Kaffee Gourmet in Fehraltorf

We've always loved the coffee and were happy to support the company, but unfortunately I've still been chasing after my delivery and the money for over 2 months. After 2 emails I still haven't received an answer, only after our WhatsApp contact. At first we were really warmly put off because it was a warehouse conversion and there was an apology, then weeks went by again and I always have Have you not received a delivery. After 3 WhatsApp messages I was asked for my bank details so that the money could be transferred. I was put off again and again. I'm still waiting for it to this day. You would like to support a family business and I really feel very ripped off.
