Rude and threatening treatment at Pizzeria Kristall I definitely cannot recommend a visit to Pizzeria Kristall after having incredibly negative experiences with the staff, particularly a black-haired man, probably the owner's son. Our visit was ruined by a seemingly insignificant incident: we accidentally parked in their parking lot, mistaking it for one of the hotel parking lots (with the same design and color as parking lots), which was only 5 meters away as the crow flies, as shown by the attached photos on web. Instead of dealing with the situation politely and understandingly, the pizzeria employees and especially the person mentioned above were arrogant and aggressive. We were insulted by the owner whose behavior was completely unjustified. There is no excuse for the way we were treated: we apologized for the mistake and tried to resolve the matter peacefully, but were dismissed with a dismissive tone and unfounded accusations. If the man had been friendly, polite and understanding, we would definitely have decided to have lunch at the pizzeria. However, his unpleasant and demeaning behavior made it impossible to further consider this option. It is unacceptable for a company to behave this way towards its customers, especially over such a small matter. Customer service is a fundamental part of any business and Pizzeria Kristall has failed miserably in this area. I cannot recommend this place to anyone as there is no respect and courtesy shown to the customers. I hope the company reconsiders its stance and commits to treating customers with dignity and respect in the future.
