Jetpizza in Lausanne

Absolutely one of the best restaurants I've been to. Food was delicious and fresh, service was very attentive and informative, and the atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommended and will in no doubt come back again! Really affordable prices with generous portion sizes. Very friendly staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I call at 8:30 p.m. they are overwhelmed but assure me delivery within 30 minutes I call back after 45 minutes they forgot the order lol I canceled

To flee !! I ordered a salmon pizza last night, it was scheduled for 9:35 p.m., so 30 minutes after the call, and it arrived at 10:17 p.m., so more than an hour of waiting for a Margeritte pizza accompanied by a large piece of salmon and a slice. out of 2, it's unacceptable and I'm not talking about the large pieces of onion on the really disgusting pizza all for 31 francs, I would never go back there again and I strongly advise against it to anyone who sees this message.

I don't recommend ordering from them... Delivery. : 30 minutes late And then here is the pizza that I received, following receipt of my order... 34.- a simple small pizza....

Delivery was scheduled for 11:40 p.m., delivery arrived at 12:04 a.m. I ordered extras on my pizza, as you can see on the app (EAT.ch) And this is what I received... 34.- the simple little pizza....

More than 30 minutes late compared to the announced delivery time. Black potatoes, completely burnt. Fries harder than a stone, old and inedible. Pizza and tiramisu ok, even if the pizza was more lukewarm than hot and soft. This is my second and last bad experience with this “restaurant”.

I had a margarita to "taste" it arrived early, half of the pizza was out of the pizza...the cheese had no taste just fat and the dough was soft we had to put it back cooking for around ten minutes I wouldn't even recommend them for troubleshooting...

I'm waiting for home delivery ~~~ Oh my, 30 mins later I haven't received my orders. disappointed

Pizza: 3/10. Tiramisu: 7/10. Baklava: 9/10. With so many great pizza restaurants around, it is hard to imagine why one would choose this place. The crust is thick, chewy, and tasteless, and the pizza in it's entirety is greasy - even when vegetarian. Stick with the desserts.

A simple pizza ordered online and almost 2 hours later still nothing so a call to the restaurant, a waitress who answers me and tells me to find out more and call me back. 5 minutes later and the boss tells me that they don't always see the internet orders clearly, he's talking to me, I don't know what, no excuses, nothing. Order suddenly canceled and no desire to repeat the experience!

I thought the restaurant had closed but I say to myself how is it possible that it is still open? You are lucky to have a nice location but that is your only positive point unfortunately. I have never eaten laba so disgusted and yet I am not picky. There was a lot of spaghetti on the plate but that's normal it's 1 franc per package of pasta with industrial pesto sauce for 2 francs and it sells you the plate of pasta for 50x more expensive. It's not good to be dishonest like that

I ordered an Iskender kebab plate for 33.- Given the price I was expecting a homemade and well-stocked kebab plate. An hour and say minutes later (while the restaurant was empty) I received a plate filled with frozen kebab meat, a slice of bread, and yogurt sauce. I wonder if the waitress got the wrong plate, but she confirms that that’s the kebab for 33.- No salad, no rice, no fries, nothing. Just frozen kebab meat and yogurt. You can find kebab menus with drinks and fries anywhere throughout Lausanne for 13.- or 15.- I wasted time, money and had a bad time. I hope they close soon for the well-being of humanity.

delivery 35 minutes late, very little meat and lots of salad. cold and no movement! very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

Had "express" coffee several times and most of the time the coffee was not good, bitter, without foam..., machine or handling problem, serving coffee like that is distressing... otherwise the terrace in summer is quite nice even if it is not maintained.

Very slow, incompetent and unpleasant service. Almost empty room though. Tables not cleared, dirty tablecloths, decoration lacking in taste. Smell of frying and burning coming from the kitchen and very poor meal. Ice cream cone for 4 francs and past date, undrinkable open wine... we won't come back!!!

Finally an authentic Italian in Lausanne. Sublime pizzas cooked in a picturesque kitchen. A warm and friendly boss, the Italian class of the 40s!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Very late delivery (1h30). No explanation, rude and aggressive staff on the phone. NEVER order from this address!!
