Kartitscha in Obersaxen Mundaun

The previous record in terms of service in the 2012/13 season!!! After an hour (60 minutes) it's always nonig and served with tomato cream soup and a portion of chnobli bread. The soup is probably in a pot ready and the chicken bread is not really challenging for the Chuchi... And all that's nope on twelve o'clock at noon, but on the other day at noon......!!! (Excuse me from the staff? = missing report!!!) Update: After 11 years, I've been looking again and unfortunately the service is always catastrophic......! !!!!!!

The food was mostly good. According to our taste, the fries could have been fried longer. The prices are on the higher end. Bratwurst without side dish Fr. 13.00 is more than enough, even for Switzerland.

Very nice restaurant in the Obersaxen ski area. In high season you may have to be prepared for waiting times for a seat in the served part. But the food doesn't disappoint at all!! The soups are highly recommended!

Typical slope restaurant. The fact that the canned cream for the Schümlipflümli costs an additional CHF 1.50 is ridiculous and not very consumer friendly!

We received a very warm welcome in the staffed restaurant part. The food came promptly and was excellent. There weren't many people that day. So I would like to have lunch in the mountains.

The self-service part is great and the staff is also friendly. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the served part. The staff ignores you and even after fifteen minutes you are still waiting. However, people who come later will be served beforehand. You are put off that someone will come in 2 minutes but without keeping the promise. The worst thing was one of the waiters. He walked past you without even looking at you, even though it was obvious that you wanted to order and we politely signaled that. When I went inside to ask the waiter that we would like to order, I was dismissed with a rude "I don't have time, my colleague will come later". This despite the fact that exactly this waiter was able to serve everyone else next to us. His style doesn't work at all and in my opinion has no place in customer service. A real shame. Because otherwise the place would be ok. We left afterwards without eating anything.

A well-attended restaurant. In season it is best to reserve a table in the restaurant or on the terrace. Reservations before 12:00 p.m. or at 1:30 p.m. Food very good. Kapunz, soups, fitness plates and salads with fresh dressings.

Canteen atmosphere at 1700 meters above sea level. With really bad overall attitude. Hospitality - a foreign word. Only untrained staff from the East... cheapest labor, embarrassingly everything in the store is expensive. Luckily you can eat wonderfully in Triel and still sit in the sun.

Very customer friendly service!!! At my request, Röteli was even organized for me even though it is not actually sold in the self-service area...

Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated extremely this year. Sorry! It's really a shame. Such a great restaurant with an atmosphere and service that is subpar, a shame for the good food.

The views from Kartitscha is simply stunning! The food in restaurant is pretty good average as many others ski-slope style restaurants in Switzerland.

The food is very, very good. The operation is good but still requires a bit of learning. Unfortunately, there is a deduction for the long waiting times. And because the ski suit smelled extremely bad afterwards. We had to wash it twice to get the hairdresser smell out. Unfortunately. Otherwise really a top location.

The Kartitscha is beautifully located. You can reach the restaurant via the chairlift from Meierhof or via various slopes, for example down from Stein. There are usually two wonderful terraces available. One served and one non-served side. The food is very diverse for a slope restaurant. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Covid-19 Take-away offer with an open terrace and plenty of seating thanks to benches. The Hamburg offerings are very good and recommended.

Fantastic place to enjoy a drink or eat something from the menu.

Beautiful alpine pasture at the children's lift. Deck chairs available or you can get them. Switzerland depends on the prices. Unfortunately, drinks are not always cold from the fridge, so test them first.
