Very long waiting times despite electronic piping, the order is shouted through the restaurant.

Food is ok. But we all wait 45 minutes for our food. Very disorganized.

Completely overwhelmed kitchen and service had been waiting for a hamburger for 30 minutes... Colleagues who wanted to order food were turned away...

This restaurant has so much potential to show how you can run a good, sustainable restaurant. But unfortunately it's a disappointment overall. When it comes to food, there are hardly any interesting vegan or vegetarian options. The daily menu is a meat loaf... The service detracts from the impression even more. The staff was obviously not motivated and kept all the tables waiting unnecessarily long. Unnecessary because there was capacity, but the staff often stood around and talked to each other... There is definitely still room for improvement in terms of friendliness. It's a shame, we hope that those responsible at the Klima Arena will keep an eye on it.

There is zero sustainability - rather the opposite. What was considered? Only a switch to vegan dishes can do justice to sustainability.

I forgot to say that the tiny cervice is still €22!

We ate there with our children after the environmental arena. The restaurant was nice but the staff was disgusting! One lady stood in front of us and asked us to sit down with an aggressive tone because it wasn't a self-service restaurant. No Grüezi nothing. (Only because I already took a bottle of drink because it was an open cooler like in a self-service restaurant) The lady who took the food was friendly. My daughter ran around the table to my husband and the other lady came back and gave an evil look and made a stupid comment... Many guests were very annoyed with her. When I looked at her name tag while paying, she noticed and was extremely friendly! It's not possible and we'll never eat there again! And keep saying it.

Simple, cafeteria-like restaurant with generally very good and healthy cuisine - we often go there for lunch. Unfortunately, recent changes in management have apparently led to, for example, suddenly a third of the previous menu quantity being canceled and you still being allowed to shell out the previous price. This is not customer friendly! Otherwise, a cool service team that really makes an effort - a thumbs up for that. If the initial basis were brought back into the loot, it would be 4 stars again - but the current savings mood at the expense of the customers is not working, sorry. Let's hope for improvement.

Climate? Environmental arena? a bad joke, I thought to myself after I left the restaurant with my children. Fries and a Beyond Burger pumped full of chemicals are the only things you can eat as a vegan.

I worked at the Klima restaurant for a weekend through Coople. I had a great time there and experienced a unique, well-positioned and lovable team. I felt really comfortable in the company and the chicken nuggets are very tasty :D.

Price/performance, well, there are better restaurants. But kindness is good.

But so friendly, tasty and accommodating! We were able to eat very tasty burgers, no run-of-the-mill things. Service was extremely friendly and attentive - everything was just great! Gladly again!!

Not enough staff, long waiting time for food (50 minutes) and staff is very unfriendly... An absolute disgrace

We booked a so-called “cooking event” as a group. Unfortunately, what we were served did not meet our expectations at all. Apart from pushing the dough through a pasta machine and wrapping a prepared mixture in a savoy cabbage leaf, we didn't do anything. The topic of sustainable nutrition was also not included. The food was okay but the overall package with what was effectively offered was far too expensive. If you want to host a cool cooking event, definitely look for another provider.

Friendly staff and great food. Free tap water. Uncomplicated. That's how it should be.

We had kids French fries and it was good. Had to wait a couple of minutes, staff was friendly (although not really assisting and we had to ask for ketchup despite the fact it was a part of the menu). Drinking water is available free of charge.

Our company event was perfect: after an exciting tour followed by an aperitif, we were served a wonderful, creative menu. Everyone was thrilled: On behalf of the entire workforce at Atlis AG, many thanks to the friendly wait staff, the kitchen staff and the entire team at the Umweltarena for this impressive afternoon and evening. We can recommend the restaurant and the entire infrastructure for company events.

Honestly, this restaurant is a bad joke. The receipt says “Sustainability tastes so good” and the food is almost exclusively non-vegetarian. The prices are extremely high, so you pay CHF 9 for a simple cheese sandwich. What a joke. In addition, the same product with meat is the same price. What this has to do with sustainability is a mystery to me. Furthermore, they actually use disposable tableware, although at this price one would expect real sustainability and not bamboo tableware and plastic-coated equivalents. We were here exactly three times, the only, first and last time!

Nice service, good regional organic offerings. I would be happy to come back with my family at any time.

It was awful!! I was with my kids and husband and I have to wait for 1 hour and 10minutes to get 4 burgers. After waiting 40 min I asked about it and then I wait for another 1/2 hour and then after complaining one more time finally we got the food. My kids were crying... I will definely never go back. Ah last but not the least I paid 94CHF and not even a "sorry"!!!

A horrible burger and above all 1 hour and ten minutes of waiting! Their lack of courtesy is incredible

Prices are very high even for Switzerland and the children's plates were so small that my two children (6 and 8 years old) couldn't get enough.

Super delicious dishes from the Zurich and Aargau region. Fine organic drinks and always only seasonal products. Great concept, varied offerings for children thanks to a special menu and a large sun terrace! Always worth a visit.
