KFC in Lancy

This is my usual haunt when I'm nearby and feel I want to treat myself. The staff are awesome and the manager, Abul is super friendly and is attentive to his customers and staff. I've been a lifelong fried chicken lover and kfc hits all the right spots for me, the fact that this restaurant's staff is wonderful elevates the whole chicken- eating experience to a new level entirely. Thank you for the awesome service and awesome food!

Nothing ready 1 hour wait no communication the staff doesn't care...

The service is very slow even if the staff is pleasant we had to wait for the kids menus unfortunately they forgot…

Disappointing experience. The service is slow and the staff does not listen to the customer. The breading on the chicken is not crispy, making the chicken taste like cardboard. The fries and burgers were cold. The staff, in addition to being poorly organized, are unfriendly and unpleasant. If there is an error in the order, asking for something may result in a borderline aggressive reaction from them, even if it was an error on their part. Unfortunately, this bad experience seems to be recurring, with problems with orders on each visit. The quality of service at KFC does not seem to live up to expectations, which is unfortunate. Avoid at all costs.

First time in this restaurant and extremely disappointed. The fries were okay, but the rest... 9 chicken fillets not at all crispy and probably reheated. The salad was all wilted and not fresh at all. The chicken tenders in the burgers made up 1/3 of the sandwich. These didn't look at all like the tempting photos offered. Toy not available in the children's menu. In short, the kids wanted to see, we came and we won't come back. ABE

A little too expensive for a few pieces of chicken, compared to France. If you have a large family, you have to tighten your stomach

It's been 40 minutes since I paid and I've been waiting for my order but from a distance it looks good...

Best kfc in Geneva! I got knocked out, it was perfect

their service is not great, 3 hard machines 4 don't work to order and they don't accept a worker for a crate... but they pay for that, right? plus there is the 2nd or even 3rd wave of covid and they are leaving people to wait for just one machine.... what's more, once we finish our order, the machine does not accept payment and it starts all over again... order completed after 40 minutes!

20 minutes to receive an order when the restaurant is almost empty, when you're in a hurry it's not great. Delivery people come before the direct customer...

More than 20 minutes of waiting for a take-out order even though there was only one person before me. Arriving home, the 7UP is only sparkling water and the corn is missing. Nice scam.

Personally I find that the servers are pleasant, smiling, that the place is clean and that the food is good for a fast food restaurant. As for the prices, they are justified for Switzerland. So many negative opinions left by jaded and bitter people who do not reflect reality.

Great and clean KFC, chicken tender, juicy and nice sides and desserts. Very friendla and helpful staff. Nice in summer time as there are many places outside with huge umbrellas

The prices are still very high for a fast food restaurant and the food was not necessarily very good. The tenders weren't crispy so I'll probably go back if there are good deals again. Otherwise the service was good, nothing to complain about there.
