Location very nice. Food mediocre, very disappointed. Service mediocre.

Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Good range of seasonal and regional dishes. Wine list with many good and inexpensive offers from the region. The food was a delight, prepared with fresh ingredients and served very attractively. Highly recommended.

Simply and simply fantastic. The food, the ambience and the friendly staff. Regional dishes, pimped up to high-quality cuisine, all freshly cooked. Despite the high prices, the atmosphere is relaxed, so you won't feel out of place even in jeans. Given that we ended up there by chance, it was a double stroke of luck. Reservation recommended.

The Hofkellerei in Chur is simply outstanding! From the warm greeting upon entering to the last bite, our visit was simply perfect. The ambience is charming and inviting, the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The menu offers an exquisite selection of dishes prepared with fresh ingredients that will delight every palate. Our taste buds were truly spoiled by the delicious aromas. The wine recommendations were also top notch and perfectly rounded off the dining experience. An absolute highlight in Chur that I can fully recommend!

The Hofkellerei in Chur is essential for every gourmet. The dishes are creatively put together, regional and absolutely delicious. The service staff is very courteous and friendly. The building is around 600 years old and has been beautifully renovated and still tells its story. Always my pleasure!

Been there three times since the reopening (November 2023) and always loved it. The ambience is unique, the food is delicious, the wine list is exciting, the service is very attentive and the hosts are simply lovely. It's nice that this traditional restaurant has been combined with a creative and special offer. Bravo!!!

It's worth every journey, no matter how long it takes, to experience these culinary delights!

Loving food, friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere

The "new" Hofkellerei enriches Chur's gastronomic scene in several ways. The food is prepared very freshly from local products and tastes excellent, the service is very nice, attentive and courteous and the location is great. There we go again!

The Hofkellerei has reopened since November 25, 23. The menu is very appealing and the menus and products are regional. We ate very well and received friendly service. We would be happy to come back.

We ordered the vegetable soup and bizochels twice, along with the wine recommendation. Unfortunately the soup had Maggi seasoning and the plum compote with the Bizochels was from a can, but otherwise it tasted very good. The service was very friendly and attentive.

The restaurant is very cozy. The service is very friendly and accommodating. There were three of us in the restaurant and ordered Capuns and 🥗 (starters) as well as two Graubünden menus that were part of the menu - Meat platter (can be replaced with any other starter) - small portion of capuns - small portion of Bizokel (with plum compote) The food was delicious and homemade. Unfortunately there are few people, which for me is not due to the quality of the restaurant but rather the location.

cozy & historic restaurant. friendly staff. Unfortunately the capuns were oversalted and in an indefinable brown sauce. The meat in the capuns is a bit rancid. The starter mixed salad was a bit bland & too much salad dressing. Pity. Certainly an ok location for a coffee.

Great local food, delicious home wine. Do not pass on the beef dry ham and capuns! Staff EXTREMELY friendly. We ate at the terrasse but the inside is spectacular, as you would expect from a gasthaus from 1522. Must see.
