Terrible service. The employee wasn't there for 2 minutes which isn't that bad but still an inconvenience. I wanted to buy some cigarettes, he asked for my id, then asked for my birthday and then asked for my drivers license. I was shocked he didn't ask me to recite my AVS number by heart. After reading further reviews, I'm not the only one with such a painstaking experience.

I wanted to buy cigarettes and I was asked for my card, when I gave it I said I was in a hurry because my train was leaving in 2 minutes. The salesman looked at me and started quoting information from my card like my place of birth and nationality with the intention of wasting my time. I quickly took my card back and left quickly without buying anything. I don't really understand the seller's game. It was July 8, 2023 at 7 p.m. in the kiosk under the tracks. I think maybe this kind of employee should find another job.

It is normal that it is forbidden for safety reasons to ride these vehicles in stores but to be turned away at the entrance to a kiosk because we are pushing our scooter by hand and the kiosk is empty. is just nonsense in 2023.... I won't talk about how I was asked to leave while I was getting to the checkout with my items... I also discover that the person who fired me is not new to mistreatment of customers.... For customers: go elsewhere. For the management of KKiosk: you should check that your subsidiaries do not apply regulations worthy of the 19th century and perhaps terminate your contract with this person. I'm going back to work without my commuter coffee.

Disgusting experience. No politeness whatsoever with the staff there. I was checking out the book section and took my phone out to check the time so that I wouldn't miss my train. The male owner came to me and said "don't take photos". I said I didn't and he just repeated "don't take photos" and left. Definitely something wrong with him.

(kiosk at the top of the station) I came to withdraw money with Twint, my first time doing so so I wasn't very comfortable. But the saleswoman on Wednesday morning June 22 clearly denigrated me, tired of serving, rude. We should review the staff of this store, it's really not at all pleasant to come there and given the other comments this is recurring!

I would first like to point out that this review only concerns the kkiosk above the station. To begin with, it is not normal for politeness to be non-existent. Not a single hello, nor goodbye. And this especially concerns the dark brown, black hair lady. When we go to the checkout she looks at us with contempt. Yesterday for example I came with a voucher for a free article which basically still works (at least with the kkiosk below). With her you have the impression that she will do anything to prevent this from working. She just said “it’s not working” without telling me more. Perhaps an explanation would have been welcome? I stood in front of her for almost 5 seconds waiting for a gesture from her after politely putting the article down and apologizing for having disturbed her. In this type of work, good humor is the key to being able to work there. It is not acceptable to come and be treated like this in this kiosk. Reading the other reviews only confirms that some of the employees at this kiosk are incompetent and do not deserve this job.

Friday morning I went to buy two packs of cigarettes at the kiosk without problems, late afternoon I went to buy another one for a friend, the seller (the bald one) asked me for my identity card, I didn't have it not on me so I show him my student card which is not valid as an identity card, to which he replies ''you are not over 16 anyway''. I am 22, I know how to show respect to my interlocutor, which unfortunately is not the case with this seller. Additionally, there were people behind me, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Surprised by these negative reviews; my experience was just great! I gave it a try last week and saw what's behind the scenes: good organization, a nice and wide choice of fresh sandwiches, professionalism and above all super welcoming employees and managers who have their hearts on the job. hand !
