Yes, why have a KFC if there are no buckets with hot wings? 3 hot wings 5.90 CHF in Vienna or Germany 30 hot wings 15-20€. What's actually going on with you?

Normally I like to eat in a KFC, but what I received in Chur was very bad. We were there as a group last Tuesday and there was actually nothing going on at lunchtime. I redeemed the KFC coupon 45 with a Colonel Original Burger, which in my opinion wasn't bad and there were 3 fillet bites, which were soggy and cold, I think they weren't fried enough. After eating I immediately had severe stomach pain and diarrhea for 3 days. Well, from now on I will only enjoy chicken at home.

The hot wings are really good. You can't say anything about the price of CHF 20.00 (see photo) and the refilling of the drink. There are other inexpensive menus with coupons.

Full of Spaniards working or at least they know how to speak it perfectly. Otherwise, a KFC like any other, it is clean, cared for and the food is clearly quality.

It is a standardized fast food chain and this restaurant in Chur is known like the others. It has a small play area for children and is centrally located, surrounded by a shopping center with various parking options. Despite the expected rush at the opening, the full offering was maintained until 7 p.m., which is commendable. The initial waiting time of up to 45 minutes will probably level off soon.

The spices are actually supposed to be so special, but I found them very bland and boring.

The burger bread has the consistency of a washcloth. The chicken burger is made from pressed meat products, dry, no taste of its own, the crust is over-seasoned with too many ingredients in the recipe, the cheese slice is a mixture of consistency and flavors. Overall, preservatives and additives predominate. The fries have a good bite but are too salty. Eating here is no joy. Visiting time at lunchtime.

The food was OK. If you want to go to the toilet you should go somewhere else as there isn't one in the restaurant itself and the key for it was never available.

Nice clean branch. Good wraps. Decent burgers. The branches are designed for self-service via touchscreen terminals.

We didn't wait long. Maybe that's exactly why everything was completely cold. So, not even lukewarm, cold, cold! Kindness falls as well. We'll come back if it doesn't get better, it will be rated even worse. Sadly it is how it is. Best regards!

I've wanted to go to a KFC in Switzerland for a long time. The location and the food were ok, but I still liked it better in the USA. Don't know what it was? I already had over 10 minutes to order at the machine and the card reader didn't work. The staff at the counter didn't mind, he just said, this one works.

American fast food. Moderate waiting time. The costs are high compared to other countries but they are reasonable prices being in Switzerland. The parking allows you to eat in the quiet place. The place was a little dirty when I arrived.

Very good quality, attach great importance to customer satisfaction. I was particularly impressed by the fries; they are better than in many other restaurants. The burgers simply taste sensationally better than all fast food chains. I come here about once a month. Like 25 years ago in America, it is ORIGINAL! I LOVE IT!!!

Had to go to the toilet. Some ...... who went to the toilet in front of me messed up the toilet abnormally. I then reported this directly to the KFC staff and there was no response at all.

Medium-sized, clean and modern KFC branch in Chur 🇨🇭. The staff 👦🏻&👩🏻 is friendly and attentive. There is free parking next to the restaurant.

The only downside is getting a key for the hidden restrooms at the 2nd Floor.

Of course, it's not for nothing that KFC has a good reputation when it comes to food. The chicken pieces were fried until crispy and seasoned very tasty. The side dishes such as fries, corn on the cob and coleslaw were also fresh and tasty. I was also surprised at how clean and well-kept the restaurant was. The tables were clean. The staff was friendly. Overall, I had a great taste experience in a nice environment at KFC. I will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes chicken!

KFC in Chur is amazing place for a chill out dinner or lunch. There are several automatic order points, so you don't have to queue to place your order.

We have often taken take away. Almost every time something was missing. (2x corn on the cob, 1x fries, 1x burger) Today there were only 7 pieces in the bucket instead of 8. When we reported that there wasn't enough of a part, we weren't believed. He (the employee) filled it and counted it himself. As if we had removed one and then complained! The drink was also not handed to us (as before), which is why we only realized later that it was missing.
