Fresh products. Good quality/price ratio. Impeccable service. Warm atmosphere and attentive staff. I tested Luigia Sion and now Geneva and I recommend these establishments without hesitation.

A real Factory, we are far from the cozy setting of a small Italian restaurant. Servers very volubilis like the Italians are but service a little light at 4 we were all served out of time and 3 times a request for a ramekin of Ketchup for a child...

We waited 45 minutes to get the order. (Despite the reservation) Having a little girl, we asked for water twice, it arrived after 25 minutes. We wanted to have a special moment for the birthday, not even the slightest gesture of singing "happy birthday" which lasts 20 seconds was possible, if we didn't buy a dessert!!!!! Tap water paid 5.90 francs!!!!! never paid in any restaurant. I suggest next time, charge for the chairs too. DISAPPOINTING THANK YOU

Unable to book. The site does not work, the app is full. Forced to go there because no one answers the phone and it's impossible to book by email. No physical card, you have to scan a QR. Impeccable service, delicious pasta, a real Italian dessert, whether tiramisu or cannoli not to mention the baba...all at a more than reasonable price, what more could you ask for?!

I can't say more than waited several minutes, without even saying a word, yes there were a lot of people, (I am used to the Left Bank restaurant where as soon as possible you are welcomed with a smile even if you have to wait you are considered .) hence my astonishment in this restaurant I left after looking at the service which did not make me want to wait any longer. I went to the left bank to be well received. You haven't lost a customer 😁

The meal was great, the experience would have been superb if the waiter had not disrespected us at the end. When the card machine does not work, please let them know before the meal, and do not take customers for idiots by presenting them with a fait accompli.

I've been going to Luigia's for years and I think that above all it's an experience: the kindness of the servers, the decor and the very good dishes. I really like their cocktails too!! I recommend this restaurant! Also for families with children!

Nice atmosphere, very nice server and good food. Where it gets tricky is when you're going to pay. The carafe of water costs 3.- even though we had cocktails as an aperitif and wine during the meal. I find this really not correct. It's a shame because otherwise the rest is really nice.

I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional service of an employee at this restaurant. This had never happened to me before. The gentleman who greeted us at the entrance to place us on a table and to cash us at the end of our meal had unprofessional behavior. During the evening the latter dropped my coat on the floor twice without apologizing. I didn't say anything, not wanting to disturb him, because he seemed stressed during the service. But what is unacceptable is the insistence of this employee towards customers who must pay the bill. The gentleman asks twice for the amount we wish to pay for the tips. Not wishing to do so, we politely replied, twice, that we would only pay the amount indicated. When I want to pay with my bank card, I see on the machine screen the amount that has increased. The employee had added tips on his own. I realized this when my card validated automatic payment. Due to this disrespectful and dishonest gesture, I will unfortunately no longer return to this restaurant which offers very good dishes.

Magnificent Italian food restaurant in Geneva. Pasta, pizza whatever you want, excellent quality, I tried gnocchi alla sorrentina, spectacular.

We order takeaway. When we arrive the order is not ready. Great, I said to myself, that way the pizzas will be nice and hot! We arrive home, pizzas all soft and cold… Luigia = fake Italian gogo factory. It's rubbish. Never again.

Very friendly waiter. On the other hand, the kitchen is bad! The pasta carbonara was completely dry and bland and so were the other two pasta dishes! Of course they have a small cinema for children but at this price I can go to the cinema with the family for 1 week. We paid almost 250frs. A disaster ! Yes we are in Geneva but still!

The restaurant is in a shopping center under construction. Hardly visible. Entrance via roadside stairs due to roadworks. The reception is not great. I came with my children and nothing was offered to keep them waiting like coloring or to show me the games room/cinema. I asked for fries, my son got potatoes, he was not served with the dinosaur dome while the other children around us did, we had to ask for ketchup 3 times, other children had fries. real fries, the waiter told me no but it's because they had fries and nuggets that go together! I asked to change the cocktail because it still hadn't arrived, the waiter told me no, it's too late, it's already prepared. Worst of all, it wasn't even good, even the kids didn't like it. Pizza dough too soft, too much tomato sauce, little cheese... I understand better why there was availability when the one on the Left Bank was full, if I had known I would have waited anyway at the Left Bank! Obviously I won't go back there.

This restaurant deserves its very good reputation. The setting is warm, the pizzas are good (a little expensive but we're in Geneva!!) and the concept of a cinema for children is just great. Young and old alike had a wonderful time.

Last month we ate here and the service was awful. We arrived at opening time and it took awhile for someone to take our drink order, and then our food order. My pizza arrived without the correct ingredients and as a replacement for the spicy sausage I ordered, the waiter only offered me spicy oil to pour on top. He didn't offer to replace my pizza for the one I ordered. Then when we went to pay they didn't offer a discount, but after arguing with them they took 5chf off the bill. They made a mistake with the order at the table beside ours and completely comped her meal. Tonight we had a table reserved for my daughter's birthday and had another bad experience. Once again, my pizza was made wrong! So as my family ate I sat and watched until my pizza was remade. Instead of receiving a discount on the bill they actually added a 2chf charge that I had to argue to get taken off! Ridiculous service. Also to add to the ambiance, there were some children screaming, throwing their boots and being so loud we could barely have a conversation.

Dishes are in general very good. In particular, this time I had a pizza and it was on point. Desserts is a different story. A few of us had each a tiramisu and we all felt they were really unbalanced. Last time, I had a panna cotta with my wife and we didn't like either. I had these desserts and others in the past, sometimes they are very good, some other times are really plain. I pretty much always have an aperol spritz and they are always made correctly. So, I recommend this place to dinner but I would have a dessert elsewhere. The service is in general good.

Frankly, when you see all the other good pizzerias in Geneva, I don't understand why people still go to Luigia. This place looks like a restaurant which is only confirmed in the decoration. For the rest we could rather call it a fast food restaurant with exorbitant prices for the smallest pizzas ever seen in Geneva, where even a little extra basil costs money, where they charge for the caraph of water, where they pushes each interaction to add extras, and where employees are clearly underpaid and exploited. Honestly, go eat elsewhere!

But what is going on with Luigia? The previously impeccable welcome is now provided by a lady who feels like she is disturbing her home on a Sunday evening. No smile, no warmth, no pleasure in receiving loyal customers (five or six times a year, four of us, for several years)... Nothing, just a drawing of the head and the unpleasant feeling of not being , in his eyes, only cattle. The previously very good food is no longer so good, we noticed this during our last three visits. The quality has dropped (shrimp/zucchini pasta where the shrimp are blatantly lower quality than before, average meatball pasta where before it was delicious). The prices have obviously not changed. The icing on the cake is that the carafes of water that were previously free (isn't that the least you can do when you want customer satisfaction and especially that they come back?), are now chargeable!!! When I complain about it to the aforementioned lady, she gives me an incomprehensible explanation (which she probably didn't understand very well herself), from which it appears that the only goal is to make micro-gains on the backs of customers. Then, at my insistence, she swipes my card again (quite annoyed, angry... at a customer who has just paid 150.-!!!), to reimburse me. Word to the wise, if you're going to complain and you're not too afraid of conflict, Luigia reimburses the jugs of tap water that accidentally ended up on the bill. We must not be the only ones to have noticed the change. The restaurant was half empty, where before people had been lining up at the entrance. We'll try again in a few months. If Luigia hasn't recovered by then, it will be the last. P.S. Please change the films playing in the cinema room. The same two films have been playing over and over for months. My children can't take it anymore and come back to the table, even though it's an opportunity for parents to spend some alone time.

The best bruschetta I’ve ever tasted, served with a amazingly fresh burrata, tomato and basil on top of a crunchy bread. Wonderful Bucatini Alla Carbonara as well!

Very well received despite the fact that we arrived at 1:45 p.m. and that the establishment closed at 2:30 p.m. the staff was very friendly, let us eat in peace and the food was really good, the pizzas were cooked to perfection, we knew we were delighted despite the time, the Waiters went to cut us two pieces of tiramisu which were just exceptional, thank you again!

Hello everyone, the pizzeria has many branches around the World, the standard is consistent and very good, they have many different pizza, i went for the Miracolata pizza and burrata cheese, both were stars as well as the service.

Ordered salad did not arrive at all, and ordered pizza looked as in attached pictures. I do not recommend ordering food from this place

Eating On site nothing to say everything is perfect never been disappointed. But on the other hand in delivery what a lack of respect for each order I refrained from leaving a review but when you make several orders and they are all of poor quality it becomes heavy I will never order takeaway again. brusetta is is not what it was lousy portion!!! And let's not talk about the svizzerino burger which went from three steaks with garnish to two steaks with dry bread without garnish, it's incredible. Be a little more respectful of takeaway orders please because we pay full price too

We waited 45 minutes to order our dishes. The waiter who had our table left when we were giving him our choices. We have been regular customers since they opened their first restaurant around 15 years ago . They were always excellent. Sadly, standards have declined and our most recent visit this Sunday was very disappointing. Smaller portions . Pizzas burnt and soggy .

Our neighborhood go-to that never disappoints for either dine-in or takeaway. Can get busy on the weekends but a large enough location that we've seldom had to wait as a small group. Very happy that the chain is taking off but the atmosphere at this one is special.

Takeaway... Oily pizza, gelatinous mushrooms, rubbery mozzarella..😒The cuisine is clearly no longer what it was in its early days. Not to mention the service...The receptionist clearly didn't want to give us any information. Too bad at 25.- per Pizza.

If the quality suffers from no problem, this type of establishment where you have to scan a QR code to access the menu card is quite unpleasant. You don't have a paper map. On the other hand, I hate the bar counter type tables that they use to accommodate as many customers as possible. If I go to a restaurant with family it is also to have a table with only family, and not to share this moment with strangers. Ordered customized vegaterian pizza. The pizza came with beef. After 30 seconds they took the beef on pizza and reserved. Approach of stuff was very rude. It never worths to go. It is just street pizza anywhere.

We canceled after more than an hour of waiting. The waitress encouraged us to call the police… Horrible, no tact for regular customers who often eat during their break from work.

If you have any type of disability avoid this restaurant. In the evening, access to the restaurant for people in wheelchairs is only via the parking lot. And despite taking the elevator upon arrival at the restaurant, there are still steps to climb. Very complicated when you are accompanied by someone in a wheelchair. Before arriving I called the restaurant to see if it was wheelchair accessible and was told yes. It would be nice if the person in charge on the phone warned customers that there are still steps. So I don't recommend it at all. Longer wait despite the fact that the room is half empty.

Bad experience. During the weekend it is impossible to go to this place, very crowded and terrible service. It all started very badly following a missing reservation, the person in charge of the place, Mrs. blonde with glasses, very unpleasant and not very polite, replies are you sure you booked here? As soon as we found out the correct phone number, the first apologies began. They let us sit 40 minutes late and with an incredible flaw, when we asked for the courtesy of having the pizzas redone as they were cold, all he did was say "now we'll have them redone", we waited about 1 hour and they only reheated them, creating so the rubberiness of the pizza.. some even came out burnt.. indecent place and not worthy of having such unprofessional people inside. Not to mention the warm draft beers without a trace of foam. A piece of advice, change the room managers and add a few more waiters.

Last evening in Geneva and having visited various restaurants during the holidays, to top it off we decide to go to this highly recommended chain, but this is not always the case!! Since the Luigia restaurant in the center is very crowded and with a lot of anticipation, we are advised to go to the other Luigia in Tourelle, not far away, so my wife, I, my brother-in-law and my partner don't waste time and go straight away. Upon arrival, no one at the reception so we ask at the cash desk and a lady. Blonde, noticeably raising the tone of her voice in an arrogant manner, invites us to wait on the side. After a while of waiting, we are assigned an inside table next to the cinema. We choose what to have and order. After about 30 minutes the water is finally served. Upon our call to Mrs. Blonde in the room who I think is the manager, it is said in very rude language almost with a sense of contempt towards ourselves, you are not at home, you have to wait. Having waited about 30 minutes for water and 1 hour for 3 portions of approximately 70 grams of pasta with an indescribable "cooking" if you can define it as such and a pizza that arrived much earlier than the pasta, I can only express myself in one word: SHAME , I understand that it was Sunday evening but at least be a little more friendly with the customers, a nice place but the staff were so out of date and arrogant, if you are not capable of managing a room and a kitchen it is better to change jobs.
