Average good food, OVERPRICED, convenient location.

Good restaurant but very expensive 7 euros for tea for example or 35 euros for chicken

Dear Kiran Team, I recently dined at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The main dish options, including fish and tandoori chicken, lacked the essential flavors and spices that define Indian cuisine. The fish was under-seasoned with no salt, and the chicken seemed more fried than marinated less with tandoori spices. Additionally, the absence of curry with rice and roti, and vegetables without masala, was surprising and not in line with traditional Indian meals. When we shared our feedback, hoping it would be taken constructively, we were met with a dismissive response. It was disheartening to hear that the dishes were adapted to a 'local style' rather than preserving the authentic Indian spirit. Indian cuisine is celebrated for its rich flavors and vibrant spices, and it's a shame that these were notably missing from our meal. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for improvement. One of the worst indian cuisines ever eaten ! No spicies no salt, totally Bland and no taste. We had taken the plat du jour/ menu of the day, and on providing our feedback the waiter was aggressive and defensive. Definitely don't recommend.

Had lunch with a friend, dishes were just fine. Wasn't too crowded at noon time. Not noisy and good for having a normal conversation.

Centrally located with good ambience and service. Samosa was good. Alu Naan was a between a naan and a Alu paratha .. was just ok. Baingen Bertha was good. Slightly more expensive perhaps due to location. We parked at Montblonc parking lot about 300 meters away across the bridge.

One of the most delicious Indian restaurants I tried in Geneva. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is nice, the service is professional and the food is very delicious. I tried the butter chicken, chicken masala, Indian samosa, lentils, and naan bread.. All the dishes are delicious but the prices are a little high! I definitely highly recommend trying it

Long wait for our table while other tables that came much later were served quickly. But we were not dressed in office attire. My husband ordered a Lassi which never came but was counted in the bill. Fortunately I noticed it. I work next door and will never go back there.

They have no jain food , don't feel like accommodating Indians and not even suggest simple Paratha to jain customer and talk very badly if you ask for it.

Hey, so here's the deal with Kiran restaurant. If you've got some experience in making Indian food at home, you might find their dishes a bit off the mark. But if you're kinda new to Indian flavors, you might dig it. You know how with Italian food there's a world of difference between store-bought tomato sauce and the stuff grandma makes for pasta? It's kinda like that. If you know the difference, it matters. If not, it's all good!

The most perfect Indian I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. It couldn't be more original. Very good service. We reordered Garlic Naan and it came from the kitchen within 3 minutes. Best Garlic Naan (fluffy and crispy at the same time), rice with onions and cardamom, Murgh Tikka Masala with a very slight spiciness, Luckhnowi Murgh Korma. ...

My first ever bad review for anyone. Very unprofessional and arrogant attitude with guests from certain countries especially if you are ordering lesser number of dishes than the number of guests.! Can now relate and agree with all bad reviews. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Nice stop for Indian cuisine. They have nice terrace outside for fresh atmosphere. The food is amazing and the service is quite easy and make us comfortable.

The timing of restaurants is a fake.. whenever we go they say after 1 hour or 2 hours.. I don’t know why they don’t put the real timing so we don’t loose our time to come all over the way for nothing…

Their food is good. But they may randomly close and without any notice on the door as well. They do not update the closure status on Google. So if you wanna just walk in without planning I will recommend you go elsewhere. Update: Had to reduce rating to one star. After many months, they still don’t update the status and I had to go back today as the shop was closed. So yeah good might be still good but it was a terrible experience coming all the way for nothing. Always call this place and ask if they are open before going there.

Don't expect that this place is going to be on a budget side. I enjoyed the service, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice, similar to Geneva's vibe.😊 I didn't like the food, probably I didn't choose the right meal thou. My meat was super burnt, I will call it "double well done". I've been in a lot of Indian restaurants but this one have the hottest food I ever tryed and they put a lot of spices in the dishes that you can't feel the taste of the food, the only think u can feel is the seasoning. I will recommend to not carbonate the meat, leave it juicy.

Having been there several times I can say that it is the best Indian restaurant in Geneva.

A sure bet if u like Indian food. Perfect tika masala and eggplant salad... $$$ expensive for sure as it is Geneva 😆

We gave only one star not for the quality of the dishes which are very good but because my husband, who is seriously gluten intolerant, was poisoned. Indeed, we were certified that the dishes were gluten-free, so-called gluten-free bread is offered on the menu, but clearly either one of the dishes or all or the bread were not gluten-free since in the hour that followed my husband had a very violent reaction (violent vomiting, cold sweats, diarrhea, etc.) I find it scandalous for a restaurant of this standing in 2023. People's lives are at stake! Food allergies and intolerances are not a lifestyle choice and should not be taken lightly!!! I called the restaurant and spoke to the owner who until the end continued to assure me that their dishes were Gluten-free! So allergic and intolerant people should avoid this restaurant! A word to the wise.

Set in a tranquil street this up market smart India restaurant with a Pakistani chef, makes a delicious butter chicken. This was followed by one of the best rice puddings I have ever tasted. Service is friendly and has the added benefit of Al fresco dining. Choose well and you will enjoy a great main course for your CHF40.00.

Such a waste of money :( Order some food, got after 40 minutes and such a tasteless food and full of oil. When complained to Manager/Owner, he misbehaved and said ‘if you want to eat, eat or just go out’ Try not to waste your money & time there.

The food is less than normal, and scammers have gathered, demanding that we pay the bill twice, and I don't get the message that the operation is rejected. When we asked for proof that the operation was rejected, they said there was none, just pay! I called the embassy and they saw that we would not give up. They said they would not give the amount, so go to the hotel and all that I hope everyone is careful

Today Me and friends had the most ridiculous experience at this restaurant. They call themselves Indian restaurant but I really doubt that fact. They didn’t know simple courtesy leave apart knowing Indian food. FYI - no one running the place is from India. Let’s cut to the experience. We we suggested the good quality was not very good they replied saying “We can’t make street food for you all” When we said you should take a feedback positively they replied back “6 of you have eaten three courses, how can you even understand the taste of our food” We also suggested the Mahatma Gandhi should be respected Referring to an image in their hotel of Mahatma Gandhi wearing sunglasses glasses and a jacket depicting him in a not so respectable attire. Their reply was “He is better like this” First these guys were not Indians so I don’t expect them to understand our point in anything. But we can at-least put our views across and let people know of their extremely unprofessional behaviour. They almost talked as if they see goons. Please be careful
