Krispy Kreme in Lausanne

Amazing experience in this donut temple! There was a great atmosphere with great music. I tasted the hot Original Glazed which were exceptional, just like in the US! Highly recommended !

Good morning, Here is my feedback after 3 visits to KK, including 2 in the last two weeks for breakfast. The donuts are excellent, nothing to complain about, I doubt we can find better ones in the Lausanne region. The variety and quality are there, it's just a treat. But I can't say the same about the service, especially on my last two visits, including this morning. When you arrive in a place completely empty of any customers (this was also the case the previous time), you expect to be received with a smile and a "hello" by the team present. However, these fundamentals are not assured at the KK in Lausanne. The shortcomings in reception probably do not alone explain the total absence of customers (I was the only one present each time), but nevertheless deserve attention. Same thing when I left, which provoked no reaction from the staff. Being in such a vast and colorful place, where the atmosphere is nevertheless so gloomy, provides a special feeling which must dissuade many customers from repeating the experience. We are much better received at the local McDonald's, which is a shame! Even though their donuts are mediocre, their coffee is much better. I was so ecstatic to see a KK open in my area, and my expectations were probably too high, in some ways at least. Today, I may be focusing on an establishment that has not found its audience, and could have closed its doors in a short time. It breaks my heart a little, but I'm sure we can do better with a place so advantageously located in the City of Lausanne. In short, go to KK for take-away donuts, or better yet, have them delivered to you. As for the rest, it's not worth the detour in my opinion.

Excellent donuts and faithful to the ones I bought in Canada! By far the best donuts I have eaten in Switzerland, beating all other competitors (stores and other chains combined).

The donuts were far too sweet for our taste and also rather expensive. The chai latte we drank was also overly sweet. If you like (too) much sugar, you will like this.

What can I say about this place other than it is fabulous! You can see the production of donuts and I find it appreciable. The room is very pretty and colorful. Being a big fan of donuts, I couldn't help but come and taste them. I've tried them all, but it's impossible to choose which one is my favorite. However, don't miss the classic sugar-glazed donut's and depending on the time you arrive, the staff will give you a hot one. They also make special donuts depending on the period. I also tried the white hot chocolate which was a treat.

The store is closed for the holidays and it would have been better to Google it!!

The donuts are very good and the staff welcoming. The decoration of the place doesn't make me want to stay there, there's too much color and an impression of being in a fast food restaurant.

Very happy that Krispy Kreme is here now in Suisse. I don't have to ask my brother anymore to bring them to me from London. 😄 This is hands down the best doughnuts for me. Fluffy, light, not too sweet and freshly made daily. The place in Lausanne is nicely decorated and clean and the staff is very polite and friendly.

The premises are nicely decorated and spacious. The donuts are good, beautiful and made in the public eye (it’s great). On the other hand, they are very sweet. Small downside on the drinks which are super expensive compared to the usual prices in Lausanne (6.50 CHF for a latte macchiato, it's really ultra expensive. It should be around 4.50/5 CHF for it to be correct in my opinion) . Despite this, it’s still a great place!

Delicious doughnuts! 😋 Their selection is extensive, and they also provide a diverse coffee menu. I highly recommend trying the Chai Latte and the Lotus Biscoff doughnut; they are fantastic! The spacious seating makes it such a great choice for gatherings with friends or family!

Sale of quality dognuts in a neat and cozy space. I just discovered the Kripsy Kreme in Lausanne by chance. I didn't know this brand and was pleasantly surprised. The prices are almost equivalent to dokin dognuts but the dognuts are really good. We took advantage of the 3 dognuts for 11.90 offer The staff is friendly and smiling! I really advise you to eat there, the decoration is incredible.

The quality of the service as well as the donuts were top notch! Nothing to complain about, hot donuts and helpful waitresses. However, I gave it two stars (I changed my mind because I certainly got a little carried away) because the place seemed too large and uncluttered, like a dentist's waiting room. The tables are too small and it reminded me of the McDonald's restaurants of the 2000s. We are not comfortable there and everything is done so that we eat and leave. Of course, I am convinced that this may be the purpose of an establishment like yours serving food consumed quickly. But then the room is too big, too empty and seems to me to hardly fit with the state of mind of a European city.

I don't understand the bad reviews. A fair amount of bad language. Chill and smiling staff. The original glazed donuts are a real treat I advise you for the first time to take the hot box with the hot donits, it's a walrus from paradise that invades your taste buds! Or go crazy and grab a big, diverse box! It's worth the trip if you have to, believe me.

My worst krispy kreme experience was in Lausanne! And yet I did! They refused to sell us hot donuts except by 6 or 12, I have never seen that! Excellent variety and presentation + ∞ points for 2 free donuts given on our arrival ( they might not give you one tho just 🤞) and the staff were super friendly. When it comes to the donuts nothing compares to a heartwarming sugar donut for tea time! The shop is incredible with a direct view on the making of the donuts, quiet interesting knowing they are freshly made every day!

Instagrammable. A nicely built cute cafe. Very tasty donuts. I tried the chocolate one which was tasty. They offered a regular, classic one for free which was very nice of them. Good staff. However, not a fan of the coffee. I took the iced moka.
