Best coffee at Lucerne train station! The atmosphere in the bookstore is very pleasant and is perfect for a quiet break. The employees are very nice and know something about the barista craft!

So glad we found this place in Lucerne and wish we had come upon it earlier. Don’t be fooled by the train station location, it’s easily the best coffee in Luzern (third wave style). It’s a simple selection but far superior compared to anything else in the city. Cute book shop location too

Went there with the hope for specialty coffee, but just could find a normal one. Grinder not good. Roast was on the dark side. Taste notes of cereal. So it isn't bad, but not speciality coffee.

It's located in lower/underground. Very nice flat white made by charming barista.

Great atmosphere, feels very quiet and cozy in contrast to the rest of the station. A nice place to pass the time while waiting for the train while reading books and drinking coffee.

Best coffee we had in Luzern, and some of the best coffee we have had anywhere. Both baristas were friendly and fast. Highly recommend. If you have trouble finding it based on the pin: is at the bottom of an escalator, in the lower concourse of the train station. Will definitely visit again when we are next in Luzern.

I got an iced cappuccino to go. I expected that the milk would at least be foamed. I received an unfilled cup with an espresso shot, milk and ice… considering that the “cappuccino” is the most expensive drink on the menu, it wasn’t satisfactory. A pity!

Cool atmosphere with great specialty coffee. Must visit We were walking through the main train station and suddenly we noticed a small coffee place inside a book shop. Quick view and we saw a Barista that knows his work. La marzucco machine? Yep looks promising So. We had a great espresso and cappuchino and it managed to be one of the best in Lucern. Their 100% arabica was roasted perfectly and the tastes were just right with small acidity ,switness and a almost unnoticed bitterness. If you are looking for a good coffee place , don't forget to check this place

The black one was nice, but the one with the mustache who imitates Papa Americano is manipulative and tries to control/dominate people. So BEWARE! Don't let his ultra-easy facade fool you, open your EYES!

Had a very good coffee this morning...great barista who prepared the coffee with a lot of passion👍😊 even chatted in Italian...I'll be back and can highly recommend it

Best coffee in Luzern. The place is hard to find - it is located inside the station. Find the bookstore Orell Füssli by taking the escalator to the lower ground.

No matter whether you want to have a quick coffee or have a long chat with the waitress and enjoy filter coffee, I always stop by the Kaffeekranz when I'm in Lucerne - top coffee and even more friendly service make every visit a great pleasure! I rarely write reviews and hate train station eateries. But I had to compliment the coffee in the bookshop. Super creamy iced cappuccino, could have had 10.

Rocio my server made me a perfect cappuccino and was warm and friendly I enjoyed the coffee of course but also the experience chatting with her.
