Nice café, very fine products, very friendly, helpful staff.

Above-average expensive bakery with products of varying quality. The “suure Mocke” (sourdough bread) is usually very good. Every now and then it was technically poorly prepared or underbaked. The same picture with the croissants, which occasionally weigh just over 20 g. We are increasingly disappointed with the chocolate croissants and pretzel croissants, so we will avoid them in the future. Very good Zug cherry cake! The service is very friendly and the insight into the modern bakery is exciting.

It was very interesting to be able to watch the MA prepare something. The employee was very friendly. Will come again.

I always buy the “Sunday braid”. Except yesterday, when it was “stolen” from me by the customer. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Thank you. You can even watch production through the glass panes.

Was in Lindencham on Friday, July 7th at around 8:15 a.m. I ordered 1 bowl and 1 lye peak from the waitress. I got the coffee. Not the lye peak. There are no more. And not for the first time!!!! This in a company that produces itself!!! I am of the opinion that such companies should no longer be taken into account. I will implement it!!! There are plenty of other coffee/restaurants that guests still appreciate.

It was a great experience to eat in such a beautiful bakery/patisserie. You could clearly see the production of the chocolates and other confectionery through the many glass panes.

Today the four of us enjoyed brunch here in Lindencham. We were served by Joe Peacock! A huge compliment to him - despite the many guests, he served all the guests in a calm and friendly manner. You could tell that he does his job with a lot of passion and that he cares about the well-being of his guests. You have to take care of such profitable employees!! 5 stars for Joe and the team!

Very good bread, cakes and coffee. Small café with a view of the bakery. A few parking spaces in front of the door. Easy to find therefore a good meeting point.

This morning the four of us were in the monastery arbor in Lindencham and ordered a breakfast tower. The meat and cheese was tarnished and not very appetizing. We couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, the employee did not respond to our complaint and we had to pay the full price. We were very disappointed.

Everything is of excellent quality. An ultimate experience with outstanding service. The dessert is simply amazing and it made our day. 👍

Never again! It's a shame that the Klosterlaube bistro right next to the great playground is not family-friendly at all. No changing table available. After I had to change my child's diaper on the floor, I was hit by the employee because I disposed of the diaper in the trash can in the women's toilet. Von Rotz deliberately doesn't have changing tables because Von Rotz doesn't actually want children in the coffee shop. I don't expect a play area, but I do expect friendly interaction - the customer is king as long as he doesn't bring any children with him? I will no longer enjoy my coffee at Von Rotz even on child-free days

I think what they offer is good, but there was always no chocolate croissants before 9 a.m. or something else was always missing. The boss should notice that he doesn't have enough and that the request is greater than the offer and then maybe they would do more of one and less of the other - I mean, butter croissants don't have to be ready until lunchtime.

A pretty and well-kept little café with a friendly hostess. The direct view into the bakery is original. But since the latte macchiato is only served lukewarm here and I don't like the other coffee variations, there's no need for me to visit again.

Breakfast tower for 2 people: 1 small muesli for 2 people!! How are you supposed to share this? Friendliness: leaves a lot to be desired. Neither the boss nor the boss greet their guests, although they serve and chat at the next table. When you leave the café, no one returns the farewell greeting. Attention: missing napkins will not be handed in and must be organized by yourself. It's a shame, we can't recommend the restaurant.

Bad service, numerous requests to pay the bill are simply ignored, so that you then have to get up yourself to pay at the counter. Thank you and please from the service staff simply do not occur, payment with Amex is not possible (the provider decides how the customer has to pay...). The quality of the products is also of poor quality when you see all the convience ingredients through the bakery's shop windows. All in all, bad service with bad products: not recommended.

Not recommended. The staff is very slow, doesn't listen to the guests when you want to pay. We have now visited the bakery again and again in the hope of improvement. Unfortunately, our prayers were not answered. :)

The Rotz bakery and pastry shop is very special. You can see into the bakery from everywhere and see how work is going on. The small coffee shop is always quiet and invites you to stay.
