I visited this wonderful restaurant and was very impressed with the wonderful menu and service! large portions and very tasty! Fast food delivery! I was pleasantly surprised by the compliment for the chef!

The overnight stay was ok for a weekend stay. Bed was comfortable in room 8. Light in toilet/shower a bit dim and it would have been great if it had hand soap. Food in the evening was ok for this price. The chef is clearly trying hard. The female service this weekend was top!! The manager of the place could be more dedicated, so it's not surprising that they really need staff. What was lacking for me was the cleanliness of the tables. This is the impression of a moment, tastes and views are known to be different, this recession is my personal opinion on this one moment.

Prices are way too expensive, dried out chicken nuggets and fries for CHF 19.50 are unbelievable. Buffet not tastefully decorated. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Unmotivated staff who can't work as a team, they didn't help each other, just complained. The recession answers are always about the same, so nothing is likely to change

Food lukewarm, plates cold. Selection very very modest. There is only one child seat available and this is in the immediate vicinity of the children's ski lift. Shelves were not available, glasses for drinks could not be found or were not available. The staff in the restaurant were rather overwhelmed and disinterested (most of them). The young Czech man was very accommodating. Food was edible; but unfortunately only partially warm. This was also clarified in advance. It's a shame for such accommodation in such a great location.

Very disappointing. Price-performance is not right at all. Food wasn't good. Staff unfriendly. Service not professional at all. What a shame! We were looking forward to a lovely stay. Skiing was great! However, we will never spend the night here again.
