Subway in Freienbach

Slightly weird location if you go there by foot, looks to be made more for driver though. But the staff was nice and diligent. Perhaps one of the good options for a quick bite in this area as there is not so much of anything else.

I had a Subway voucher from Poinz which said 2 subs to choose from. I was told at the branch that I had to take two identical sandwiches. It's not in the conditions. (See photo) The employee even spoke to her boss on the phone and had him confirm it. So I had to pay full price for the sandwiches. To eat: - They no longer had the bread I wanted for you (12.30) - Eating yourself: it's just Subway It's a real shame when you sell luxury sandwiches but the service isn't really good. 1 star from me and the Pfäffikon branch will be avoided in the future

I eat my lunch at this Subway every Monday. Tenzin and Kasia, the two employees on site, always offer great service. Up until now everything has always been tip top. Very friendly.

Unfortunately, it often happens that there are no gluten-free sandwiches available. But there are people who are simply not allowed to eat gluten. Please make sure you have these gluten-free rolls and we'll be back at it with enthusiasm.

Experience with my order: Definitely below average. My choice of Cheese Oregano with Chicken Fajita typically gives you 2 Subway scoops of chicken - and for me the chicken was reduced to just 1 1/2 Subway scoops (only the case for one employee). Even when ordering a menu with potatoes (potatoas), which cost just under 22 CHF, only the bottom of the box was taken up. The welcome was... You might want to consider an alternative job that doesn't require customer contact, after all, I know that from now on I'll go to a different Subway branch if I want to eat at Subway. In the picture you can see, I only ate 3 potatoes! Just to illustrate it! Never happened to me at Subway! Of course the food was still good because they adhered to all the standards and it was clean too!

Fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. I've visited several times now, always consistently good quality. Attentive and very friendly service. Sandwiches of your choice and taste for meat lovers and vegetarians are always delicious and the coffee is also perfectly fine. There is also a choice of chilled soft drinks and orange juice. If you're not full yet, you should try one of the delicious cookies. It's also conveniently located so you can easily park your car or refuel in front of it. There are toilets next door if you need to.

The Subway Stop of Kindness!!!! For this, I cover an extra 30km once or twice a week. Very nice people, starting with the boss Kasia. Always very friendly and accommodating. People are snappy. Always clean, tidy and with a smile on your face. A few pleasant minutes in your hectic everyday life and on top of that HEALTHY!!!! Keep it up !!!!

We went to put gas and this Subway was right there in the SZ kanton, near Alpamare. The girl on that shift (Sunday 29.2.23, 8.30pm I think her name is Katias) super friendly. Very good service. Thank you! The food is fresh, especially the vegetables, the machine drink is quite ok. It has an offer/menu for 10fr which I don't know if it's just for lunch or dinner too. I will surely repeat.

Added to this is the very unfriendly service, who knows as much about hygiene as I do about quantum physics. I am very disappointed with the service… totally demotivated staff. Sandwiches are made according to the mood of the day.

Please don not put 2 unexperienced new staff at the restaurant, not only we got false order and paid even more than we were supposed to, but also it took us nearly 20 minutes to get the receipt and leave the restaurant. Although it was no line and technically no customer ordering except us.

Never seen such a dingy subway anywhere in the world! It's hard to understand the unmotivated employees, the tables and floor are dirty and the place is full of annoying flies. Never again!

I was at this subway a few days ago. Flying everywhere (in the double digits). The employee (tattoos on his forearms) didn't really care that there were so many flies flying around and having fun with everything. Not even the glass panes were folded down to at least physically keep the flies away from the ingredients. When I saw a dead fly in the cucumber container, it became too much for me and I asked the employee what was with all these flies and that it wasn't normal. His disinterested answer: “I don’t know where these flies come from either.” Accordingly, he ignored it and just carried on as if nothing had happened. I can understand that you can't keep all the flies away on warmer days, but there were really an excessive number of flies and for me that's an indication of grossly negligent disregard for hygiene rules.

VERY RUDE STAFF! We were there with a friend, we ordered 2 Vediedelights & we wanted to pay for drinks separately & then she (Albanian woman) started complaining at the checkout. When we wanted to get the cups because we forgot, she handed them to me and yelled at me in front of the guests. The four of us were in the subway at 6 p.m. today, I've never been served as badly as I was in this subway, the waitress probably didn't really feel like working, the 4 subs were filled carelessly, the side dishes were thrown into the bread, then We wanted everything in the menu, we took the 3dl cups, since you can refill them, that's basically enough, we ate and drank, then we wanted to get the cookies and head home, that doesn't work because we don't have them 4dl cups were taken which were absolutely necessary for the menu, but we were not informed of this and the reaction of the conditions was more than rude, all in all it was a miserable service, not recommended and definitely not worth a visit!

Well, the miserable mask requirement. If it is not adhered to, it will be difficult.
