If you like sushi, this is the right place! I've only been here for take away, but always very happy with the quality, freshness and service. Parking right in front of the door and even a huge parking area within easy reach.

Really very good sushi. Is always freshly prepared and regularly replaced if it has been on the production line for too long. I like to come over in winter, less so in summer because you can't sit outside (more like a lounge).

Catastrophe! Every time you order here for pickup, nothing is ready and you have to wait at least 30 minutes?! Then why the pick-up service?! You wait an hour in advance and are not informed...? Really an imposition. You have lost us as customers! “Service” looks different!

The sushi is very good, but also expensive Unfortunately, the conditions are poor - you can't even pop in spontaneously for a takeaway during the week - despite the restaurant being empty. There are always very long waiting times - even when ordering. E.g. ordered at 5:30 p.m., collection only possible at 8:45 p.m. It is also possible to add a text field with comments online, but unfortunately no reply will be given.

A real recommendation!!! Kaiten is simply great when it comes to sushi, because you can't get any fresher than the sushi you get there!! The parts are also a real eye-catcher! I can only recommend Kaiten Sursee!! Goodbye!

Small but nice atmosphere. The sushi is top and the prices are ok. The waitress tries hard, but it's a losing battle. One person for inside and outside service including processing take-away orders...that doesn't work. Otherwise still recommended.

I have rarely been so disappointed... I celebrated my 40th birthday with my family and we wanted to treat ourselves to something good and ordered sushi for CHF 200 including delivery. We were able to choose a time and thought we could bridge the gap with the kids for 1 hour and 20 minutes until the food came. The Kaiten called on time and we thought, Wow, very punctual, we are impressed. But the euphoria didn't last long, we were told that there would be delays and that the sushi wouldn't be delivered for 40 minutes. Unfortunately, we have to agree that we have to cancel the sushi because our children had to go to school the next day. Without an apology they took our cancellation and simply hung up. I have never been so disappointed with a company as I was that evening. Now they want to support the catering industry and they have no problem waiving CHF200. Thank you very much, a disappointed customer

First of all big compliments to the staff both kitchen and manager lady were super friendly and attentive, helpful ! Food was delicious and very well prepared. Small but nice! Great miso soup, and simply wonderful fresh sushi. The master knows his craft - everything is always prepared directly, varied, surprising, delicious. Any time again, even the box-to-go. It's nice to have something like that in the province, here in Sursee :)

Bereits die Reservation war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Setting ist klein dafür persönlich und unkompliziert. Und das Sushi echt gut. Lecker und frisch und was es nicht grad auf der Bahn gibt macht der Koch auf Abruf. Einfach lecker. Einziger Wermutstropfen, es ist teuer. Aber wo ist Sushi in der Schweiz nicht teuer?

Sells days old food. The store itself smells like cleaning supplies. That's what I got from your staff as an answer because I wanted to pick up sushi that evening that hadn't been eaten yet.

We got sushi for home and it was very tasty. Much better than the one from Migros even though it's from the same store. It's worth getting something there!

Ich habe mich gestern Abend kurzfristig entschieden, Sushi bei der Kaiten Sushibar zu holen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, sagte aber sogleich, sie hätten gerade sehr viel zu tun. Ich sagte auch gleich zu Beginn, dass ich unter Zeitdruck stehe und fragte deshalb gleich nach, ob ich in 15 Minuten meine Bestellung mitnehmen könnte. Doch, dies würde schon gehen, meinte die Angestellte sehr freundlich. Nach 20 Minuten waren meine Sushi nicht parat, worauf ich meinte, ich müsste nun definitiv gehen. Sie flitzte zur Küche, sagte zu mir, in 5 Minuten sollte ich meine Bestellung haben... mir dauerte das Ganze eh schon zu lange und die 5 Minuten waren für mich auch nicht in Stein gemeisselt. Somit gingen wir ohne Sushi von dannen. Fazit: Kaiten Sushi sind wirklich super, als Take away nicht wirklich das Wahre! Seid doch ehrlich bei der Zeitangabe.

Klein aber fein. Sehr gute Auswahl, der Koch fragt nach Extrawünschen und gibt geduldig Auskunft. Sehr nette Bedienung. Gerne wieder.

In der Altstadt von Sursee, Parkplätze in der Nähe. Kleine und gemütliche Bar mit ca. 20 Sitzplätzen. Kein Gedränge und angenehme Akustik. Sehr feine Sushis in der Preisgabel zwischen Fr. 7 bis 14.-. Superfreundliche Bedienung! Reservation empfehlenswert.

Ich/Wir waren schon mehrmals im Kaiten in Sursee. Die Sushi sind frisch zubereitet und sehr feine. Die Preise hoch, wie immer bei Sushi in der Schweiz. In der Kaiten Sushi Bar kann man auch Sushi vorbestellen und dann Abholen für zu Hause. Haben wir schon mehrmals gemacht. Klappt immer bestens.

Weil so klein, unbedingt reservieren. Weil so klein sehr familiär, persönliche Wünsche können erfüllt werden! Einfach lecker, sehr vielfältig.

Wer trotz wenig Zeit seinen Magen nicht mit belastendem Fastfood malträtieren will, sondern eine schmackhafte und schnelle Alternative mag, liegt bei Kai-Ten genau richtig. Zu klein, um lange zu verweilen und deshalb genau richtig für den Hochgenuss auf die Schnelle!

Für das schnelle, jedoch feine und gesunde Abendessen damit ausreichend Energie für den Abend bleibt!

Ho passato una piacevole serata in questo piccolo sushi bar. All'interno ci si siede intorno al nastro che trasporta diverse pietanze che si distinguono in 4 diversi colori a seconda del prezzo. Sushi medio, ci sono anche alcuni piatti fusion non propriamente giapponesi. Il cuoco in realtà non cucinava nulla, sistemava solo i piattini sul nastro. Non so se ci tornerò.

Horrende Preise für Sushi in der Schweiz, dann erwartet man auch Top Sushi Qualität! Leider ist der Geschmack etwas seltsam, ich kann es nicht erklären. Der Fisch ist sicherlich frisch, da habe ich keine Zweifel. Aber irgendwie hinterlassen die Gerichte im Mund keinen frischen Geschmack, wie sonst bei Sushi. Könnte es am Reis liegen? Zudem war das letzte Mal das Sushi recht warm von der Temperatur her, vielleicht drehte es schon zu viele Runden auf dem Magnetband. Die Atmosphäre und die Bedienung sind aber sonst wirklich Top, immer freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich gehe immer wieder gerne ins Kaiten, ob mit Freundinnen oder meinem Partner. Es ist so gemütlich da zu sitzen und die Sushiteller zu schnappen, auf die man gerade Lust hat.

Das Sushi war echt super lecker. Jedoch sehr teuer. Ich weiss dass es normal ist für eine Sushi-Bar wo man sich die Sachen selber aussuchen kann. Aber es ist schon teuer :)Es sumiert sich sehr schnell.Das Restaurant ist toll eingerichtet und es gibt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Wir (6 Personen) waren am vergangenen Wochenende in der Kaiten Sushi Bar in Sursee. Die Bar ist klein, dennoch bietet die Bar für ca. 20 Personen genügen Platz um frisch zubereitetes Sushi zu essen.Wie bereits gesagt wird das Sushi vor den Augen der Gäste frisch zubereitet und dann für die Kunden auf das Transportband gelegt.Die Auswahl war gut, dennoch waren wenig meiner Favoriten mit an Board.Vorteil:+ Alles wird frisch zubereitet+ erfahrener "Koch"+ angenehme Bedienung+ gutes AmbienteNachteil:- essen und sich unterhalten ist schwieriger aufgrund der Anordung der Stühle- begrenzte Auswahl (vielleicht Tagesabhängig?)- etwas eng- etwas teure Tellerangebote- kein Sushi MenuUnsere Kids hatten ihre Freude am Sushi. Es ist auf jeden Fall etwas anderes als nur Pizza essen und daherin meinen Augen empfehlenswert.Preislich hält sich das Essen in Grenzen, obwohl man locker viel mehr ausgeben kann, wenn man die teuersten Teller jeweils nimmt.Die Bar ist klein, das Essen dafür sehr fein.

Sursee als historisches Städtchen ist bekannt für seine kulinarische Vielfallt. Wer gerne Sushi isst, reserviert beim Kaiten. Typische Sushi Bar mit feinsten Köstlichkeiten. Man kann die Leckereien auf dem bekannten Band selber auswählen. Das Kaiten ist vom Ambiente sehr klein, der Koch kennt sein Metier, man fühlt sich wohl...trotz Enge. Aber Achtung: Spontan Gäste habe keine Chance...ohne Reservierung geht gar nichts.

Das Lokal ist sehr klein und gut versteckt in der Altstadt. Wer nicht gerne wildfremde Menschen in unmittelbarer Nähe neben sich hat, der wird sich hier nicht wohl fühlen. Sind alle Plätze besetzt - ausschliesslich rund um die "Sushi-Bahn" - so steigt auch der Geräuschpegel etwas an. Auf allzu intime oder vertrauliche Gespräche verzichtet man hier besser.Das Essen - und deshalb waren wir auch da!- ist ausgezeichnet. Alles ist sehr frisch und von hervorragender Qualität. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und hat Spezialwünsche sofort umgesetzt.Sushi ist in der Schweiz nicht gerade billig. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einigermassen.Achtung: die Öffnungszeiten sind sehr eingeschränkt!!

Kaitien ist ein fantastisches Sushi Restaurant. Die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend, der Service tadellos und die Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich. Das Sushi ist sehr frisch und können von der Speisekarte bestellt werden oder aus dem fahrenden Zug ausgewählt.Essen Sushi in der Schweiz ist unverschämt teuer, vor allem in Zürich (als in Japan, Australien, Deutschland, Brasilien im Vergleich). Glücklicherweise ist Kaiten mehr erschwinglich.Sobald Sie einen Monat haben all-you-can-eat-Sushi Nächte und bieten auch Sushi-Ihre Kurse.Sie können das gleiche Restaurant in Luzern kommen.Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder hinzufahren!
