Overwhelmed employees at the front! Far too long of a wait for a fast food chain. Nobody wears gloves, people touch food with their bare hands, tap the cash register, etc. and nobody washes their hands! Never again!!!

Ugh. Really not great for KFC :( Of all the KFCs I know, it is in the top 3 worst! Instead, go to Genève Cornavin or Flon in Lausanne

Best wings in zurich town! Crunchy and delicious. Fast. You can order from the various giant screens and wait for your foods.

Had a lovely brunch here today.. - unfresh coleslaw that was vacuum sealed - dry chicken tenders with no seasoning - chicken classic that drips with oil - French fries that were soggy and oily In fact one piece of fried chicken had a bone that was broken into small bone pieces that stayed in my mouth for an hour after the meal... Overall a lovely experience... Sadly KFC around the world has gone down in quality over the years. Sadly profit before taste/customer. All in all everything was ok....

Wrong order, ordered two zinger burgers, cheesbites, fries and got 2 cold fries and a pot full of chicken drums... paid 42 stuzz goods worth about 20... never back I didn't learn anything from it and went back to the KFC for 4 months...against the wrong order, no fries but fries sauce...wrong burger and no carbonation in the drink..I'm not surprised if you let the drinks out of the machine in advance ... and I've been standing there for a few hours... really a great experience once again... in my opinion there's no reason to exist at the airport anymore

I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my food, finally I didn't get my food and everyone had their food according to my number and I didn't get my food. The one employee with the red hair was very unfriendly towards the guests

Had to wait for quite a while today - but left thoroughly impressed. The line was long, tickets kept coming in, yet the team made sure every order was complete, every problem was addressed and most importantly every team member was treated respectfully. Well done, team! Would have loved to praise you in person, but didn't want to interrupt your flow.

One of the limited KFC stores in Switzerland. Fast service. The staff could be a bit friendlier but they are ok. Food is good, we love the chicken (especially when fresh) and the corn cobs. Chili cheese crunch could be a bit spicier.

Completely raw chicken served to us! We took it stsight back and they exchanged for yet more raw chicken (clearly same batch/s) Then immediately asked for a full refund to a very unhappy staff member! We got this in the end but this was a completely awful experience and one we shall not forget. This sort of thing can kill people! They took no responsibility for quality or safety. This is getting raised further with KFC!

You should be ashamed. I wouldn’t give out my hands such product for 17.9 CHF. It’s just ridiculous. How the heck is this place still working? Who’s the franchise owner? I guess they need to be so powerful such place exists. That’s just shameful - I’m still wondering why people still buy here, after the first encountering. I would make mandatory disclosing who’s behind such place and who allows this to happen. See the picture. What’s this for 17.90?

The order was wrong and the man on the phone was very rude

It is frustrating to feel disappointed when no one speaks Spanish and the service in the restaurant is not the best. Personally, I would prefer an environment where there are more Spanish-speaking people, especially considering the kindness and good customer service that usually characterize Spanish people. I hope to find places that better align with that expectation and where the experience is more positive.

Limited Deals Selection at this KFC Branch I recently visited this KFC branch and noticed that some of the enticing deals available in other parts of Switzerland are not offered here. While the food quality and service were satisfactory, it's disappointing that the special promotions and discounts found elsewhere are missing at this location. If you're looking for a variety of deals, you might want to consider other KFC branches in different areas of Switzerland.

The mayonnaise that tastes like Jisse is very unique and you don't see it like that every day. I also really enjoyed the chicken head in the bucket

You get old chicken - and when you complain they replace it with old chicken. And definitely have an attitude problem. Chicken tasted like cardboards it’s that old.

It's right smack in the middle of the very busy food court at the Airport before security. Because shops close on Sundays and public holidays, specifically on these days it can get very busy. Other then that they deliver standard KFC flavor and meals.

Chicken wasn't crispy, a real mess and too expensive. Price performance is not right.

Made my order through the oder-machine. Unfortunately it didn't give my order check. That's good that I had a look on screen and saw my order number. I told the manager about this situation at the checkout. She said ok we will give you your order without it. But when I opened my order it wasn't correct but I couldn't prove it because I didn't have a check((( The food was tasty and warm.

The 5 stars are thanks to the staff who remained friendly despite the stress of January 1st, 2024 and only wanted the interest of the customers. Thanks! Food was good too

Well, it's just hectic, far too few staff, only 2, there are around 15 waiting for their order. My order was ready for pickup. I went to the pick up, no one cared. Then I called, could I please have the number 327, it said it was ready for pickup. You have to wait, it's not ready yet... oh what? Then why is it there? Then a lot of new numbers will appear under ready for collection. They all got their reward, but I didn't. Super Service. Then came no. 224 she gave it out and at the same moment deleted the 224 and mine. What? I waited a moment then I said she had just deleted my number. Yes, yes, it's coming... then she realized her mistake and quickly gave me my order. Really now? I should have waited and seen what would have happened. The chaos would have been perfect. Special way of working.

Disaster, chicken pieces were soggy, the skin wasn't crispy, the fries were cold and rubbery, the Pepsi was non-carbonated, warm and watery because there were already about 15 Pepsis at the counter that had been prepared beforehand and had probably been there for a long time. I never eat there anymore. For these prices I expect something better. Shame on you.

Catastrophe. Chicken dripping with fat, not crispy, weak, overpriced, just not worth eating and I'm not picky. There are also no wet wipes for greasy fingers like after an oil change. Not even worth one star

Excellent staff and very good food

Arrived home with my takeaway order. unfortunately half of it was missing! At this price it's really infuriating. 4 chicken pieces, 1 small fries, 1 small corn and mashed potatoes with 2 drinks for almost 40.- is really a disaster!

Unfortunately KFC tastes differently in different branches in Switzerland. KFC in Lausanne is good. Volketswil is fair and the quality varies by time of the day. Zurich Airport kfc seems to be consistently worst. The chicken are over cooked and dry as you can see from the picture. Time of the order is around 13:50

KFC management should look into this location. The quality of the food is subpar and does not compare to KFC of other countries. Had thick, soggy breading multiple times.

I don't think it could get any worse

The staff is not friendly at all and they also do not give you everything you are paying for. And of everything they avoided, I think they take it for themselves because of the way they look

Friday 24, Nov, 2023, around 19:40 Ordered a Chilli Cheese Crunch and A BBQ crunch. Chilli cheese had barely any chicken, or sauce in it. BBQ also didn't have much chicken in it, too much sauce, but only on one side. So half dry, half soaked. It's too expensive for what it is, the service is terrible and the layout of the food court is awful. Everything is cramped together, the individual restaurant, the seating area, and best of all, the machines to order the food are all mixed and spread around the area. Really bad.

We always go to the checkout because we value personal contact and want to protect jobs. However, this time, the first time at the airport, we were completely disappointed 😞 The incompetent waitress, who barely spoke German, let out sighs and tztztz... because I couldn't decide on the drink right away. 0 advice, 0 support for additional purchases; no hello, no goodbye; Conclusion: an automatic machine is def. friendlier. The food itself was never as good as in Volketswil. The plexiglass walls have been put up again in the ZRH, which destroys any ambience. @KFC: Do something, otherwise you'll get lost at the airport and that would be a shame, despite everything!

According to Google, KFC is open until 10:30 p.m. on Sundays. However, at 9:40 p.m. they already said it would be closed. Either the opening hours on the internet are not correct, or the staff does what they want.

My order was forgotten and was even removed from the order list even though I didn't receive it. When I finally got it after complaining, the drinks weren't sealed properly (everything leaked), I was given the wrong sauces and one hotwing wasn't given enough. For this price it's not worth it.

They are so slow like legit snail slow, no body or like 2 others are standing there and still took me half an hour and missed to trains which were planned even and I’m still disappointed till this day, they just standing around half of the time and know you are in a rush but even go slower to somehow provoke you and go the order wrong and put the cup in the wrong way so that the bag had to spill all over and go on the floor, I hate it!

First time at KFC. Never ever will I try it again. Expensive, bad taste. Best thing is that you will lose weight because of the „big“ portions. 🙈

One of the places in one of the two food courts in the Zurich airport. We prefer the other one (next to departure) as it's usually less crowded. But in this food court (next to migros), the selection is broader.

Good, easy to order with the terminals, but the employees announce ready orders only in German and not in English, super expensive (20 Swiss francs for two twisters)

The self-service stations do not work as expected. With the rush, they should work perfectly. However, the service reacts relatively flexibly when picking up the order. The atmosphere is rather stressed, not quite ideal before or after a trip.

The staff are very rude, they prepare 20+ soft drinks to serve them with the meals, the problem all these drinks are served without being carbonated! And if you ask the staff to give you a fresh drink from the machine they become very angry and rude! Also the food is cold & doesn’t taste like a real KFC. Be prepared for a diarrhea!

The marinade on the hot wings as well as on the chicken in the Bürger were great, hence the famous "finger lickin good" (or similar), but otherwise it was just heavily soaked in oil (from frying, I think) and with cereal fully loaded or the burger was just a simple, standard fast food burger. Not really good or special or anything, but if there's nothing better around, then OK...

This is the worst kfc i've been in. The food was expensive (but at the same time it's Switzerland), the food was not good at all. Avoid it and go to Mc Donald's instead

It's almost a tradition for me to stop at KFC at the airport before departure. Here you are always served quickly, the food is delicious and always warm, as it should be.

KFC should check the quality of their Suppliers, the wooden spoon broke while using. The automated ordering is the reason for the 4 stars.

If you don't feel like working, there's no point in ordering a shake etc. 30-45 minutes before closing time. It's always out of order and they lie that it's broken.

Not satisfied at all. I ordered a Gurmet BBQ Burger from the menu and the burger was only half topped with meat. The fillet was way too small. And I'm not even talking about the look. If you create with pictures, then the food should look like that too. Never again for me.
