December 21, 2021 Christmas What a beautiful panetone!!! I'm looking forward to him June 2nd, 2020 I just got some super fine bread to try. A PEPERONI FETA PAILLASSE. Delicious. I immediately got into the holiday mood. Ask about it. Mmmmmm May 30, 2020 Today I was able to try a wonderful walnut spelled bread. Very balanced in taste. Great with a fine charcuterie plate and a glass of wine under a pergola. Also very nice to look at. Took photos Another bread has conquered me. A saffron brioche. Has photos of it too. The consistency is a bit like a butter braid, slightly sweet like Einback and Braid but with that wonderful saffron note. This will definitely be one of my favorite breads May 20, 2020 Today I ate the Mille Feuilles crème slices for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised. I'm not a fan of sweets but this slice was great. Not too sweet like other cream slices and the icing on the top was also great. May 5, 2020 Finally real baguettes in Küttigen. What's better than fresh, great baguettes for breakfast with a little butter? Add a nice coffee and the day starts off well. Opened on March 27, 2020 with a chic, renovated store. Modern and bright with friendly shop staff. The finest bread made from truly artisanal bakery skills. A super-fine sourdough bread as a better alternative to Lucerne. Wonderful French baguettes, fruit tarts and also chocolate. We are all waiting for more of the finest French specialties. Pascal Rossier is always there and happy to provide information. It's nice when the boss is there. Finally a great bakery in Küttigen⁹

10 stars!!! For absolutely mega-fine products. Whether bread, sandwiches or patisserie, the trip to Küttigen is ALWAYS worth it! Only chez Rossier offers the world's best spelled sablés, fabulous and incomparable millefeuilles (cream slices), real croissants, the finest breads and much more! Here you can recognize professional passion and passionate calling! Just BRAVO!! We recommend.

Simple little shop with very well-positioned sales staff (also from production). Products were attractive and baked very well.

Mega fine croissants and breads and chocolate croissants. A dream!

First time visiting since the reopening. The products make a very fine impression, patisserie, small pastries and bread. The pretzel croissant is one of the best I have eaten so far. As a former baker, I have tried a lot of baked goods. ;). The sandwich was also very delicately filled. We'll be back tomorrow and will probably be traveling to Küttigen more often in the near future. Worth a trip!

I am delighted to see a very high quality bakery in Küttigen! The paillasses breads and bodyline bread are delicious. I also tried the strawberry tartlets and the vanilla Berlin balls and I can tell you that they are magnificent! The desserts are fresh and the presentation is pretty. It would just have to be said that the saleswomen are not very cheerful, they could be more friendly, smiling with the customers. They might also make eye contact when ordering something. Otherwise, I am already looking forward to savoring the delicious pastries from this bakery as well as the breads. Finally, will we have the opportunity to taste some olive bread? How about a cream cake? You are on the right path Mr. Rossier, we must continue like this!

So far I have tasted their Baguette and Tartelette aux Fraises; I'm french and I can tell those do not disappoint :) Happy to have this bakery in my neighbourhood !

what a new treat in the area! great bakery good, artisan breads, traditionally made, long fermentation (24-48h), but also delicious patisserie, come here for the real french pain au chocolat and croissant! haven't tried everything yet (obviously as the only opened yesterday!) but i will be coming back for sure!!!
