You want to call to explain your problem and those who pick up the phone simply don't understand anything! For me you're history. I'll never visit your store again. I'd rather walk 400m further to Orient, which is much better quality for the same price.

Delicious Dürum, very accommodating, nice and nicely decorated. The homemade iced tea was served in a special "Cheers" glass... well then Cheers...! In the Kränzlin Gossau I completely forgot that I wasn't feeling particularly well that day. One of my favorite drinks was even served without being asked. A wonderful, relaxed evening. Ordered again today without a salad, and you actually get a call saying you won't deliver the food because of the rating last time. Tolerate ZERO criticism.
