L' Àia Pinsa in Ecublens (VD)

Posto carino anche se non si vede bene dall’esterno. La pinsa è buona anche se già pronta! Nice atmosphère, very convenient for a lunch break. Parking it’s easy. Good prices and there are also some products from Italy 🇮🇹 The Pinsa is from Roma and it’s something between a pizza and a focaccia, so it’s kind of bread with some toppings.

Perfect Pinsa, owner who with passion and dedication prepares the best doughs in all of Switzerland. Without talking about the various flavors, you can see that they are well thought out. Alessandro is truly a professional.

The chef has a bad haircut, but his Pinsa is the best in Switzerland without a doubt, you have to try it!!! Truly a delight, I recommend introducing a pizza with pumpkin to the Menu.

Not a restaurant. Not a snack. Not pizza. Just a thick piece of bread with lots of good things on it. Too bad. All is made with passion, but the main thing is amiss: it is just a piece of fat bread with toppings. You end up eating, feeling full, but not feeling satisfied. Atmosphere is lacking. Food is made well but remains a piece of fat bread With toppings. Sorry guys. But your concept is amiss

Small grocery store that sells Italian products (hams, cheeses, wines, panetone...) but also fresh pinsa prepared on site. A room is available to eat the pinsa cooked on site by the cook. The pinsa are delicious with lots of choices. The dough is light and just crispy, the flavors come through well. The prices are fair and the welcome warm. It was a real pleasure to go there and discover these products.

I have ordered several times and have never been disappointed! I tasted several and I liked all the varieties I took, everything is very good! The price is also affordable, it's a pleasure accessible to many :) Thank you for your concept and see you soon!

Very tasty pinsa, but the location is a bit inconvenient and with all the effort put into decorating the interior, it's a shame about the ambience in this neighborhood. With this quality you belong in the center or on the promenade. Keep it up.

I came and bought 2 Pinsas, I was surprised to see the boss blowing his nose and serving customers without washing his hands, I did not eat the products purchased.

Order with Uber Eat. Superb discovery, these pinsa are DELICIOUS. Two parts are more than enough for one person, we had our eyes bigger than our stomachs by taking 3 parts. No problem, we'll still enjoy it tomorrow hehe. I really recommend!

Excellent discovery, ideal for sharing with family. A little long service but worth it

I ordered it to take away and I was not disappointed. The pi Da are as good as they are pretty. And the tiramisus are excellent.

Alessandro was very welcoming, and the food was great! They serve Pinsa with typical Italian toppings, but with some modern twist and good attention to details (especially for the price). Highly suggested

Good quality-price ratio. The place is very nicely decorated. They sell pinsa, which is a sort of pizza/focaccia hybrid. Very nice taste, the dough is light but crispy. Toppings taste very good, I personally like the porquita and Mediterranean pinsa. The 1st floor has table to eat on site. There are also Italian products for sale. 10/10 would recommend
