Hotel Polo in Ascona

Very nice, centrally located hotel. The bus stop is just around the corner and you can reach the lake in just a few minutes on foot. Clean rooms, free coffee and water in the minibar. We received a very friendly welcome and were even able to check in straight away even though we were way too early. Super varied breakfast. Dinner was very tasty. Price-performance ratio top.

We have been customers of the Polo hotel for years and every time we are happy to see the whole team and spend time in the hotel. Girls are kind and nice, they have time and attention for every customer. The location of the hotel is very convenient (5 minutes walk to the center of Ascona), crossing the road you can visit the beautiful little Parco dei Poeti which my dogs really like, the rooms are very clean, tidy and quiet, the beds are very comfortable and you sleep well. Breakfast is very plentiful and there is everything for every taste :) We highly recommend the restaurant with its varied menu and excellent quality food. We want to thank the team for everything and see you soon!

An absolute insider tip for Ascona. The food is very good with a manageable selection. Breakfast buffet balanced, rich. Very good coffee (piston machine), wonderful selection of teas. We were here on a short vacation of 3 nights, had nice rooms (family rooms) and felt VERY comfortable.

Family vacation in the first week of the year. We were welcomed friendly, courteous and with an upgrade 1 hour before possible check-in. The rooms on the third floor are spacious (enough space even with a small child) Breakfast as well as dinner were for a healthy hunger. What was close (but sufficient) in my opinion would be the size of the bathrooms. Many thanks to the Hotel Polo team for your enthusiasm and enthusiasm!

WiFi from the hotel with TV is very good. The location is central in Ascona and the staff is friendly and professional. A few steps to the old town and lake. Coop, bus stop and PP nearby
