k kiosk in Luzern

Very unfriendly staff, especially the dark-skinned ones! I'm not a racist at all, but the way she treats people is not okay!!!

In every kiosk in Switzerland if you accidentally empty a paid coffee (in the shop itself) you can get a new one without paying extra, in Lucerne kiosk this is not possible. I think it's cheeky and the answer is worth it (I can't help it, it's not my problem)

Lots of untrained staff. Is a public DPD parcel delivery point. Every time you give it away you have a different boring problem. Once you need an extract from the company's commercial register, employees send the customer back and the boss can't be reached again until after the weekend; Once the code is valid, you have to have another one. Every time the mistake was made by untrained staff and you pass it on to the customer who behaved correctly. The scanning device was broken several times. I strongly condemn the pace of work and the competence of the employees. All employees were always needed to deliver a package, where only the return code had to be scanned and the customer's cell phone number had to be recorded.

The lady who was there today at 5:05 p.m. was very unfriendly. She speaks very badly to clients and is very rude. I will never shop at the banhof kiosk again!

Today I was in the kiosk opposite the Benu pharmacy. I greeted the young man with a hello. He wasn't interested. He picked out 10 and 20 centimes to pay for his own drink. Should I go? No, I have time. I gave in my lottery ticket, unfortunately I didn't win, luckily I can read because he still hasn't said a word. He threw away the old note. I wanted one again for 15.-. He didn't explain to me that it was only available for 14 euros. When I asked, he mumbled something. Everyone can have a bad day, but you don't treat customers like that!

The kiosk closed three minutes before closing time, even though 5 people still wanted to buy something. We specially took the train, where the station appeared on time. This is an absolute no-go. They just laughed at us stupidly.

I bought this which was so bad in taste I cannot say how much. Other than that the store has plenty of variety of things to buy.

Unfriendly staff reacts stressed and spiteful. Would never get anything here again if I didn't have to.
