We arrived to eat the meltd competition burger and no welcome from the roof top bar, no good evening and when we asked if we could sit down we were told that everything was booked.. in short we could have done so. wait a long time in front of the bar. We don't feel welcome there. Reception and service to be reviewed

The bar part is passable but I was surprised by the quality of the meltd burgers. They are excellent, I recommend the kitchen!

Go there for the meltd burgers which are just excellent, otherwise the bar has the most incompetent waiters I have ever seen.

Entrance via the stairs, too bad there is no elevator. Drink service is slow (1 hour wait for 11 cocktails). When asking for boards to share, the waiter informs us that he is the one in charge of making them but as he is overwhelmed it is better that we go for the burgers because he is loaded and does not have any. therefore more made to order. The kitchen fortunately caught up with the service since it was fast and very good. As for the atmosphere, we couldn't hear much of the music, however the setting was nice. The prices are quite attractive.

Disrespectful staff with childish responses. Instead find solutions for your customers. Expensive drinks to drink ice cubes. Cold hamburger and fries too. Tiny tray with grass to make it appear that the tray is full, in short, to escape.

Table reserved well in advance for around twenty people for a great event to celebrate. No one had informed us that there was a charge for the evening that single evening (15.-/person), despite email exchanges and online reservations. Additionally, the reserved tables were not available and were all taken by other customers. No staff welcomed us when we arrived and the manager was nowhere to be found. A very bad experience that the Black Cat in Carouge was able to (fortunately) make up for with flying colors! We will definitely not come back…

This bar is a joke! To start, we go to the bar to order as indicated by the “Bar Service” sign. There the waiter tells us no but sit down, we'll come, so ok, super nice. So everyone was ordering at the bar so they all went before us and so it took them 10 minutes to come and take the order and that without offering a card or menu, how do we know what to choose? In short, once the order was placed, they again took a good fifteen minutes to bring the drink... well yes because obviously there were other drinks to prepare which had obviously been ordered after us. And all this without it being full of people or anything. We had the impression that those who had booked went before us. Too bad because those who have the burger stand next door were nicer. First and last time

Very nice place for after work or an evening with friends. The drinks are affordable and I advise you to try the burgers from Meltd which are succulent, original, a plus for their buns and their home-made sauces!

Very nice for an after work! The music allows you to enjoy the delicious cocktails in a very good atmosphere! But the real favorite is these incredible burgers from meldt_homeburgers! Tasty, homemade with local products. Presented as a trio of burgers, there’s something for everyone. Not to mention the bread, which is a treat in itself! Absolutely worth testing!

Nice place to have a drink, I find the place a little expensive for the quality and some cocktails are not up to par. But the setting is pleasant.

As a customer, I was very disappointed with the experience I had at this establishment. The staff there are blatantly unprofessional and disrespectful, and their lack of good faith is evident. In addition, their team's internal communication is very poor and they tend to blame their customers rather than resolving problems adequately. I also tried to file a complaint electronically and by mail, but never received a response. Consequently, I strongly advise against frequenting this establishment and I personally would never set foot there again. I'm still waiting for an apology from you.

I highly recommend it, I was there 4 times during my vacation. Very warm, several atmospheres during the week, burgers on site and chicha at the top.. very professional and very inventive bartender I recommend the Daikiri. A very good united team, I’ll see you soon ✌BALOULA 😉

We had reserved a table for a farewell evening, what was our amazement when we were asked to pay 10chf per person because there was a special evening, all that to then wait 40 minutes for 1 burger at 19chf then that it is smaller than a bigmac (no complaints about the taste however). We then got kicked out of the table because we weren't eating enough. They told us that there was a minimum amount to spend on a cocktail and a bottle for the table (information that we found neither on the Site nor at the entrance when we were made to pay 10chf while ensuring that we would have the table until 4 a.m., and the burgers, fries, drinks consumed before do not count in the minimum balances to spend for an absurd reason.) In short, a place that claims to be Bobo Chic but with self-service and unpleasant staff
