A great place for an evening with friends. The ambience is cool and inviting, it is often crowded. The service can be a little slow at times, but the staff is friendly and the drink selection is great. Overall, definitely worth a visit!

Super chill place that always has great things on the menu, you can sit outside or inside, many people use this place to work, there are power sockets. We ordered the African iced tea and a quiche.

Very nice cafe. We had a Roiboos vanilla tea and it was great. A very nice staff serves you here and the cute cat sneaks by every now and then. Top !

Friendly staff, very reasonable prices and conveniently located in the heart of the old town. Kafisatz is a true melting pot of locals, you're bound to meet new people there as folk often share larger tables with each other.

I always like it. Great service, great offer and great ambience 🥰 perfect for a relaxing afternoon with friends or family. Be careful, sometimes it is quite crowded - you may have to wait a bit.

The staff have fun with each other, they don't actually need any customers... Saturday, around 10:30 a.m. ... a long wait to be served, then no more croissants ... later we see an employee making the croissants, obviously, from Beck, but unfortunately they don't ask us anymore if we would like some more.

It's always very crowded on weekends. Mainly young guests there. Good drinks. Prices normal for Winterthur.

Waited 20 minutes, despite repeated eye contact with the blonde service employee and low occupancy, no response. The table next door was served after a long time and no one paid any attention to us. Finally we decided to go to the coffee shop next door. Recommendation: go to “Kaffeeleben” where you will at least be appreciated! too bad!

There are various fine types of tea. Coffee and croissants were also delicious.

We went there on a Friday evening without a reservation as there is only bar seating and there was a pregnant woman in my group so the bar wasn't an option for her. We shared the situation with the waiter. He immediately went to a sofa table and asked the guest there if he could swap the table for us. This is really a big plus for this bar's service system. Drinks were also brought very quickly. I will definitely go there again

I discovered the bar/café through friends and I'm really extremely happy. The staff is so friendly and you have a huge selection of drinks. You just always feel extremely comfortable!

The cappuccino is simply not one. It's a shame that you can't do that in a professional cafe in Winti.

Top service, warm and friendly. Ordered me a ginger lemon tea and unexpectedly but with great joy on my part they served me fresh ginger with a slice of lemon in the hot water. Upon request, I also received honey for my fresh tea. Great, always happy!

The chocolate cake was good and tasted good. Likewise the cappuchino and the winter magic - highly recommended. The rooms are relatively comfortable, but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was nice and friendly. All in all a nice place to relax and enjoy a coffee. :) The outside area was already open and there were blankets hanging on every chair. Top!

Unfortunately the service is very poor. You almost have to beg to be served. It's not the first time I've experienced this and I've been here with different people. When you finally receive your drink, you are never asked if everything is OK. Also, no one comes by when it's empty to take another order. Unfortunately, Kafisatz has died for me.

A very nice shop. The service is very nice, courteous and quick. The range of drinks is high. The coffee is very good. A must for anyone who wants to make themselves comfortable in a cold season. Even when the weather is nice, the outside terrace invites you to have a refreshing drink. I can only recommend.

The service has been miserable for about two weeks. I went there twice with a few people, it took too long for the drinks to arrive. It works faster in other bars. There can only be one star for this.

(beginning of March 2022) My favorite place in the city to read and be among happy people (I'm currently sitting outside reading the newspaper😅); The entire staff - day and night - is always friendly and helpful and I really like these young people: they are the reason why this is my favorite bar. Addendum v. April 10, 2022: apparently the management has decided that neither writing nor reading - nor even auditory - guests are welcome in the evenings; How else can you explain that the lighting has to be dimmed so much and the sound system is so loud that you have to shout at each other? A pity.

Delicious cakes and coffees, teas could be improved. Waiters are nice but somehow not very aware of people around them that would either like to order or pay. Overall it is a very nice place for an Saturday or Sunday afternoon break, especially in the summer on the terrace.

Good coffee, as the name suggests, with a milk foam that is almost unbelievable: relatively coarse but extremely stable and consistent. There was a real barista at work.

The Old Fashioned was without ice. A little sadness when you offer such a classic drink. Currently: Covid seems to be an old relic from antiquity here. The mandatory masking obligation is consistently not complied with by the bar staff. Certain people walked around the interiors without masks. This despite the pending pandemic. Unfortunately, nothing positive can be reported about the lack of disinfectious donors on the toilets

The conditions are very bad and make you wait a long time and prefer to talk to your own friend who is visiting I think it's a shame that the guests have to wait and the girlfriend distracts the staff How I know that this is the girlfriend, I have eyes 😉 + 😘
