Very nice discovery, the setting is very pleasant, and the cuisine absolutely delicious. We took the "Surprise" menu, and the chef concocted delicacies after delights for us. The tastes, flavors and presentation were magnificent. We will come back with great pleasure.

Very nice address in Lausanne and excellent culinary experience. In the evening, based on the surprise menu: 3 starters, main course and dessert. Fantastic menu composition, only noble, quality and perfectly cooked products. Successful combinations, subtle and full of flavors. Very fresh and well presented products. Scallops, skate wing, quail - truffle, rack of lamb! Gorgeous ! The room is cute but once full, particularly noisy. Nice setup, warm welcome. Efficient and well organized service. A little surprised that for a table of two we can ask who took what, a bit of a shame. Attentive and smiling service but sometimes a little surprising. A cuisine that suits me perfectly, the combinations, textures and flavors that I love. Plus we were very lucky with the composition of the menu. The cooking is perfectly mastered, this one-sided cooking is interesting. It allows you to combine crispy and melting texture at the same time. Rack of lamb a little too rare for my taste but of excellent quality and exact seasoning. You have to be hungry, the menu is substantial and the bread is good, almost too much, but fortunately the dessert, rhubarb mousse with Greek yogurt, citrus sorbet on financier, was light. Perfect to end this feast. The financier didn't suit me anymore, too compact and soft. Nice wine list: Aloxe-Corton at a reasonable price and a wonderful sweet Pacherenc white from Vic Bilh! We regret not having seen the chef, but it was full. The owner, wife of the chef, was helpful, pleasant and gave good advice. We spent a very good evening around a quality meal which we really enjoyed. A completely reasonable price for Lausanne. Price - quality - quantity - service at the rendezvous. We went for the surprise menu with an additional entrée, and we were amazed. It was our friend's birthday, and they were kind enough to put a special candle on her dessert. Everything was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. With the amount, taste and quality of food, we think it is well worth the price! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I will be returning.

Everything was perfect, the food, the service, the location, no false notes. But personally I find that there was a lack of a story around these dishes, a link. Not going there would be a mistake.

(Relatively) small restaurant where great energy circulates. Came as a scout one day at midday, we really appreciated the food: very fresh dishes, with simple and tasty ingredients. The quality/price ratio of the menu is very interesting. Interesting little details: the two breads baked on site at lunchtime and in the evening / the pralines served with coffee. The service is friendly, everything contributes to making you feel comfortable. The tables are sufficiently spaced apart. Well done to everyone (we will come back in the evening to get to know each other better).

Everything is remarkable and delicious in this restaurant, the cuisine is delicious and creative, and the service is perfect and very professional.

First of all, a big thank you to the entire restaurant team. I really appreciated the delicacy of the service, entirely carried out by women. Women who are very attentive and unique in their genre. Proof that you don't need to be a man to hold the assembly... I also point out that we asked if it was possible to have an extra “spätzlis”. The portions arrived quickly and were some of the best I have eaten. Many thanks again and well done!

Nice setting and nice presentation. The only big downside was the main course: I had wild boar breast as part of the tasting menu for 89.- and my piece of meat was actually just a big piece of fat bathed in sauce 😥 As I didn't want to spoil the atmosphere of the meal and no waiter came to ask us how it was going, I politely finished my dish (the wait to receive it was really long). The other people at the table advised me to tell the waitress who replied that I should have mentioned it sooner. Without apology or gesture whatsoever. So I am very disappointed to have paid a hundred francs to go home and have a stomach ache all night…

A quality restaurant. Despite an eventful arrival among drunken customers and a poorly placed table, we decided to stay: the service is impeccable, the cuisine delicious (however the chef has no mastery at cooking the fish, too dry) and inventive. One downside, however, concerns the quantity served: minimalist (especially for this price: 78 CHF without drinks): you will be hungry when you leave. However, we had a very good evening there.

My partner and I really enjoyed the place, the service and the cuisine. The lunch menu with starter, main course and dessert remains very affordable, but I find that portion-wise it remains a little limited, I was still almost hungry after eating.

Probably the best bistronomic restaurant in Lausanne. Located in the heart of Lausanne, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The service is very attentive and the Chef is very attentive to the special requests of his customers. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, seasonal ingredients, prepared with love. The adjective “bistronomic” is really appropriate for once! An alliance of sometimes simple ingredients, in recipes that excel them and others that are more noble, and all this in perfectly correct quantities. (Only downside: I don’t subscribe to the concept of sharing the final treat.)

After our visit last December for my husband's birthday, we came back as a family for my birthday this time. It was once again a taste wonder! Even my daughters LOVED it! Everything was delicious and I weigh my words carefully. I have never appreciated such cuisine to this extent. I had heard good things about it and I was quite disappointed. Slightly tasteless sea bream tartare, uninteresting crusted egg, meat much overcooked and above all terribly tough! The sauces are good, but lacking for my taste. Uninteresting dessert. That aside, the setting is friendly and the welcome quite pleasant. However, I will not return to it.

Very good food, but not suitable for allergy sufferers. My gluten intolerance, which was stated when making the reservation and then asked again at service, was forgotten. Although I was assured that the Suprise Menu would be possible without gluten, after the appetizer the waiter came back with an apology, "He forgot." Unfortunately, I had already eaten them by then. Even good food isn't worth three days of stomach pain afterwards. I expect higher standards from a restaurant in this price range.

Superb meal for two We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were delighted with our meal on the restaurant's small terrace! The summer weather had something to do with it, but not only that. The particularly warm and pleasant welcome from the waitress immediately put us in a good mood. The chef happily came to share some cooking secrets, and we appreciated his creativity, the perfect quality of the products, and the controlled contrasts of tastes and textures. We let ourselves be taken in by the surprise menu, with excellent open wines to accompany the dishes. The chef masterfully combines land and sea products and amaze us with very original sorbets that complement savory and sweet dishes. It tickles our curiosity and very pleasantly awakens the taste buds. In short, we really recommend this little restaurant.

Very good meal, the staff was friendly, the decoration very pretty with beautiful flowers on the table. The oxtail was particularly delicious. All the dishes were well prepared with original and harmonious flavors. Small criticism: the waiter did not serve us the open wine at the table for the aperitif. This is not up to the expectations I have for such a restaurant. Damage!
