Italiana in Langnau am Albis

I ordered 2 pizzas to deliver for lunch on Sunday - for me and my kids. I left very clear and specific delivery instructions in writing. The delivery guy surely did not read my comments on delivery. Then he called me to confirm how to find my place. I explained to him several times. The guy was telling me that navigation shows differently. I repeated how to find my place for like 4-5 times during two separate calls. Then suddenly Ofelya cancelled my order. So, they cancelled the order and did not deliver the food. I was like WOW. Can u imagine ur hungry little kids are crying coz they r waiting for food and this nice pizzeria cancels ur order because a guy is too stupid to deliver food? Other places don’t have problems with delivery, only this one had. Never will order again. Don’t recommend to anyone either.

We spend a lot of time in the wilderness park and sometimes go to restaurants. We hoped that the restaurant would get better with the change (as you would expect from the zoo). Unfortunately we were disappointed... fries unfortunately not good, crispy nuggets not edible. We thought the "vegetable sticks" were a great idea but they looked old and tasted like a refrigerator…a shame. Hope for improvement. Otherwise there's still the picnic.

Excellent restaurant experience! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say the food was simply exquisite! The dishes were deliciously prepared and of the highest quality. The service was attentive and friendly, and the ambience was simply wonderful. All in all, my visit here was great! I can definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon. If you are looking for good food, good service and a nice ambience then this is definitely the place for you!
