The guy at the counter with the big earrings is really unfriendly. After waiting in line 10 mins to pay for a newspaper and a water (and people skipping the line) I asked if I could pay in cash before our bus leaves and the guy went super rude back. He is not fit for working in a place where he is in touch with people.

Despite the opening times stated (online and on site), these are not adhered to. At 6:05 p.m. I find myself in front of closed doors. Annoying!
