We ate at Kaisin for the first time last week! The food was really amazing! And the staff was very friendly! You now have a regular customer! Keep it up!

Restaurant specializing in poke bowls open for both lunch and dinner. There are a couple of signature bowls on the menu but you can also assemble your own bowl to your liking by choosing from numerous options. The ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality, you really have the impression of eating something healthy. The portions are generous.

The tofu was very dry, I didn't particularly like the bowl (it wasn't my choice but the quality of the food) and it was relatively expensive. There are much better bowl restaurants 🧚🏻

I love coming here to grab a bite to eat, especially on sundays as its open. The food is light, healthy and the shop is very clean and has a friendly vibe. Especially justina has always been extremely friendly, open and fun every time i met her there! I though i’d drop this to praise her work.

We booked kaisin for one of our workshops with clients and everything worked super well. We were able to chose one of their signature bowls or create our own, and everything turned out exactly the way we wanted it :) Our clients (and we) were very happy and the bowls were delicious. Great bowls, fast and friendly service

I had the kind of spicy food. It was actually kind of spicy and did meet my limits :). The food is super healthy, fresh, and, hygienic. The staff are also very nice and everything is also communicated in english. I do recommend this place to have unique pole bowls.

Finally! Something healthy to eat in Zürich!!! Swiss food is so heavy and expensive for the taste and value...but not here! So fresh and delicious with many choices for bases, protein and toppings. The place is simple, small but clean and tidy and staff are helpful and patient. Will return next time I am in the area!

Great poké bowls freshly prepared. I highly recommend the "Kind of spicy" version. Unfortunately, the rice is not always well cooked.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Never in my life have I had such low quality tuna. Those were scraps you get from your butcher for free. In my case the tuna was not even fresh. I hate mushy rice but this rice was way undercooked. Almost hurt my teeth biting into that. Ponzu Lime Sauce was delicious. Not ordering there again.

Impeccable service, the staff is gentle, super kind and smiling. The girl who served us was really great, we loved it. The ingredients are fresh and the portions pretty huge. Cool that you can create your own bowl with the various options offered. Absolutely recommended!

Food was good, a bit more expensive (normal 22.50, large 24.50) but ok for Zurich, usual setting. There are a few places to sit, so it's more than enough and there's also a take-away option. There are vegetarian, vegan and meat options, so a lot of choice. The staff is super nice and the food is fresh.

The price is on the high side, but, in my opinion, the quality is absolutely impeccable.

Obsessed with this place! I love how fresh all the ingredients are and how you can customise your own bowl. The staff are always super friendly and they even recommend some ingredients, which is a very nice touch. The ambience is very modern yet cozy, so you can even go there to work or study. Looking forward to going there again!

I really like Kaisin's bowls. I often have it delivered to me and sometimes I pick it up directly. Everything is good, the people are very friendly, the food is good and healthy. I deducted one star because you can't pay cash in the store! I don't think that's okay at all! The law requires you to accept cash.

Sadly when you order via uber eats the poké tuna bowl is a really unpleasant experience. We could only enjoy the tuna fried - it has a weird consistence and does not taste good at all.

Like any other branch, the food is very tasty and fresh. You can put together your own bowl, it's great that a lot of it is vegan or vegetarian (there are planted ones). The service is nice and helpful. There are few seats inside.

Opening hours are incorrect in the evening

good customize-your-own poke bowl place. You start off choosing from 5 protein sources (2 of them vegan), vegs (choice of 11) and sauce (choice of 7) which they mix together in front of you, lay over a choice of sushi rice, black rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice and sprinkle over a choice of toppings. The place is small, I don't remember having seen any tables, I think it's designed for takeout and delivery (you can order through the Just Eat and Uber Eats apps).

Delicious bowls in a calm environment. We went for the "kind of spicy" and "spring bowl" and were very happy. Kind of spicy had a nice wasabi kick to it. Staff was very friendly and food was served quickly.

EDIT 30.3.2022 - Dear Kaisin Mgmt: two people serving at lunch is an absolute no-go! I waljed in at 12:15 and there were 7 people in front of me! I turned around and left. Also, I happened to drive past on Saturday and spotted somebody sitting there so stopped off. Saturday opening hours on the door say CLOSED?? You may want to spread the news, don't you think? There has clearly been a change in management / ownership / staff. It used to be run like a military operation, all staff were clearly well trained, worked together well and you were in and out in a blink of an eye. Last time I was in there it took FOR-EVURRRRRR as they faffed around, kept running out of ingredients, having to go into the back kitchen to replenish the stock. The cohesive team is clearly gone, as have the good, cheerful vibes. What I would really, really like: luke warm sushi rice, not cold, and bring back the chestnuts and just leave them on the menu all year. Also, would be great to have gluten free soya sauce ... freely available in the Migros, by the way.

I always enjoy ordering the poke bowls. The ingredients are always fresh and the bowls are really tasty. The selection of additives is great. Can be recommended with a clear conscience!

I had the spicy chicken, and although the spice more than lived up to its name, they could have gone easier on the sauce. What’s the point of adding all these fresh ingredients if they’re all going to taste like sriracha sauce.

Actually great, the bowls are great, but when they say opening times until 2 p.m., I don't think it's that great to be standing in front of the closed door at 1:15 p.m. A pity.

It's fun to put together the bowls yourself. Lots of options to eat something delicious. I can recommend it. It's a takeaway with little seating. Will that change after Corona?
