Room clean and comfortable bed. Furniture could do with a bit of modernization. Great location to walk around Geneva. TV channels could do with more English speaking (although all BBC channels were there, none of them worked for my stay of 2 nights).

Not a 5 star hotel, hasn’t been updated in decades. Great view of water if you get lake front, but not worth it. Do not recommend / stay anywhere else

Very nice establishment where the staff is very welcoming and caring with the desire to serve the customer and provide them with the best possible experience. The architecture and interior decoration are remarkable and historical or contemporary works of art decorate the common spaces with a very pleasant highlight.

Disappointed. I am travelling a lot for business and I know the Bonvoy / Marriott group quite well. But this hotel is not worth it. No charging stations (e-Cars). Breakfast was poor. The room not good, old and small. Not useful for tall people. Park situation horrible. At the the lobby is just posh. Not even Instagramable. So I definitely not suggest this place. Especially with a rate of 500 CHF a night. Not useful for business.
