For over 22 years (back then in Etzgen opposite the train station) we have entrusted our little one (without coffee the world simply spins slower for us) to the top team at the Kafi shop. We used to have Seaco coffee machines when we had to change again We were given very detailed and well-founded advice by Mr. Imhof, since I can't tolerate my husband's "heart valve accelerating coffee" and he thinks my coffee (rather mild) is not coffee at all. At that time, Mr. Imhof recommended the Jura Giga 5 with the 2 grinders, That was the best decision (again 8 years ago) when our little one wasn't feeling well on Monday, I called on Tuesday morning and was able to bring the machine on Tuesday afternoon. During the initial diagnosis it was even discovered that the brewing group was leaking and that was the case Communicated immediately by phone with an exact price and that it would still be available for collection on Wednesday afternoon. I never tire of writing a very good review after every contact. When a company can maintain such a high level of service over such a long period of time, it speaks for itself.

Fast and very customer-oriented service! We ordered a Jura from Mr. Imhof for business purposes and it worked perfectly. It took almost 5 working days from the offer to the installation on site and now we are enjoying the coffee! The on-site instructions as well as the after sales were always satisfactory and it doesn't cost more than it does with an online retailer! Great advice + fair price = Kafi Shop Imhof!

Rarely have I seen such an all-round successful service! Simply great from the initial consultation, to the order and delivery. It took < 24 hours from the telephone consultation until my brand new Jura E8 White was already there on a Saturday! Everything is just right here - quality and reliability has its price and I'm really happy to pay it.

I bought the IRIX Beton Knoxbox - tee box, item number: KS10164 a month ago. Good: - cool product idea - stable tee box - quiet, muffled hitting - very good hold due to weight - exceptional and rare value (who has a concrete part in the kitchen?) Negative: - Coffee grounds stains and splashes remain stubbornly in the concrete and are very difficult to wash out. Although the website says: “Cleaning the container is particularly easy”. - Tee rod was not processed cleanly at both ends (definitely not high-quality workmanship as described) - no rubber feet as described on the website, but cheap felt gliders (but these also do the job) - Price at CHF 99.- too expensive Conclusion: I would still recommend this item as it is cool, stable, hits quietly and is of good use. But as a price it should be quite a bit cheaper or then really high quality and processed with attention to detail.

I was already a customer when the shop was still in Etzgen (opposite the train station), back then it was a Seaco then the move from the Kafi shop to Laufenburg, it was also practical that you can park right in front of it (not at the moment because of the construction site) then before 5 Years ago we switched to law, top advice, we got a machine that suited our needs, the machine was explained to us down to the smallest detail. Now after 5 years it was time for a service (weird noises after the brewing process caused us to call). I was able to make an appointment by phone for 8 a.m. today. The promised call came at 11 a.m. with the verbal estimate, I was able to get the machine at 2 p.m I'll get it again, I've always recommended the Kafi shop and will continue to do so
