Hello dear Kollers team Products very fine, ice cream and frappe perfect. The service team is extremely friendly and helpful, simply amazing 😎 However, I noticed something. We usually come on weekends. On Saturday we only had to wait about 4 minutes. However, on Sundays with so few staff and everything was full, we had to wait over 20 minutes. Of course it's okay, but I'm convinced that if there were more staff there would be more consumption. For this very reason we only order once. Even though things are going great, the team has to put up with a lot. They are treated disrespectfully and sometimes insulted. This could be avoided in my opinion. So the mega praise goes to the staff, who pour their hearts out for the customers. Thank you very much…

Staff: very attentive and friendly! Products: everything is great, especially the meter loaves and cakes (various choices) for events, celebrations, etc. - highly recommended! For us it is an oasis to feel good and relax. Thanks to Adi and his team, keep it up!!!!

It's always nice to enjoy a coffee here when I visit my old home. Whether in the café or in the bakery and pastry shop, you will be served by very friendly staff, the café offers a well-kept and cozy atmosphere and when the weather is nice you can sit outside. It's also great to have the opportunity to treat yourself to something sweet from the pastry shop.

We just ran into the Koller bakery during a train stop and bought a butter pretzel, an egg sandwich, a pretzel roll with ham and a pretzel croissant. It was fantastic. Fast and friendly service and the rolls were a dream. The butter pretzel is in our top five selection of the best butter pretzels (we live in Zurich :)) A big recommendation.

Great and beautiful cake. Our family always orders wedding/birthday cakes here and they are always incredibly fine and beautiful... the price is right too... very fair.

Service sometimes great, sometimes not so much. But quality of the goods is good.

The cream slice was absolutely top notch. Pure enjoyment in every respect, simply excellent. I place each cream slice on its side and cut bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. Tasted like this, this patisserie can be enjoyed in its harmonious perfection.

I would also like to be there, but if I sit there for at least 30 minutes without being noticed, I find it lousy. I left without ordering. Other customers who arrived later were served before us...

On Sundays it's completely full with only one waitress who runs at full speed. It's a shame I love being there.

The ideal place to enjoy coffee and cake on a Sunday afternoon. When the weather is nice, sit in the sun and watch the hustle and bustle at the train station, or meet friends.

The waitress had forgotten us and after 20 minutes we had to ask where our drink was. + She served a bitter lemon in a warm glass

The coffee is super nice and top, the products are sometimes rather flop and depend on the day. The quality of the products cannot be relied upon. A pity.

Close to the train station, good baked goods, bright room, passage to the bakery, uncomplicated, friendly interaction and for those for whom that is important: very clean ;-) - concept suits me! ... recommended for everyone who has little time or a lot of time and good friends.
