Firstly, I would like to mention that we received a very friendly welcome. Great instructions and also friendly owner. Karts were extremely fast and I really liked the track. Overall I give you a solid 10/10. Excellent !

Driving here for the first and last time. Didn't let me drive the adult kart, even though I was already experienced in motorsports. Greater danger with a children's kart on the track with other adult karts than all the adult karts.

Go-kart track is really recommended. Cool racing, cool route, cozy atmosphere with a delicious selection of dishes in the restaurant. The team is very concerned about safety (instructions for drivers who are driving there for the first time, explanation of rules, etc.) which I find important. It should be added to all the critics here that motorsport and racing have nothing to do with bumper cars, if the staff gets angry because of the inventory, which can break, despite multiple instructions and explanations, I can understand it.

Very friendly staff. Fair prices. The rules are explained very clearly. The slope is very fun to drive. I would recommend to everyone. Top kart track!! Parking is also available at other times.

For me it was my first impression of an outdoor kart track. More than inexpensive. I was there a while ago, unfortunately I never had more time, but it's worth it. Great staff, great track, solid karts, when it was raining I spontaneously switched from outside to inside. It's also worth a quick route indoors! Overtaking maneuvers are easily possible as is tight racing.

Great racing experience and very good food. The burger is huge and tastes wonderful! The karts are very modern and run perfectly. The Daytona package was a lot of fun for our team

We rode twice for 10 minutes each and had a lot of fun. The operators were very friendly, explained everything and told us about the rules. The restaurant has a bit of an American dinner feel to it and was good so far. The route is well maintained and the prices are comparably fair. Conclusion: always happy again!

Last Friday we were able to spend our team event at the Sulgen kart track. After the aperitif, there was a fight for the fastest lap in free practice, qualifying and finally the race. Our proud winners were rewarded with a trophy and Prosecco and then celebrated with a delicious dinner. Many thanks to Roli and his entire team from the Sulgen kart track for this wonderful, perfectly organized and unforgettable event. We would be happy to come back. Attention, dangerous handling by the instructors!! We were there as a group, 20 people. This resulted in 4 groups, first we competed for the best time, then racing groups emerged based on skill level. But it makes sense, not anymore after that... What doesn't make sense is to give the fastest driver of the day a kart with cooled tires in the subsequent race, so the person being chased has to deal with slipping... THE fastest driver of the day, mind you, who approaches every corner aggressively. For me, giving the pursuers a warm kart is not good for the tension, but stupid in all safety considerations. And to comment on this flippantly afterwards is evidence of the staff's inability to take criticism, as already mentioned a few times in previous recessions. It's a shame, otherwise the route would be very beautiful and great...

It's a cool route (especially the outdoor route). But what disturbed me was the instructor. There was no constructive instruction on what to do and when, but instructions were given in a very unfriendly and almost aggressive manner. This gives you an extremely bad feeling right from the start.

Friendly staff and a good route

Wonderful, spontaneous experience. We called ahead to see if we could get space. My partner and I received a super friendly welcome. As a beginner, I felt safe and well looked after. The employees know their responsibilities and take them seriously. My partner and I felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun. We ended the evening with a cozy get-together in the restaurant. Definitely coming back.

My absolute favorite route, simply a dream for every speedster. Super nice and courteous staff. Enjoy spending time on the trail and in the restaurant. Can only recommend it ;)

Highly recommended for young and old in wind and weather. The first notable visit was a birthday party for me and my son with around 40 guests, several kart races and trophies, then the finest fondue and music band: an amazing event, everyone is still talking about it today. What I think is right and important: you are on a racetrack, there are driving regulations - they must be adhered to, for your own protection and that of other guests, infrastructure and staff. If you stick to this, you will find something like a small, new family in the go-kart track's workforce. Great thing, in my opinion well managed, would be happy to come back at any time. Keep it up!

Thanks to Roli and Irene for a wonderful children's birthday. We ran a total of 3 races of 11 minutes each with 9 children and then had fondue chinoise with the parents with very fine fresh meat from the local butcher - thinly and finely sliced ​​and not frozen. In the kitchen, a lot of emphasis is placed on quality, the guests are served with love and I can recommend everyone to celebrate parties here again and again. We're already looking forward to the next time and hope that the outside area of ​​the track will be dry, it won't rain and then the laps will be even bigger. We will be back definitely.

I only met friendly staff (according to other reviews that's not the case) No EC and Twint and that in 2022...a bit old school...cash is it! You are not allowed to wear your own helmets...for whatever reason!? The good man with the yellow flag should also show the blue flag...unfortunately not reported!! Track and karts are ok, I'll definitely come back again.

We chose the Sulgen kart track as a team event. Unfortunately, this was a complete failure. I have rarely experienced being treated in such an unfriendly, bad-tempered, rude and aggressive way as by the kart track team in Sulgen. This applies to both the marshals at the kart track and the restaurant employees. I could cite several examples where the rudeness was nothing short of shocking to our group. However, I don't want to get too personal here and my list would definitely go beyond the scope here. The highlight of the entire evening, however, was that my colleague had given a negative review during his stay there and a short time later the staff asked him to delete this review, otherwise the boss would come in person. The criticism made by the employees there that we should have conveyed our negative experience personally is, in my opinion, invalid because the employees are in no way capable of criticism. This was already evident when our group was asked by the go-kart track employee at the end of the trip whether we were satisfied or had any suggestions for improvement and when we arrived with a suggestion for improving safety in the event of go-kart accidents, we were treated very aggressively and dismissively instead of being dealt with professionally discussed our suggestion for improvement. Since we apparently weren't the first to be asked to delete the negative review, I'm not surprised how the "good" rating on Google came about. For me it was definitely the only and last time that I would visit the kart track in Sulgen.

Together with my nephew we recently visited the Sulgen kart track. At first we rode outside, as it started to rain, we moved indoors after a few laps. So we could ride indoors and outdoors, both were very cool. Of course there are rules that you have to adhere to, but it's a go-kart track and not a bumper car. My nephew had a lot of fun. I can only recommend the kart track.

Not recommendable!!!! We came to go karting again full of anticipation, but right from the start our mood was dampened by the disrespectful reception I experienced. We had booked the track for 1 hour with the large karts (1,100.-). With some excuse about a few people driving for the first time and because they were driving indoors, they forced us into the small karts without a price reduction. (all adults) The performance of these little karts couldn't have been more different. No racing feeling! The highlight, however, was that while driving one of the employees noticed a recession and the miserable reception. This person was then forced to delete/change the comment or they would no longer be allowed to continue driving! This kart track with this staff is the last thing in my opinion!!!

It was a really cool experience and a great trip.

I, 18, and my boyfriend, 19, called today at around 6:30 p.m. to ask whether a reservation was necessary/recommended. A (probably) bad-tempered, cheeky woman answered the phone. Nevertheless, she told us that there wasn't much going on today and that we could just drop by spontaneously. We arrived at around 8 p.m. and were welcomed by a super friendly, young employee. After we paid, we were briefly introduced and were able to get started. At the beginning I took a children's kart to feel safer. The employee said I could switch to a big one at any time if he saw that I was driving well enough. Since the outdoor track was dry and it wasn't too cool, the indoor track was closed, but this wasn't a major obstacle as the outdoor track is quite large and varied/detailed. It was EMPTY, we had the whole train to ourselves and decided to take a 5x10min subscription straight away. As planned, we drove the first 3 laps for 3x10 minutes with breaks in between. During the breaks we were also able to relax and have a smoke and chat with the friendly staff. When I said that I felt safer now, he asked me if I wanted a big kart, but that was still a little too risky for me because I had an operated shoulder. So he let us drive for the remaining 20 minutes at a time. We had our freedom throughout and were able to drive carefully but still FREELY. Of course, my friend overtook me often, sometimes very closely, and that wasn't a problem either. Drifting was also possible in some corners, whether accidentally or not, no problem here either. During the third round my friend also bumped into the boards and there too: no problem. He was able to push the kart back onto the track normally and continue driving. WE HAD GREAT FUN!!! Don't understand the negative comments (apart from the woman on the phone, who is probably the short-haired waitress). Regarding the card reader: Only cash payments are accepted, but we were informed of this in advance (by telephone). CONCLUSION: only recommended!!! In the evening there tend to be fewer people so you can really have your own fun. would travel again from ZH at any time! Slightly unfriendly restaurant staff but the employee at the checkout and kart track (unfortunately forgot his name; blonde, young) is super friendly and even ready for a little joke! COMPLETELY RECOMMENDED AND VALUE!!! (actually worth 5 stars, only the telephone support could be friendlier, hence 4.5 stars)

NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! Extremely rude man!! We have no words for how disrespectful the “customers” are treated. The statements follow again and again; “Do you feel like I’m stupid?” Or "how do you feel who you are!"...really bad...you can drive the big go-kart at the age of 16 via the homepage, but you decide whether you're allowed to or not based on your face... ..we're going to Feldkirch from now on, it's worth the trip for us.

Even if you come with your own kart you can't behave however you want!! After all, it's a go-kart track and not a bumper car event!! The welcome was unpleasant and arrogant. The go-kart track was closed earlier despite longer opening times. The Ec Gäret didn't work, couldn't pay. No information on the homepage or updating of opening times. Driven 45 minutes for nothing. Not recommended.

on July 30th, 2022 6:46 p.m. we were greeted so rudely by the restaurant waitress and couldn't drive because they were only open until 7:00 p.m. instead of 8:00 p.m., even though the opening times and website said until 8:00 p.m.

@Matthias Sauter I've been driving in Sulgen for a few weeks now. What you call strictness is what I call a sense of duty! If you can't deal with the rules you'll have a hard time in life. And causing harm to other people isn't behavior either!

My husband goes regularly, although karting isn't for me. But it's always possible to sit comfortably, eat well, and chat a bit with the operators and regular guests. When I read through the negative reviews, I have to smile at one or two comments. Since I occasionally travel in Sulgen with rental karts, I have to say that there are tough but fair rules that are intended to protect my own well-being and, above all, the well-being of the weaker drivers (mostly children). I've even kissed the black gang in the heat of the moment and even provoked a colleague to spin. So far I haven't had to pay or be liable for a single franc. This regulation applies as everywhere with negligent actions. Based on their experience, the specialist staff can quickly assess whether someone has the necessary mentality or just wants to “let it go”. Personally, I think they tend to turn a blind eye. We made a reservation request online and received confirmation of this reservation by email. However, when we arrived at the kart track at the right time, we were told that this reservation was invalid, despite confirmation by email!! The man at the checkout rudely explained to us that he had nothing to do with the office or the emails and that it didn't matter to him. We had to argue with him for a while before we were allowed to drive. In the end, however, it turned out that it was no problem at all to let us drive... we could have even done it a second time, but we pretty much lost the desire to do so. The introduction and security declaration were also unfriendly and unmotivated. After us came a “Ploteri” who had also made a reservation, but was a little late. They were given a lecture...but they told me afterwards that they tried to call 10 times but no one was available. That's just a shame, because the track itself is okay.

Had a really great evening. The route is great, we were on the outside route. Fast corners and a long start finish straight where you can reach 50km/h. The go-karts are well maintained, no problems, the connections and rules are well explained and therefore safety is ensured. Tip top keep it up!

Worst kart track ever I pay quite a lot of money just so that I can drive a bit and not overtake anyone because otherwise I have to be afraid, especially of the grim man behind the cash register. You are not allowed to touch anyone, neither the gang nor the passengers, just once. Personally, I find this an outrageous impudence. But the biggest shame is that you are even liable for your kart and have to bear any damage yourself. And in this case, liability insurance was paid by the kart track. Seriously, if I'm responsible for my own kart, I can drive it however I want. In addition, not all karts go at the same speed and the braking performance is different for each kart Not recommendable!

Good day everybody I visited the Sulgen kart track about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I found that the staff was very rude. When we wanted to eat something small (Darvidas) we were very rudely pointed out the restaurant. It goes without saying that a kart track needs clear rules. The rules were communicated to us very unkindly and they are also very strict. Such strict rules made karting no fun. Therefore, unfortunately I cannot recommend this kart track.
