Nice people good drink good food prices are OK? and a beautiful place and very easily accessible by train or bus from F.W.

I often buy snus here. Large selection, clean shop and friendly staff.

Particularly funny in winter when 3 customers come in practically at the same time (train rush hours) and each one has to open and close the door instead of the door just being open for 2 minutes. But this is compensated for in the summer when the doors are wide open but all the employees are hanging around and smoking in front of the store. It's always a pleasure when you as a customer involuntarily get an overdose of tar.

It was a bit difficult for a while because you couldn't be sure that the kiosk was actually open. Often there was just a note on the door: We'll be back tomorrow. Recently the kiosk seems to be open again as normal. Very good. The staff are courteous and friendly. I like to go shopping there (something to drink, cigarettes).

There is a notice at the entrance to the kiosk that says open until 7:30 p.m. The store closes at 5 p.m. and no one can be reached by phone. I understand the issue of a shortage of skilled workers, but something like this is not customer-friendly. As a UPD checkpoint, I'm wondering how to get to the package. It's a shame you write a note on the door but don't stick to it.

Worst kiosk in the Bern area! Always closed & or smoking outside with your friend... but as usual we will be back for you tomorrow...

Until a while ago I was very satisfied and was there briefly every day before and after work. Then the kiosk was completely closed for some time. Since the "re-opening" about 2 months ago (?) there has been something of a worm in there... Although mostly friendly staff, this is often not there and the kiosk remains closed for the rest of the day. Tomorrow things will look better again because "we'll be back for you tomorrow." I'm very sorry, I've been going to this kiosk for 10 years. I was always satisfied, but I've been no longer satisfied for 3 months. The corona regulations are not being followed, there are always more people inside than one can give and the conditions have said nothing and the new conditions are not exactly friendly the older woman I was at the kiosk this morning at 7:20 and there were 5-6 people inside and I won't go to this kiosk again from today on
