I brought in my Jura machine with a rather unspecific problem (without an error message, it only occurred rarely). The problem got solved. I really appreciate that you don't just hand the machine over here, but that you get advice from someone who knows their craft. This helps a lot because with an older fully automatic machine you are always faced with the decision of whether the repair is still worth it.

It's unbelievable what happened to me today at Kaffeepause.ch. The owner (without a protective mask in the shop) was extremely annoyed and aggressive in the beginning, even though I was prepared to spend several thousand francs on a coffee machine from him. It ended up being that I just wanted to get out of the shop (the owner was still without a protective mask) and he even followed me into the parking lot. Unbelievable and I'm at a loss for words...

Today I was in this store wanting to get my coffee maker repaired! I had to pay 40 francs just for the conversation, which is unbelievable, and they wanted to charge me 200 to 300 francs to repair a small heating part. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. Give this store a wide berth, it's a complete rip-off.
