Simply always worth a visit. I love the beautiful sun terrace and the fine food. The salads are always fresh and crunchy with a very fine sauce. For my dog ​​there is always a "Guetsli" and a bowl of fresh water :) Thank you for your hospitality.

The best cordon bleu I have ever eaten.The breading is extremely crispy.Very generous and fine fillings in different varieties.The host couple are very friendly and warm. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

We have been skiing in Graubünden for 30 years, including Obersaxen for 18 years, and have visited various restaurants over the years, some of which have now become our regulars. This now includes the Chummenbühl restaurant, which we visited again today... Why : - it is far and wide the only way to get a real Röschti - the Swiss price level, which is relatively high for us Germans, is still limited here - we would describe the entire team there as very hospitable and child-friendly, everything is very personal and relaxed here - the Röschti was not only good and handmade, it was simply delicious and really a pleasure like we know it from before. We will definitely be happy to come back to you on our next ski holiday, not only for Prosecco lunch after ski school but also for dinner, until then, stay healthy..... We even wanted to come again, but we did No longer made in time. Well, you answered my review, I PROBABLY ACCIDENTALLY CAME ON STARS WHEN CLOSEING THE PROGRAM, I ACTUALLY HAD TO GIVE 5 STARS. If you had asked me politely for a statement about 3 STARS, we could have clarified it very well. The service was nice but totally overwhelmed. I am aware that if the ski school comes with 50 children, they will be fed first. Only it would have been nice if people had been made aware that it would take longer for the other guests in this case. So you could have come a little later or earlier.

Was a guest of the new host couple for the first time. A hearty garnished sausage salad. Beautifully prepared and a successful interplay between slightly sweetened carrot salad and delicious potato salad. We were warmly welcomed at 8 p.m. and had a choice of the entire menu. Which is absolutely not a given for me. We were warmly served and the host couple took time for us and talked about their years as hosts. I would be happy to come back and remember you with a smile. As soon as there are a lot of people in the restaurant: you wait far too long until you can order and then it takes a very long time for what you ordered to arrive. During the ski race on Friday afternoon, the coffee and minerals we ordered didn't arrive for 30 minutes.
