located in picturesque Switzerland, and I can't help but praise this four-star hotel for its enchanting location, the breathtaking panorama of the snow-capped mountains that can be admired from the room and above all for the fantastic spa. The first thing that struck me about the hotel was its prime location. Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées is located just a few steps from the ski slopes, making it an ideal place for winter sports lovers. But even if you are not a ski enthusiast, the area is still wonderful for taking long walks in the mountains or enjoying uncontaminated nature. But the real gem of the Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées is its spa. I found it simply wonderful. The spa offers a range of saunas, an ice grotto and a beautiful rooftop pool with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. I spent many hours relaxing in the spa and felt refreshed and completely rested. Furthermore, the hotel's fitness room is very well equipped and offers a wide range of training equipment, both for experienced athletes and beginners. I got to train here during my stay and found the gym to be very professional and well organised. Finally, I cannot fail to mention the splendid view from the rooms of the Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées. My room had a panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains and I spent many relaxing moments admiring the incredible scenery. In summary, if you are looking for a luxury hotel in Switzerland, the Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées is an excellent choice. The location is spectacular, the spa is fantastic and the view from the rooms is breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and relaxing holiday. *Only negative note are the strollers with babies crying in the spa without parents supervising. They showed me too much tenderness... someone would be needed to ensure that all this doesn't happen.

Very helpful staff and nice view, nice spa. Lack of exclusivity for me: too big structure, too many people at the spa, pretty but standard rooms and too many children 😅

I try to go every year for my birthday and this year sticks to the rule. The spa is still as pleasant as ever, they have adjusted the hammam, I thank them because the smell of mimosa (or something like that) was really too strong and there is no more smell or almost none... Thank you. This day the kneipp and the polar zone were not in operation, probably under repair, but they are 2 pleasant activities, especially after the sauna. There are deckchairs facing the panoramic view with linens for greater comfort (there are also some in the rest cave downstairs) (possibility of getting some fresh air on the terrace). Massage as pleasant as ever. The meal is simple but tasty, often with a salad or soup starter, a meal consisting of rice or pasta and a warm dessert that goes well with the Pierre-Bois chalet decor. the place is nice, the place (haute nendaz) close to the departure station and there is the small tram-elevator which allows you to reach easily and parking nearby on the other hand if we talk about the view it's pretty but this one is cut off by the village just opposite... It's tastes and colors. Some will love seeing the chalets, others will appreciate the passing air just below and look at the mountains in the distance. For the room, I reserved 1x several years ago but it was impeccable and last weekend a friend went there and was delighted. Finally, the staff is attentive, smiling and will meet your requests and expectations. They are very caring and affordable, it's really pleasant. THANK YOU

Basically we took a QoQa voucher and decided to take an extra night (4 Vallées conditions in case of stay during the winter season if you choose Friday or Saturday). We'll start with the positives: - nice place - well appointed and cozy hall - welcoming service and desire to do well from the staff - clean room, certainly the most positive point Negative points: - poorly insulated room (cozy room for us) - during the buffet, some tables were not cleaned even though they remained in this state throughout our breakfast. We had to change places because we sat in apparently unused places, which was not the case with the cutlery...The buffet was good but nothing more. - The friendly staff (service, restaurants, bars) seem a little lost at times and perhaps understaffed, which gives the impression of a certain amateurism. - The cushions are horrible, I pointed this out during check-out, and the mattress is quite hard. - The service at the SPA is below what one would expect from a 4 star hotel. - Clos des Cimes Restaurant, not bad but doesn't break any bricks either, decent value for money. - No electric car charging stations. I can't say what but something is missing from this hotel as a whole. It lacks a certain personality, it leaves an impression of an empty shell. In total I will have left more than CHF 1200.- for 2 nights. It's not worth them. For the experience, CHF 800.- would have been a max. I don't think I'll go back there.

Best place to rest, the spa has limited places and it's good it's not full you can rest easy. The decorations are magnificent and the view is splendid 😍. The massage is so relaxing and well done I really recommend it. Plus, we had free lunch thanks to access to the spa, it’s definitely worth going!!!!

Everything was almost perfect! The spa was impeccable, the service etc. The room was very beautiful but the bed less comfortable and not enough pillows to sleep well!

The housekeeper accidentally took a swimsuit into the room. So no spa for the family for 2 days. Total lack of responsiveness from the hotel and weak apologies for the circumstances... More than CHF 600/night... Very disappointing. In fact, 2 star service. On the other hand, the restaurant and bar staff are adorable, the interior design and bedding are impeccable.

Superb venue for private events (weddings and businesses). Excellent welcome when I mixed there to host an event

The surrounding scenery, accommodation conditions, spa facilities, breakfast, etc. are all excellent. The only downside is that it is difficult to find. Considering the advantages, it is safe to say that there are no disadvantages. 100% intention to revisit

As a family of 5, this was our second visit to the apartment hotel complex and Spa. We love it here, the Spa and pool area is outstanding and we even enjoyed the snow whilst in the pool! The apartments above the hotel are spacious and easily accessible from the hotel. Their is a lift which takes you up to the main ski lift for eas, the same lift takes you down to the center of the village. Well worth a stop in the restaurant as the food is excellent as is the service.

Always well received friendly staff I only go there to deliver lost luggage from Geneva airport for hotel guests so I can't give more details

Kids are only allowed to the spa until 6PM

Magical spa! The sauna rooms are fabulous, both in the design and in the atmosphere... wooded atmosphere, total immersion in the mountains.

We were there over Christmas, unfortunately very poor service - we left early because we didn't want to waste the rare free time because: Room not clean, not cleaned twice until 4 p.m., breakfast buffet was terrible, no fresh bread, none other fresh stuff, nothing organic, just really bad food. Some of the other food in the restaurant was frozen ready-made, which is simply not possible for a 4 star hotel. Pool was overcrowded by children (who didn't stay at the hotel) and couldn't be used. There weren't many guests in the house until December 25th and yet the rooms weren't made and the bathroom and bar were overcrowded. We waited at the bar for 30 minutes until we were served. We felt like we were disturbing the hotel. The manager was then unfriendly. Not recommendable! Something like that should be forbidden

Very nice hotel, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. And the SPA is simply magical. I'm taking one star off because the restaurant's main course was not good (QoQa menu, total lack of taste and fish with a lot of bones). If not, it was a perfect stay!

Incredibly bad service. The staff seemed very unhappy and stressed. You felt very unwelcome and the hotel seemed to prioritize external guests more to both the spa and bar area than us who stayed at the hotel. Spa completely overbooked by external guests and long queues arose at the reception. Worst experience ever.

Excellent hotel! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Several restaurants available. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. Top spa, in the world but less than in other places like the Saillon baths. Really great paddling pool area for children with a slide. Perfect. Good breakfast with good products and variety. Great location, next to a free children's slope and the funicular to a gondola. Right next to a sports store that offers ski lessons with top instructors. Nice games room for children on the ground floor. Points to improve : - rooms on the 4th floor much too hot (but apparently this is due to the central heating of the hotel so we cannot do otherwise) - pillows too soft - you must book restaurants and the spa well in advance - put a few more games in the games room on the ground floor :-) Thank you for everything :-)

We have been coming to this hotel for years where the service, especially at breakfast, has dropped drastically. This morning of 12/25/22, the ladies at the restaurant reception are unpleasant, our order was forgotten for 15 minutes before finally bringing us an omelette without vegetables, the lady asking us to add raw vegetables from the buffet next to our plate to replace our vegetable omelette, then adding "Kevin is alone in the kitchen" and then not the continuation "there is no has no vegetables. Why is it our problem that the cook is alone? You should increase your staff. Furthermore, there are two breads running behind each other, including one of the two breads with pork even though we don't eat any, the service is really worthy of a 2-star hotel, except for the friendly young gentleman who tried to better to settle, in short it's not worth the price paid!

This four-star hotel at 4 Vallee Nendaz has a sauna, spa, and indoor heated swimming pool. It has a good breakfast and a good sleep. There are many shops such as Coop, Migro, and pharmacy next to it, which is very convenient. Very close to Nendaz Gondola station!

Magnificent hotel both in terms of its decoration and its location. Ultra pleasant and smiling staff. I am not one of the regulars at this establishment and therefore have no point of comparison, but the new chef at Clos des Cimes has concocted a very pleasant menu for us. The SPA is very beautiful and well equipped. Complete and well-stocked breakfast. A must do!

Beautiful hotel, the suite with the fireplace is splendid and we loved spending time there. Very relaxing and cocooning. The spa is magnificent, very relaxing with lots of different rooms and treatments for everyone. It’s a shame that it’s not just for hotel guests, because it can sometimes be too crowded. I gave 4 and not 5 because we had a bad experience at the restaurant, however our comments were taken into account and we made a nice gesture in compensation. We therefore hope to return and be able to give a nice 5 because the hotel and the setting are a dream. Best regards

I haven't been in the room yet, but the restaurant and reception are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in a great natural location, with beautiful views and developed infrastructure.

This morning we went to the 4 Vallées spa in Nendaz which is closing next week to prepare for winter. The saunas were not hot and the jacuzzis were turned off... as if the vacation had already started! A real disappointment (and a scam given the price we paid without being able to benefit)

Clean and well decorated hotel. The breakfast is excellent with quite a choice and replenished regularly. The Spa is still good even if a lot of people and certain things were not functional like the flotation pool which is not one. Small problem getting the rooms but the staff is very nice! The rooms are very good and the bedding too although it is a little cold in the room

Very disappointed with the lunch, we were told a partner hash and surprise it was a mixed braised beef from the day before. We waited 40 minutes between the starter and the main course. Fortunately the waiter was very understandable, he was all sorry even though it was not his fault. He offered us coffee. We had the massage which was very good, the ladies were very nice. Then the incredible private spa, we won't go back to eat but we will go back to the private spa.

Big disappointment for a 4 star sup'… Crowded SPA and non-functional equipment, dirty towels and glasses everywhere… Breakfast: insufficient staff, 15' to get a table and I'm not talking about the queue at the empty buffet for a long time . Check out: single receptionist for the entire hotel. And following the complaint email, no apology or compensation. Unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

We have been purchasing an annual ski subscription for many years. We can also benefit from discounted entry to the SPA once a year. Since there was no need for the last two years due to Corona, we took the liberty of making use of it at short notice. We had the subscriptions with us, but unfortunately we didn't download the app, which also included the voucher. The very unfriendly lady referred us to this app, even though we didn't have a cell phone with us, we were denied discounted entry with a subscription card. Since we were really looking forward to the SPA stay, we paid the full price per person of over CHF 40.00, even though there wasn't much going on. Sorry.....that really wasn't worth it. There are other day spas where towels and slippers are included for much cheaper money. And by the way, the sound makes the music, friendliness is free and perhaps some help for the faux pas on our part would have been nice. We will certainly no longer want to benefit from their SPA even at a discount.

This was one of the most inviting places I have ever stayed. I visited in the late summer and was greeted with incredible customer service, fantastic food, and great views. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone that asked.

The hotel is very clean and the spa is great.

No plastic bag or a wringer available for the wet swimsuit to take it back; I saw several people leaving with bath linens to wrap up their bathing suits... Multi-entry card (5× entries = 200.-) valid only for max 2 entries at a time. A family of 3 people is not okay!

Very nice, large and superb rooms with beautiful mountain views, a few meters from the ski lifts reachable by a lift next to the hotel. The restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent. The spa is its strong point: very large and with tubs, swimming pools, saunas and relaxation areas all with views, including the outdoor sauna with large windows
