Agree with Sophia. The older Swiss woman with short hair is very unfriendly and arrogant. Because of her, I don't like going to this kiosk anymore. It's a shame she 'messed up' the whole image of the team, which everyone except her is friendly.

Friendly staff except for a slightly older Swiss woman with short hair. This saleswoman is very cheeky and arrogant and made disrespectful accusations to me. It's a shame, this one person is ruining the friendly group dynamics that this kiosk would have without her.
