We were 2 couples at lunch, with 3 5-6 year old children in tow. Good food, truly wonderful staff, patient and ready to fulfill our every request. They offered board games, colors and more to entertain the children. I highly recommend it.

Unpretentious restaurant with good food and friendly service. We'd love to come back.

I had lunch today in this wonderful restaurant, excellent cuisine, especially the pizzoccheri are truly a house specialty, both in terms of quality and quantity! Compliments also go to the dining room staff, precise, attentive, impeccable and super kind! I will definitely be back, I left the restaurant fully satisfied!

Exceptional food!!! Really good and tasty risotto and ribs, I really appreciated the tiramisu. I have rarely eaten so well! Fast, cheerful and courteous staff. I highly recommend it!

Nice and quiet place, but if you arrive late there is only pizza. Anyway good. It was worth it and you can park in the back without any problems.

I went for lunch on Sunday, a very crowded place due to its proximity to the ski slopes. Despite this, the two waitresses (one of whom was pregnant) were very quick: impeccable service and quality of food. I ate some excellent homemade pizzoccheri and delicious meatballs, fantastic cream and pine nut cake!

Catastrophe, on a Sunday lunchtime, after 90 minutes of waiting, we weren't even served drinks. Service for two and hopelessly overloaded. Children scream because they are hungry and nothing is moving forward. Competence looks different. The plus point was that the service offered all the chicken nuggets because of the long waiting time and apologized. The pizza was ok. I don't want to mention the Pizzoccheri, that could be better. I had time to draw the black and white picture line by line. Not recommended unless something changes, no comparison to last year.

We went to this place for lunch. Very nice place and objectively good dishes (we tried pizzoccheri and schnitzel) However, not satisfied with the service. Only 2 girls for the whole room, they had to take care of orders, service, cash register etc. We were forced to ask for the same things over and over again, having to get up to get what we needed. The only dish ordered for children arrived 5 minutes after our dishes. We ordered (standing up) the second course and until we finished the second course we still had the plates of the first courses on the table because they didn't clear the table. The waitresses with long, loose hair. One of the 2 when she brought the dishes had hair literally resting in the dishes!!!!!! It's a shame because the place could deserve more!

I call to book, you confirm the reservation for me. already from the parking lot you YELL at us that the kitchen is closing (and tell us on the phone?). upon entering, one of your waitresses tells us "it's not true that you have booked", with incredible rudeness. we convince you that we would have had a quick bite before the kitchen closed. but the menus don't arrive. we take the menus ourselves. no one to take orders (weren't you in a hurry to serve us to close the kitchen?). after quite a while of waiting, you tell us that in reality, of the entire menu, only the pizza remains (and tell us before?). the couple next door, who ordered after us, had hot pizzoccheri on their table within minutes. not even half an apology to us. treated with disdain and discourtesy. strongly not recommended.

Quiet place, excellent and friendly service, excellent quality

With my wife and my granddaughters we ate in this lovely restaurant. We were greeted kindly and everything we ordered was served in the right time. I must say that the quality/price ratio is excellent and I recommend it to families. The helpfulness of the staff towards us was also more than good. Finally, the cleanliness in both the lounge and the toilets was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We have been guests in this restaurant several times. So far we have always been satisfied, unfortunately this time an employee from the kitchen told us off. For no reason he claimed that my wife made faces behind the service employee's back. Unfortunately the reaction was very unprofessional. She came to the table and asked us to finish and leave her restaurant immediately. We can keep our money. She doesn't want it from us, she'll take it over. The last time it happened to me was in kindergarten that I was judged for making faces. I could understand this in kindergarten because I did it too. It's a mystery to me why we're being attacked for something we didn't do. We are people who say directly when we don't like something. We don't need something like that. It's a shame that she reacted like that, I've been running a restaurant myself for 16 years, but I've never experienced anything like that. You can believe me, I rarely write comments on Google, but I can't let that slide. Poor woman, don't think it will bring her happiness. By the way, the food was good except how you fry the bratwurst. My wife was very surprised and said “oh what’s that” maybe the hosts didn’t like that???

Good food, cooked on average, quality more than good. Poor service, too many covers for just 2 waitresses. Total confusion and delays throughout.
