staff are so rude and cold. the girl that worked saturday 23rd march with long black hair in a ponytail ; the rudest person ever

First off, the quality of the food is delicous, like always at Joey’s. But the employees/service.. oh dear! They work there as it is the biggest catastrophe in life! No smile, no kindness and charged me too much (not for the first time) because they are totally not present in their doing. It has been the same ever since. Joey‘s headquarters: Please don‘t make any excuses like „we are working on it“. It‘s time to act. The joey lovers from Zurich are pissed the way they get treatet here. You can do it way better! Thankfully local bakeries are just nearby..

The sandwiches were delicious! The staff was friendly and answered my questions about potential allergens in a kind manner. My friends and I were served quickly. I will definitely be back! :)

Super friendly staff and open a little later in the evenings.

The juices are ok, but the staff sucks! You come in and want to order something, but you are simply ignored for about 5 minutes until the listless cashier finally gets around to serving us. I'm talking about these two young ladies at the service. Hopefully something will change with the staff. It's happened to me twice now!

Unfortunately the checkout left it for about 3 minutes and ignored it. Food and drink were ok as always

I was disappointed with the service I received. The employees were unfriendly and listless. They didn't advise us at all and seemed uninterested in helping us. In the future I will seek my services elsewhere. I WILL NEVER LET ME BE TREATED LIKE THIS AGAIN!

good except for the loud music. I wanted to do some more work, but I just couldn't ignore the music. It's a cafe and not a club, and the prices are so high that it's almost not worth ordering anything there anymore.

Nice place to grab a juice and sit down outside in the full sun looking at the Zürich. All the fresh ingredients make it good energized experience. A lot of space to sit down inside as well with the cozy atmosphere.

We ordered two sandwiches, a spicy tuna and a tunacado, an açaï bowl, iced matcha vanilla latte, with carrot cake. Let me tell you, everything was so delicious. Fresh ingredients, homemade, and super tasty. The iced matcha was one of the best drinks I have ever had, along with chai tea latte. The place was well decorated, with plants, and comfortable seats. The staff was also nice. Will come back for sure whenever in Zürich !

The smoothies are ok, but the music is WAY TOO LOUD. You have to raise your voice to talk to someone sat on the same table. It's not pleasant to hold a conversation. Even the toilets have loud music in them.

I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in this cafe, along with delicious sandwiches. There are plenty of options for vegetarians, gluten-intolerant people, and meat lovers. The staff is always friendly and ready to help you with your choice!

Best vegiterian salad and sandwich

Never again. Paid 8.75 for 2 dl of fruit juice. The fruit was all frozen before it went into the blender. Nothing fresh. The strawberries came from Egypt. Everything was written in English with units of measurement in Oz.

The last time after finishing the shake i noticed that apparently someone mixed plastic from the milk bottle with my shake. Got a "sorry" for a goodbye.

One item not delivered and one replaced without consultation. Panini were cold and that's not apparent about Uber. Packaging senselessly large for a Rigel. Nothing for me in the future.

Not very pleasant impressions after the visit. Stopped in for a coffee before the train. The hall is very large, there were enough free tables, but I could hardly find a place for us to sit down. The fact is that all the tables were dirty - with crumbs, stains and dirty dishes, all this was standing and was not cleaned all the time that we were in the middle. I don't know whose work it is, but it was extremely disgusting and unpleasant. The toilet room was also not very clean. The interior is quite modern, a spacious hall, a very good location - this institution could just be a godsend for tourists. But, unfortunately, the owners have no idea what impression they leave on the hearts of casual visitors. I would not repeat this experience again.

The staff there is really incompetent. If you have more than 3 customers you will be overwhelmed. Instead of Tunacado there was Spicy Tuna and instead of Regular there was a Small (juice). Totally bored and unsympathetic. Find a job without customer contact!

While I truly love the juices here (!!), my first experience with the food was quite unexpected. My açai bowl looked like vomit and had zero fresh fruits in it (turned out they blended all the fruits with açai??) and this is just disappointing for the price it had. So i heavily dissuade anyone from ordering açai bowl here.

Absolutely bad service, was initially left standing at the counter for 5 minutes even though there were no customers. Very unfriendly staff, felt very judged… Unhygienic toilet, toilet paper on the floor. Drinks are extremely expensive, for somehow 3 ingredients 12.-

Wonderful place to get coffee and juices. The cappuccino is excellent! And is great that bow they offer croissants as well and not only sandwiches for breakfast. Lots of shake and juices options. Prices are a bit high but quality is very good. The interior is worth a visit, plenty of space to be quiet and work.

Employees don't speak German. In addition, the concept is extremely hypocritical. Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Environmentally friendly and sustainable, but offer more avocados than South America has to offer...

4.80 CHF for a babycino, which is a bit of milk and foam in an esspresso size cup for a baby. Just outrages! ripping off babies and toddlers! Same thing is free in another coffee shop.

The caffe latte is very tasty, the cups are small, and the prices are at Zurich level. The atmosphere is modern, casual, urban, and the service is very friendly.

Got badly poisoned by their tuna sandwich. A few days later I learned from the guys who work there that they make their tuna mix only once per 6 days… 😳

I've been here several times before, but today it was more than disappointing, I ordered a cappucino in a cup and received a cup. When I pointed this out to her, she said that there were no more cups and that they were all in use, which wasn't true at all because there were almost no people in the cafe. It's tragic when you don't even get a cup for a 6.50 coffee, even though (I mentioned this separately) if you drink the coffee here. I have never witnessed anything like this!!! The staff was also unfriendly and stressed...

The Re-Build shake is really tasty and healthy! Cozy and comfortable place to have a coffee or fresh juice. Great with kids, there is plenty of space for strollers inside

There are shortcomings in the speed of table service, but this is more of a complaint to the administration, because for a rather large area, only 2 staff members...

Found a hair in my sandwich which btw was cold and as thin as a paper. The lady at the register didn't even apologize at first but tried to blame it to my boyfriend, saying it was short hair, although it was long and inside the sandwich. However, we got a refund for that sandwich and an apology afterwards. I just feel, all that justification before was unnecessary and unacceptable. The place in general is not clean at all and the music is extremely loud. Also, the cold, super thin and not even good sandwich was way too expensive.

It is advisable not to order something shortly before closing time, as you will be handed a watery, indefinable liquid.

Sandwich and juices are not bad, but coffee... Such a great material and such a poor brewing quality. When you pay your cappuccino more than 6 CHF, you expect not to burn yourself when you drink it, and the milk was just a catastrophe, no knowledge of how you froth it correctly. Don't pretend if you cannot, and train you barista! I gave it many tries, but that was the last time. The "What else" coffee I have in my office does a better job.

I really like the location and the concept of JJ. Nevertheless, we paid 6.20CHF (normally I'm okay with this price for a cappuccino) and didn't even get a normal mug eventhough we stayed inside. Would be nice to drink out of a normal mug next time.

It's a small Joe & The Juice location in Zurich, but the best! The location on the Schifflände in Zurich is brilliant. The employees are all very friendly, competent and extremely fast. The work is clean and the quality of the various drinks (whether hot or cold) is exceptionally good. The prices are rather high, but a visit is always worth it. Our expectations were continually exceeded. Therefore highly recommended!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place indeed. Except that only one staff worked to serve a long queue and the rest was busy with something else. All is fine otherwise, although price is on a high end for the same quality.

First of all, I would like to say that I'm not really picky when it comes to coffee, but what I experienced at JOS & the Juice was awesome. I ordered a latte macchiato and what did I have to experience? In a catering establishment you get the coffee to "drink here" in a cardboard cup and the coffee was so bad (not my sense of humor at all). When I asked about a sweet drink I was told "we don't have it" and when I asked further about mineral water I was told that there was no cold water. (I'm wondering if I already have refrigerator drawers for milk etc. why not cold mineral. I understand who wants to but that was the last time I was in this store. Sorry

4 people work there in prime time. 1 cleans, 1 sorts groceries, 1 coordinates and collects and 1 works. Of course he gets stressed and just throws the drinks at you. My power shake looked like it had been vomited: without ice, "mixed" for 2.5 seconds, in a mixing container that had been previously washed for 1.5 seconds. Not like that anymore...

First you are left standing at the counter for 5-8 minutes... Employees watch football next to their "work", masks are not worn or worn incorrectly. Drinks are given out in disposable cups, even though you stay in the store. The entire trash can is stuffed full of paper cups and plastic containers. The one star at most goes to the interior and even that was weak! At least you were given a nice farewell.

Cashier was nice, juice was good. By how on Earth (our beautiful earth) can you pour all the juices into one-use cups if you drink it inhouse at your table? I make time to sit down to avoid using plastic and creating waste.... This was such a shame please change this!!!

Mixed feeling. I am a huge fan of The Joe &The Juice and I visit this location occasionally. This time, "Green Shield" came out with a very questionable taste.... Maybe because it was very busy Sunday. I think the other location in the downtown (Shilstrasse) offers more consistent taste and great quality sandwiches. I have been LA, Sydney, San Francisco locations with all same taste of the juice, this one gave me very odd "Green shield" for the first time.... Barista was willing to remake the juice and did give me new one but still, yet, did not taste right.... sorry but Just a honest feedback.

We just had breakfast there, cashier super rude, they don’t even have plates or forks to share a sandwich. It’s a shame because the sandwich we had was good and the place is very cute. Maybe try some other Joe and the Juice where the staff is nicer!

Go to Starbucks. Very unpleasant and un-polite. They don’t even know the rules for the green pass.

Good options, nice atmosphere. Buuuuut, never order the Açaí Bowl... It's disgusting. Also, it's more expensive compared to other similar places in Zürich

Cool location, and friendly staff. 3 stars because although the food and drinks (especially the juices) are amazing, they just aren't worth the prices they charge. CHF10.00 (11$) for a juice is way too expensive even for Switzerland. If it weren't for the prices, I'd say 4.5 stars for sure.

The worst açaí bowl I have ever had. Tiny, perhaps made with powder instead of frozen purée, terrible, meager toppings. 1/10. Smoothies were basically just plant milk. I feel robbed.

Very good juice, I recommend the Iron Man or the pineapple one. Pleasant setting, relatively high prices (for juices 8/10 CHF it seems to me). No terrace

It's a nice place to have a chit chat and enjoying coffee from a Danish company which seems to be more popular than Starbucks in a few parts of the world.

The sandwiches are super delicious. However, the tables in the restaurant should be cleaned. It was sticky everywhere... Especially now in the Corona period.

Love this place! The staff is so laid back and friendly, I always feel welcome here and of course the food is great as well. Not to mention in terms of coffee they’ve got it down. Joe & The Juice is like what Starbucks wishes was if it was. Also the musical selection here is amazing.
