The service was excellent, extremely friendly and courteous. The food was also excellent and very good sized portions. We were so full after our main course, we couldn't order a dessert. Definitely recommended and while we are visiting Geneva we will pay a 2nd visit to the restaurant.

The pizza was really TREMENDOUS!!! They are very large, with thin dough and the cheese was delicious! The only thing that failed me a little was the Roman-style squid, which were quite normal frozen. The treatment was luxurious, both the owner and the waiter were very attentive at all times.

Must visit, bresaola mozzarella is a must have, risotto Milanese was yum, pizza fornello is good. The meat and cheese is fresh

Excellent service, the pizza master treated us with all the cool and in Spanish (which is not easy to find in Switzerland) the incredible Romagnola and Campagnola pizza, they came out in 5 minutes and were super hot, made in front of us.

The worst Italian restaurant in Geneva. Very long and poor service. Very greasy and poor quality food and to top it off, a hair in the middle of our plate and no compensation. To avoid !!!

Restaurant a little noisy and aimed at regular customers. As it was the first time, I noticed the continuous interaction between the staff and the other customers, leaving out those who are not usual. The food, a carbonara, was good, but not to the point of being the real thing (I've also eaten worse in Italy). Everything else is good. I recommend it, as the quality/price ratio is acceptable, even if we are in Switzerland. Around €40 per person.

A wonderful place to have lunch or dinner in Geneva. The food was spectacular but the best thing was the treatment from the staff, we were 9 people and we went one day for dinner and two days later we ate again because of how well they treated us and they surpassed themselves on the second day! Thank you for everything and how well you behaved with us!!!

We have had a risotto alla Milanese and spaghetti Aglio Olio. Risotto had no safran and was made from the simple rise which on top of it was overcooked. Spaghetti was extremely salty and spicy. It is not an Italian food. I wonder how you can spoil such a simple dishes? Either the chef never tried neither risotto, nor spaghetti or they simply don’t care. In any case it is completely disrespectful to the client to serve this gruel and call it the food. The service is “Geneva style” you have to ask for the ice few times, several times for a water etc…and at the end of the day we all get used to that type of service…but when considering the food…no, it become unacceptable. Sorry.

You don't expect it. It is a corner restaurant on the road towards the station. But as soon as you are put down it is like you are in Italy. You come to Geneva. Go eat here.

Excellent service and delicious food!

I have ordered Pinot Gris, prawns cocktail and risotto. They bring me: cote de provence, roquette de parmesan and risotto. I was too hungry to complain but I will never return back. 16chf for roquette that grows in my garden so much that I have to dump it is too much.

Our evening with more than 20 people really enjoyed the meal. Both the meat and the pizzas. Everything was excellent.

Finally found the restaurant I needed to give the worst review ever. If you’re intolerant or allergic DONT COME TO THIS PLACE. I’m allergic to wheat (if I eat it, it gives me a very deadly allergic reaction) so I must eat gluten free all the time. I ate here on may 14th. They told me they would give me gluten free pasta and it will be fine. After 20mins I ended up at the hospital almost dying, no breathing, my face swollen, almost seizuring. When the nurse called at first they denied it but when we called again they told us that they COOKED the “gluten free” pasta in REGULAR PASTA WATER!! This place don’t take allergies or intolerances seriously. Only “decent” thing about this situation is that eventually they ended up paying for the hospital bill. But the trauma and me almost dying is something that I won’t ever forget.

It's not real Italian but the pasta is okay, if you come to Switzerland it's a “cheap” option to eat. The waiter is friendly.

It's difficult to be calm at Rue de Lausanne, but the service and quality of the products are impeccable. The pizzas are cooked over a wood fire, and it's worth the detour!

I would’ve given the review more if they didn’t intentionally give me the wrong order . What’s their excuse? They didn’t have chicken so they decided to put Turkey ! Without informing me . I found out after we took the food home . When we called them, they blatantly said “ we didn’t have chicken so we put Turkey “. The audacity honestly, why not put a pigeon or crow too, since that’s a bird ! I would’ve tolerated it if I was asked if it was ok to swap and not do it without consent !

Second visit to this very pleasant restaurant. Takeaway pizza. Very good even if basil was missing on the 3 Sole Mio pizzas. Good size, very good tomato sauce and quality ingredients. Reasonable prices.

A good address for an excellent coffee restaurant which can bear the name Trattoria without a shadow of a doubt. The cuisine is excellent with a simple menu but whose recipes are very well mastered. Pizza, and certainly others to take away if possible because taking an Italian steak for example is not easy. On the other hand, I think it's possible if we just stick to spaghetti. I've never tried to take spaghetti though. The prices are affordable and there is no cheating when it comes to the scale. There is also the hanging board to offer the poor a drink and food. It's true that the last time I went there was a year ago but nothing has changed since I went there the first time. Una Trattoria which seems to me to have been established for a very, very long time. Accept the card. The entrance is accessible for people in chairs, however it will not be possible to access the toilets because you have to climb a platform of several steps. We ordered aglio e olio and a pizza and we were less than impressed. The pasta was so spicy I couldn't finish it which I have never experienced with aglio e olio ever before. Theres no indication on the menu that it is about to set your mouth on fire and the server didn't warn me either. The pizza had tomatoes and onions dumped on it which seemed odd considering the other photos on the reviews, as they all looked so good. The staff were really friendly and they did give us an ice-cream to compensate for the pasta. Maybe just a bad experience but there is far better Italian restaurants in Geneva

Came here with a large group. The food was quite nice although took a while to arrive. This is understandable though as the group had over 40 people in it. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the server was very professional despite the size of our group.

Took a school group of 43 students here. The staff were so attentive and helpful. They took care over the orders and were excellent at checking on allergies and intolerances. They also looked after the school staff very well! Really recommended! Thank you so much.

We went to this restaurant attracted by the fact that it made pizza in a wood-fired oven. The pizza was good except that there was too much mozzarella and in any case it was not comparable to an Italian one. Prices are normal for Geneva (14 euros for a margherita).

Something has changed in this restaurant, great welcome from the owner and staff. Our server was very efficient, friendly and attentive. We had 4 pizzas which were excellent. My calzone at the top! Lovely rustic restaurant inside and mini alfresco dining outside. Service was very attentive, demonstrating initiative such as providing a baby seat and entertaining kids. Decent portions, pizza was stonebaked and tasted fresh and authentic. Saw an order for pasta which was massive. Reasonable prices including drinks. Visited twice and definately would recommend it.

Excellent restaurant and the staff is great. We go there with colleagues regularly at lunchtime and are always pleasantly surprised each time. We are taken care of as if we were part of the family. The food is excellent, we are regularly offered starters, after eating the chef asks us if we are still hungry so that we can be given more for free… never before seen, well done! The quantities are VERY generous, it’s not expensive, the staff is smiling and the restaurant manager is very pleasant. See you soon

An excellent pizzeria, wood-fired pizzas. The place has changed owners a few months ago and now offers excellent steaks, a large choice of pastas, everything is good and served with a smile, I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful meal. Was recommended a Sicilian ice cream dish that perfectly complemented the spaghetti bolegnese and Chianti.

The pizza is delicious accompanied by a good Italian wine, Zensa, organic of very good quality. The Vesuvius pizza with gorgonzola cheese is recommended, although the pastas are also very good.

Very tasty pizzas, good thin dough and large size. Good value for money for Switzerland (€20/person). I ordered the one with egg and pepperoni, with a spicy touch, spectacular. They give a free appetizer. Very attentive staff. I am a good eater and I have a little left over, which they gave me to take away. Free tap water option.

One of the best pizzas we've had in Geneva. The staff is friendly, they speak English too. For such tasty pizzas the prices are reasonable (for Geneva).

Pizzeria well above average in Geneva! Well located in the city center, non-stop cuisine from noon to midnight. The owner and staff are very welcoming. The dishes are meticulous, the wood-fired pizzas excellent. We had a great time and we will come back as soon as possible. Well done!

Honestly deserves 5 stars. I had my Airbnb next to the restaurant and every hour of the day I passed by it was full with people and I had to try it out. I totally get the hype, good Italian food, good price range, the service is pretty good, very welcoming atmosphere.

Lovely italian restaurant with friendly and quick service. The ravioli was delicious and at CHF20 an affordle price for Geneva. The aperol spritz was CHF10 and definitely a good size.

The best Italian restaurant in Geneva and Switzerland, and undoubtedly one of the best in the world for 5 reasons: 1- Service always attentive, friendly and with a big smile. 2- Incredible menu, delicious dishes, amazing Pizza in wood oven 3- Excellent wines and cocktails 4- Nice ambiance and prices 5- Always clean, impeccable and the Buttini parking is just 2 minutes walk away.
