We didn't stay at the hotel, we had lunch and breakfast in the restaurant. The place is fabulous! Very hospitable employees. The service is good. The cuisine is very tasty, fresh dishes. But most of all I liked the view from the window. Like the picture.

We stayed in the studio for 1 night. Very nice, with a view of the lake and a small kitchen. Not ultra-modern but everything you need (including fridge). Beautiful location by the lake (certainly beautiful even in summer) outside the village. Service very friendly and flexible, to have an early breakfast for ski tours (we brought everything to the room the night before). Lovely again.

Staff was super friendly. Value for money is fine.

I'll put the issue of friendliness under communication problems, we didn't really feel welcome. Room 13 (most good hotels avoid this number - it could have given us pause) is also marketed as a studio thanks to the fitted kitchen. Everything was clean, but otherwise gave the impression of a hodgepodge of furniture. You can also notice this on the bed, a solid slatted frame for a spring mattress and a soft 10 cm foam pad don't mix well. We travel a lot, but we haven't needed the in-depth bed test for the last 10 years. The standard in this hotel category is now so high that you can do without it and still sleep well anywhere - learning something again would have saved our bones a lot. The bathroom was newly renovated, which is probably why the light didn't work completely, but it was otherwise very attractively tiled and had a bathtub. It's actually totally quiet at night; at around 10 p.m. the guests on the restaurant terrace, which is right next to the room, were gone. If it hadn't been for the smokers from the bar who happily smoked on the terrace of the restaurant in an extremely communicative manner until the bar was finally closed. The cyclic pump noise at the lake, which was not audible during the day, lasted the whole night and only ended again at breakfast time.

At the table there were already boiled eggs, ham, salami and cheese, as well as packaged jam, etc. Everything was fresh. As I said, the whole thing would be a gem but it would have to be renovated.
