OMG 😮 I haven't experienced anything as rude as this in ages. I didn't understand a word and wanted to replace the green battery 🔋. Yes, apparently you have to do it every week. It's on the homepage. Got it. But these manners and the tone of voice 😮😕 I'll never go to this kiosk again... She is the owner... Yes? From k-Kiosk? 😉😀

A kiosk from the kKiosk group with a medium-sized range. The shelves are well stocked and there are no gaps to be seen. The kiosk is located centrally inside the station. Unfortunately, the employee neither greeted me nor said goodbye. She didn't find any other kind words either. She said the amount to be paid so quietly that I couldn't understand it. When it comes to customer friendliness and customer service, there is a huge need for training and other personnel.

Very unfriendly staff, had to pay almost twice and that's why I missed my train. You also have to be careful with the price tags, as they do not correspond to the real prices and you have to pay more. Never again.
