Waiting for 15 minutes, speaking to the waitress several times, 3 employees chatting inside... Unfortunately no Seems like a flat learning curve Now we switched to self-service... coffee at 4.50 and queuing for 20 minutes because the 4 employees are hopelessly overwhelmed and only one of them can use the coffee machine...

Update February 2024: Chaotic self-service drinks distribution. Not enough space at the counter to serve 4 customers at the same time. Things used to be more orderly. Place your order and pay, collect drinks at the next station. No more rack for returning dishes. Everything delivered with dishes... Summer 2023: Beautifully furnished and large terrace with enough shade. No longer self-service, but with service. Conclusion: waiting for service and waiting for payment or queuing for self-service delivery are about the same thing. It's a shame there are no more wholemeal or other bread rolls at lunchtime. Not everyone likes sandwiches, croissants and nut croissants or other sweets.

The Chill-Thun team does a great job... all about the "Helvetic Business" and some of them have lots of guests... Bravo!

Fabulous breakfast! Completely satisfied! The service is very attentive and friendly! The bistro is absolutely worth a break! Gladly again at any time!

Very long waiting times, unfortunately. Please sit down because you will be served there. After only 20 minutes someone comes, before the service staff just walked past. Extremely expandable!

We ended up here just by chance to have a short coffee break. It was around 5PM when we arrived and the kitchen was closed temporarily for cleaning, so we couldn’t try anything. Said that, the offerings on the menu sounded nice so we will visit this place again to try the food. The staff was nice and friendly and we received our order really fast. If you are passing by Bern Airport or you are traveling somewhere, this terrace right next to the runway is a nice place to spend some time and to have coffee or a quick bite.

Beautiful ambience. We've been there three times now. The service is, to put it mildly, “poor”. The quality of the “food” is unreasonable! Three times bad is no longer a coincidence. Received a nut peak today that looked like it had fallen to the ground. Not only was one side crushed, but there were also clear traces of fingerprints. The “Cheesecakes” cake was nothing more than a bad curd cake. I was really looking forward to the opening, but I doubt whether I'll come again.

The new Bistro Auszeit can still be expanded! Staff already overwhelmed at around 30% occupancy, very long waiting times (I think "I'll be right back" was a phrase). Before I could order, I went to Muribad and, as always, I received excellent service!
