Wanted to drink coffee... No milk!!! Eating some cake with a friend 4 weeks ago... so dry... A long time ago there was something to eat with a client in a wheelchair... nothing worked... nothing disabled friendly at all... No place …

A lot has noticeably improved here since Kleiner joined forces with Jung. Have joy.

Wow Incredibly unfriendly employee! Why do you hire people who hate their jobs?

It's such a shame that the chocolate mousse cake (which was unique) is no longer offered...the fact that there are no cakes in general anymore (I called and asked yesterday) surprises me a lot. Unfortunately, there's no reason for me to buy anything here anymore .I was so looking forward to the upcoming birthday.. For me there was only one cake (chocolate mousse :( very, very sad... I think the cake was very popular.. Of course, that doesn't mean I rate the bakery as bad.

Unfortunately, with the merger, Kleiner's entire delicious sandwich range was removed from the range. The chocolate mouse cake is also no longer available there. So it's no longer healthy for me to shop there.

Modern, spacious and excellent variety of bread and coffee, service was friendly and swift. Good to hang out for a break with friends, you construct your space to sit moving the tables, love the experience 👌

Too expensive, too uncomfortable. Doesn't fit in Altstetten

I was in this bakery for the first time today and I think it will be the last time. I have never experienced anything so uncomfortable and uncomfortable. Back damage is encouraged here😩.

The renovation was certainly organized by a theoretical person because nothing was pleasant and the seating was catastrophic, so we've been going to the Migros restaurant since then and it's even cheaper and more pleasant !!!!bye smaller after years

It's a shame that it's smaller in Altstetten It's so bad to get a roll from yesterday or even longer and the worst thing is the employee was very stressed and had no patience and both asked what we would like only 1 Asked the person and already said how much it costs, then I said I can have some too, then she rolled her eyes very cheekily and didn't even say ciao when she went out, let alone have a nice day, so what a shame, I'll just go to Mirgros Nebedran if I'm not wanted there am !

Just bought Chocolate S and Amaretti for my team. Unfortunately these were not fresh and totally dry. Of course the full price was charged. I know it differently from the smaller one.

Yesterday in your store, it's been a long time since we were approached by the saleswoman because we were standing in the wrong place to order in a tone that wasn't good at all! Would never enter this store again! 👎👎👎👎👎

only whole milk - a no-go in 2023, on many levels

Wanted to buy something to take away today at 6:57 p.m. I was told the store was already closed, even though it says 7 p.m. Very customer unfriendly.

CHF 7.90 for an Epiphany cake?! really now? In Lidl it costs CHF 2.59 and there are even raisins in it.

According to the seller, it is not possible to order a cake with an inscription similar to the one in the picture because 1. the cake is not small and 2. ordering is ONLY possible online. Aha..

Unfortunately, a very unfriendly, demotivated saleswoman was behind the scenes.

Bought a pretzel today and a croissant, unfortunately very dry. A pity!

I've been going to Neumarkt regularly for a year now. The employees are extremely unfriendly and actually constantly in a bad mood. Today both employees stood behind the counter without masks. When I came in, one of them put on the mask, but of course so that her nose was still hanging out, which was actually always the case when I passed the shop. It may be that she doesn't take your safety as seriously as I do. But I can't shop here like that. It's a shame because the cream slices are very fine. (hence +1 star).

The orange cake from Kleiner Zurich is a MUST! Super delicious for years. Gladly again and again.

I don't like going to bakeries, but the Kleiner branch in Neumarkt is the big exception. It's worth driving even 30 minutes for me. Incredibly nice service, delicious food - now during COVID times they have even added lunch menus! Super customized. It's worth it :)

Products are OK, but the unmotivated operation is not working at all!! Every time the same!!
