Restaurant well located and welcoming, we ate upstairs at the back. There is a terrace. We like less the tables at the entrance over the high chairs. The pizzas are delicious, especially the pizza in the photos. We had a great time. The lady who took the orders was very helpful and very pleasant. We will return there, that’s obvious!

Very good pizza's, paste and wine

Being a single person meant I had to sit at the bar facing the kitchen. I was not offered a table even they stayed empty. It's a pity as the pizza was really good.

I just tried this restaurant and honestly, it was great. The “Mortadella Burrata e Pistacchio” pizza? A delight. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are really friendly. A great experience, I recommend without hesitation. Looking forward to going back!

Kytaly is a lovely restaurant. The service is pleasant, the cooks smile at you and this creates a harmonious atmosphere in a pretty decor. Being in the trade, they were able to listen, provide good advice while offering us a nice table even when the kitchens closed. The food obviously remains excellent even if we ate cold following the unexpected delay. THANKS

Let's start with the only positive: the pizza. She's really good. Unfortunately, the rest did not accompany. First, there is no coat rack to put your jackets on... an important detail during the cold season. Next, the menu. Advertised as a pasta and pizza restaurant, the menu only consisted of pizzas. Moreover, if the idea is to focus on pizzas, you cannot lack the raw materials to prepare one of the ones on the menu... and that happened to us. Ultimately, if you decide to eat good pizza, this is a good place. But especially remember to order them to take away.

Kytaly is a great restaurant to enjoy good and authentic italian food. The food is delicious, well-presented, and tasty. The staff is joyful and helpful, and their energy just adds to the great experience. Inside, the restaurant has a very modern and warm look, you can either eat at tables or at the "bar", where the chef cooks your food in front of you. So, in conclusion, I would totally recommend Kytaly if you are looking for some quality italian food.

Possibly the best pizza in Geneva

Skarpetta: best pizza I have eaten. In fact, I don't think I've ever had pizza before. Thanks to the server for his advice! In addition, he offered us very warm and comfortable blankets when he saw that we were cold on the terrace. The gourmet coffee was very good (especially the tiramisu)

The best pizzas are in Kytali, the pasta is also divine. The service is efficient and professional, the servers are fast but they are also very good at providing information if you have any questions about the dishes or anything else. Nice wine list, strong Italian coffee that I like. It's more expensive than most Italian restaurants in Geneva, but the quality is there.

Went there after many good reviews. It is overrated. Food is not good, very small menu and overpriced. Service was nice. 0 ambience. And you have to leave the table at 8.50 pm! Never back again!

The pizza was good, but not very good. However, the lovely waitress from Milan was very charming and the service good. Atmosphere was good, while it was maybe a bit too noisy. Overall thus 4*.

I once again had the pleasure of dining at Kytaly this evening, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. The pizzas they serve are undoubtedly among the best in Europe. In particular, the Scarpetta (dictated by master Franco Pepe), which is a true culinary masterpiece. The freeze-dried pesto and the accompanying tomato compote are an explosion of flavors in the mouth, creating a perfect harmony between the freshness of the ingredients and the mastery of Italian cuisine. But what really made this evening memorable was the exceptional service. Our waitress, who looked a bit like Jenna Ortega, was not only charming, but also extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She knew how to recommend the most delicious dishes and made sure every detail of our experience was perfect.

Friendly, quickly served, very good

Absolutely phenomenal! The service was superb, food was exquisite. Ordered the pizza and pasta. Reservations are preferred.

We love the pasta and we used to love the pizza here, the dough is so good, the service is very nice as well. But since about a year or so the pizza always comes out so charred both on top and on the bottom - it wasn't like this before not sure if it's a new pizzaiolo or what. The bitter taste of the burnt flour gets in every bite and for a us is a deal breaker ( i see others complain of the same issue). It's such a pity because the ingredients taste so good! We tried asking to pay attention to the charring a couple of times but nothing changed. The pasta remains really outstanding, it is described very simply in the menu but most pasta dishes have so much more to them then what you read.

Was expecting great pizzas but they were too soggy / doughy . Pasta with truffle was so bad that we had to return it (pasta had no taste was like sachet you add to boiling water). We informed waiter and changed the order . Maybe because we reserved table late night food was bad but will not be returning.

Led Zeppelin sing about "a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold", and guess what? Unfortunately it's not true! When I saw the pizza I had good expectations, but I was very disappointed after the first bite: it was burned, in the center it was so thin and wet that it was hard to eat, plus its consistency wasn't pleasant, and the ingredients didn't match the name of the pizza (i.e. margherita should not have cherry tomatoes!). The most disappointing part was the Tiramisù! I'm a Tiramisù lover, and what I got at Kytaly was not even remotely identifiable as a Tiramisù. The only comment I have is don't order it, because it's insanely expensive and it's not a Tiramisù. The service was very good: the waiters were attentive and could speak several different languages. The atmosphere is cozy, but it was very warm.

Eating their pizza on site, nothing to complain about despite the price being a tad excessive. This time I ordered a Capricciosa to take away for 29.- CHF and this is what I received, a children's menu pizza but 5x the price. Disappointing…. I would avoid it from now on.

The high chairs for the high tables are not comfortable. The pizzas are good but nothing more and quite expensive. The pasta with langoustines is good but the dish is much too small for what it is. (4 pieces of dough for 35 francs). The chocolate cake is good but the sauce that comes with it is not very good. An ice cream on the side would be a big plus. For 14 francs clearly not incredible. The service was OK. The menu choice was quite small. Other Italian restaurants in Geneva are better and cheaper. The prices are too high for an Italian restaurant even with nice decoration.

Without a doubt one of the best pizzerias I have visited, whether in Geneva or elsewhere. The pizzas are extremely rich and the dough is creamy. The products are fresh and quality. Certainly the prices are slightly higher (the pizzas in particular) than the average of Italian restaurants in general... but this difference is amply deserved by the difference in quality of their cuisine. I can only highly recommend this restaurant.

Simply some truly incredible pizzas (like the Margherita DOP or the Skarpetta). In addition, the restaurant is beautiful and has a good atmosphere. To round it off, the prices are very competitive for Geneva, placing it in the "cheap" range of the city.

Overrated - Not the beat pizza in geneva (despite the high price), tiramisu was Ok (12€) and no free limoncello (like a typical italian, despite 70€ bill/person).

Excessive prices and poor service Visit on October 29, 2022 Wanting to eat well, we came across a TikTok that mentioned KyTaly as a restaurant making the best Italian dishes in Geneva. Arrival : We arrived there and asked if a place was available inside to eat, they placed us outside in their sort of small terraces. While there were still places inside... I do not recommend taking a place outside, you will be accosted by homeless people and various sellers. Service : My girlfriend and I bought two pizzas, the price of this one is relatively very expensive, the quality of the pizzas is top notch but the tomato sauce is a little too liquid. You can't add mortadella to a margarita. The waiters go out in front of the restaurant to smoke their cigarettes and return to serve customers without washing their hands and smelling strongly of cigarettes. Budget : We can see that we are in Geneva for really high prices For two pizza, margarita and diavola + 1 coke and 1 hugo more than 70.- For a supplement on a pizza count + 4.- Conclusion : We return there more, but quality dishes despite deplorable service and very excessive prices.

I only tasted the pizzas but they are EXCELLENT, you will find gourmet combinations like nowhere else, hence the prices sometimes a little high, but it is definitely worth it!

I went there in 2019 and the experience was very good. I returned on September 29, 2022 with my wife and the experience was disastrous. Truffle pizza, filthy, too oily, no truffle taste, full of water. Pasta with tomato and straciatella sauce, filthy, taste of a canned sauce, the parmesan has no taste, bland dish! The diplomas hanging on the wall can be removed because this is no longer the case! To flee!! Total scam! Pizza + dough + 3 glasses of wine = 95.- total scam! In addition, despite my dissatisfaction shared with 2 servers who obviously have nothing to do with the negative remarks.

Tested in July 2022 with two takeaway pizzas, following reviews on the internet suggesting that it is the best pizzeria in Geneva. One of my worst culinary experiences: Server tired of taking our order when it's not even 8 p.m., pizza maker who cuts the pizzas with a pair of scissors (first time I've seen that), exaggerated prices (over 50 F for 2 takeaway pizzas) and especially inedible pizzas because they are completely charred on the top and bottom with downright pieces of coal in the box. After assessing the damage and realizing that there was nothing to save, the 2 boxes with their contents ("the pizzas") went in the dumpster. Forced to give 1 star when it is without hesitation worth a 0. If you are in the neighborhood and want to eat well, go to Shizo Burger which is right next door and which is really excellent.

The pizza was voted the best in Switzerland, I confirm! I went there twice in a month and it was the best. Last Saturday the pizza was a little less crispy but the quality of the ingredients is truly magnificent! The servers are also very friendly. To do again!

Staff not at all pleasant no at all! Allergic to eggs, I asked for an amaretto sour without eggs, no, that’s not possible! I ask to add an extra sauce, no, it’s not possible, all the hassle! They are really not friendly and I will not return!

Do not order from Uber Eats 🚨the pizza comes in a super thin carton box that will arrive all soggy and, even worse, comes without any protection! Not even a sticker preventing from being opened or tampered with. I was amazed that such a nice restaurant would deliver orders like this.

First visit in May 2022 following an article from the TDG presenting this restaurant as one of the best pizzas. At the entrance the room is beautiful but eating in the back room is torture. The tables are 20 cm apart from the others. Music directly above your head makes the volume in the room unpleasant. The house cocktail, rather tasteless and sweet, is served quickly. But the pizza arrives 5 minutes after the cocktail so it's impossible to enjoy it. The wine arrives halfway through the pizza so too late to enjoy it. The staff seems overwhelmed by the imposed pace, the room is far too small for the number of tables which also means that it is very hot. The pizza is good but if you are looking for a reference pizzeria in Geneva where they are much better go to Zaza in Champel it's another level! The room is quiet, the staff takes the time and you don't eat on your neighbor's lap Very disappointed, I suspect the journalist is very biased! Thank you anyway to the staff who, despite the race, were smiling.
